Claims (16)

  1. 一種具防改蓋體之球棒，包括：一握把；一棒體，其一端係連接或一體成形於該握把；一透明或半透明蓋體，其係設置於該棒體之另一端；以及一安全標籤，其係連接於該蓋體及該棒體，因此當移除該蓋體時，該安全標籤會被破壞。

  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之球棒，其中該安全標籤係藉由相同或不同之一透明或半透明黏膠而黏接於該棒體。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之球棒，其中該安全標籤包括一全像影像。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之球棒，其中該安全標籤包括一客製化影像，其係由一反射墨水或一特定波長墨水所形成。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之球棒，其中該安全標籤係被切割為一複雜形狀。
  7. 一種球棒，包括：一握把；一棒體，其一端係連接或一體成形於該握把；一透明或半透明蓋體，其係設置於該棒體之另一端；以及一安全標籤，其係藉由一透明或半透明黏膠而黏接於該蓋體，所以可以透過該蓋體觀察到該安全標籤，且其係連接於該棒體，因此當移除該蓋體時，該安全標籤會被破壞，其中，該安全標籤包括一全像影像或一客製化影像，該客製化影像係由一反射墨水或一特定波長墨水所形成。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之球棒，其中該安全標籤係被切割為一複雜形狀。
  9. 一種具防改蓋體之球棒，包括：一握把；一棒體，其一端係連接或一體成形於該握把；一蓋體，其係設置於該棒體之另一端；以及一標線或標帶，其係與該蓋體連接於一第一連接點、並與該棒體連接於一第二連接點，其中該標線或該標帶之張力強度係低於該第一連接點與該第二連接點之連接強度，因此當該蓋體從該棒體移除時，該標線或該標帶會被破壞。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之球棒，其中該第二連接點係位於該棒體之一內表面，且該標線或該標帶係與該棒體連接於該第二連接點。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之球棒，其中該第二連接點係位於該棒體之一外表面，且該標線或該標帶係穿過該棒體之一小孔、並與該棒體連接於該第二連接點。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之球棒，其中該蓋體係沿著一連接界面與該棒體連接。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之球棒，其中該第二連接點係位於該連接界面中。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之球棒，其中該標線或該標帶包括一全像影像。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之球棒，其中該蓋體包括一透明或半透明材料。
  16. 一種球棒，包括：一握把；一棒體，其一端係連接或一體成形於該握把；一透明或半透明蓋體，其係設置於該棒體之另一端；以及一指示手段，用以指示該蓋體是否曾經從該棒體上移除，其中該指示手段包括一標線或標帶，其係黏接於該棒體及該蓋體。
