Description

多功能標記用載玻片
本發明係關於一種多功能標記用載玻片,尤其係指一種可適用雷射感應方式、熱感應方式或噴墨方式進行載玻片標記之載玻片。
一般學校單位在進行微生物觀察或醫療機構在進行病理切片檢驗時,均需要利用顯微鏡來進行上述作業,上述作業進行時,係先將待觀測物之微生物或病理切片置於一載玻片上,再將一蓋玻片置於該待觀測物上以進行觀察,然而,由於觀察作業進行時並非僅有單一待觀察物件,因此載玻片上需進行標記以讓觀察人員能清楚了解載玻片上係所載何物則變的極為重要。
傳統上述之載玻片標記方式是多係利用油性筆書寫、油墨噴塗或熱感應轉印的方式將所欲標記之內容直接標示於載玻片,或是利用貼紙等方式將具有標記內容之貼紙貼附於載玻片上。然而,上述以油性筆進行書寫、油墨噴塗或熱感印轉印於載玻片之方式恐有標示字跡脫落之虞,另外,利用貼紙等方式將標記內容貼附於載玻片之方式亦有因貼紙黏著性差異而有自載玻片脫落之虞。因此,如何在載玻片上清楚地進行所欲標示內容的標記則變得十分重要。
US2010/0086964 A1之美國專利公開案中,揭露了一種具有標示區的載玻片,該載玻片可依需要在該標示區進行單一方式(如書寫、雷射標示等)的標記,但是該專利公開案並未針對該載玻片有任何詳盡的敘述,簡單而言,該專利並未對該載玻片的結構有所定義。
另外,在目前市面上的顯微鏡用載玻片,大多係以環氧油墨、噴墨印表機用標記油墨、熱感應印表機用標記油墨做為標記材料,透過書寫、噴塗或是熱感應轉印的方式標記在如上述美國專利公開案之載玻片標記層表面。
如上所述,由於書寫標記方式之標記保存性與辨識性會有字跡脫落及字跡潦草而較為不穩定,而油墨噴塗式與熱感應轉印式之標記雖較為穩定,但檢測機構為了符合油墨噴塗或是熱感應轉印需另外準備對應於該各方式之載玻片,對於載玻片之備料上將會造成經濟上之負擔,因此,如何提供一種可以對應於不同標記方式之多功能標記用載玻片便成為本發明所欲解決之主要課題。
本發明之主要目的在於解決上述之課題,提供一種能夠適用於以雷射感應方式、熱感應方式或噴墨方式進行載玻片標記之載玻片。
為了達到上述發明目的,本發明係採取以下之技術手段予以達成,其中本發明第一技術手段之載玻片係具有一基材,該基材中之至少一區域係形成為一標示區,該標示區係至少包含有下述結構:形成於該基材標示區的至少一側之第一標記層;以及形成於該第一標記層異於該基材之一側之第二標記層。
又,本發明第二技術手段之載玻片係具有一基材,該基材中之至少一區域係形成為一標示區,該標示區係至少包含有下述結構:形成於該基材標示區的一側之第一標記層;形成於該第一標記層異於該基材之一側之第二標記層;以及形成於該基材標示區異於該第一標記層之一側之第三標記層。
上述第一標記層係雷射感應油墨,該第二標記層、第三標記層則係分別選自噴墨油墨或熱感應油墨。
較佳地,上述第一技術手段之該第一標記層與該基材之間或上述第二技術手段之該第三標記層與該基材之間係選擇性地設置有一層底色層。
本發明藉由上述結構,使得載玻片除了能藉由具有雷射感應油墨之標記層來進行雷射感應標示外,甚至可藉由具有熱感應油墨之標記層來進行熱感應標示,或是藉由具有噴墨油墨之標記層來進行噴墨標示,因此藉由本發明,使得載玻片至少能對應雷射感應標示以及熱感應標示或噴墨標示之至少兩種不同之標示方式進行標示,相較於傳統結構之載玻片,檢驗機構便不需為了不同標示方式之機器準備不同的載玻片,能夠大幅地降低載玻片的備料成本,並解決傳統標示方式易於脫落或標示不清之問題。
以下便針對所添附之圖式,針對本發明之各種較佳實施例進行詳細說明。
請參看圖1所示,本發明之第一實施例係具有一基材(10),該基材(10)中之至少一區域係形成為一標示區(20)。
請配合參看圖2所示,該標示區(20)係包含有下述結構:形成於該基材(10)之標示區(20)的一側之第一標記層(202);以及形成於該第一標記層(202)異於該基材(10)之一側之第二標記層(203)。
其中,該第一標記層(202)與該基材(10)之間係設置有一層白色之底色層(201)。
上述第一標記層(202)係雷射感應油墨,該第二標記層(203)則分別為噴墨油墨或熱感應油墨。
上述之各標記層(202)(203)係以網印之方式將各層分別形成於該基材(10)上,除此之外,上述各標記層(202)(203)亦可利用各種傳統之塗佈方式形成於該基材(10)上。
較佳地,該第一、第二標記層(202)(203)之厚度係介於5μm~30μm之間,若低於5μm,則標示深度可能有過淺而無法辨識之虞,若大於30μm,則可能能導致標示區(20)的厚度過厚,使得標示區(20)容易因為碰撞導致油墨剝落之虞。另外,該底色層(201)之厚度係小於20μm。
更佳地,該第一標記層(202)之厚度係小於8μm,該第二標記層(203)之厚度小於12μm。
本發明利用第一標記層(202),即雷射感應用油墨作為標記材料層使用時,主要係將該第一標記層(202)經由雷射光照射後,使得該第一標記層(202)產生表面反應而造成微結構變化,進而使得外觀產生改變以達到標記之目的。
本發明利用第二標記層(203)進行標記時,係利用熱感應或噴墨噴塗使得標記層呈現出標記印記,進而達到標記之目的。除此之外,第二標記層(203)更可作為第一標記層(202)之保護層使用。
另外,本發明之基材(10)係使用光學透明之材料,例如有玻璃、聚碳酸脂樹脂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂、聚苯乙烯樹脂等。
本發明藉由上述結構,不僅可於單一載玻片進行不同方式的標記,更可以單一載玻片結構來適用於至少兩種不同標記方式的標示機器。
以下簡單說明本發明之製造方式,此為一實施型態,並非用以限制本發明之製造方法。
首先,準備一顯微鏡用載玻片基材(10),利用網印方式於基材(10)之標示區(20)上塗佈一層厚度為20μm之底色層(201),再於底色層(201)上以網印方式厚度為8μm之雷射感應油墨的第一標記層(202),接著於該第一標記層(202)上以網印方式塗佈一層厚度為12μm之第二標記層(203)後以UV光照射固化後即完成本發明之製作。
請參看圖3所示,本發明第二技術手段與上述第一技術手段相似,不同之處僅在於該基材(10)上於形成有第一標記層(202)及第二標記層(203)之另一側再形成有一第三標記層(204),該第三標記層(204)與該第二標記層(203)相同地可選自於熱感應油墨或噴墨油墨,因此下述實施例中,針對與上述實施例相同或對應之元件部位便賦予相同之符號,並省略其詳細說明。
本發明第二技術手段之載玻片係具有一基材(10),該基材(10)中之至少一區域係形成為一標示區(20),該標示區(20)係至少包含有下述結構:依序形成於該基材(10)之標示區(20)的一側之底色層(201)及第一標記層(202);形成於該第一標記層(202)異於該底色層(201)之一側之第二標記層(203);以及形成於該基材(10)之標示區(20)異於該底色層(201)之一側之第三標記層(204)。
本實施例中,該第三標記層(204)之厚度亦係介於5μm~30μm之間,較佳地,該第三標記層(204)之厚度為25μm。
同樣地,藉由該第二技術手段之實施例,無庸置疑地,本發明亦可達成與上述第一技術手段相同之發明效果外,藉由使第二標記層(203)與第三標記層(204)為不同油墨材質之標記層(如各為熱感應油墨及噴墨油墨),則本實施例更可對應三種不同的標示方式以達成多功能標記之目的。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種多功能標記用載玻片,係具有一基材,該基材中之至少一區域係形成為一標示區,該標示區係至少包含有下述結構:形成於該基材標示區的至少一側之第一標記層;以及形成於該第一標記層異於該基材之一側之第二標記層,其中該第一標記層係雷射感應油墨,該第二標記層係熱感應油墨或噴墨油墨。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之多功能標記用載玻片,其中該基材標示區異於該第一標記層之一側進一步形成有第三標記層。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項之多功能標記用載玻片,其中該第一標記層係雷射感應油墨,該第二標記層、第三標記層係分別熱感應油墨或噴墨油墨。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1至3項任一項之多功能標記用載玻片,其中該第一標記層與該基材之間係選擇性地設置有一層底色層。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項之多功能標記用載玻片,其中該底色層之厚度係小於20μm。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第4項之多功能標記用載玻片,其中該基材係使用選自一種下述材料之光學透明之材料:玻璃、聚碳酸脂樹脂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂及聚苯乙烯樹脂。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項之多功能標記用載玻片,其中該第一、第二標記層之厚度係介於5μm~30μm之間。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第2項之多功能標記用載玻片,其中該第一、第二、第三標記層之厚度係介於5μm~30μm之間。
