Claims (3)

  1. 一種氣體液化裝置,包含:一噴灑式混合槽,具有一混合空間,該混合空間內設有數個噴嘴,且該噴灑式混合槽係設有一氣體輸入口及一混合液輸出口,該氣體輸入口及混合液輸出口皆與該混合空間相連通;一泵浦,連接該混合液輸出口;一加熱器,連接該泵浦;一分離組件,包含一槽體及一加熱元件,該槽體具有一液體導入口及一氣體導出口,該液體導入口係連接該加熱器,該加熱元件係設置於該槽體;一排熱器,連接該槽體之氣體導出口;一控制節流組件,連接該排熱器;及一貯液槽,連接該控制節流組件;其中該加熱器連接該排熱器。
  2. 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之氣體液化裝置,其中該控制節流組件包含一控制閥及一節流閥,該控制閥係設置於該排熱器及節流閥之間,且該節流閥連接該貯液槽。
  3. 依申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之氣體液化裝置,其中該噴灑式混合槽設有一注入口,該槽體設有一液體回流口,該液體回流口係藉由管路連接於該注入口。
