Abstract

The present invention provides a manufacturing method of hollow wall winding pipe, which mainly includes the following steps: extruding a strip-shaped plastic body from a first mold and making the plastic body to be continuously spiral wound on a roller, and the neighbored sides of the plastic body are adjacent to one another during winding on the roller; sending out a strip-shaped rigid body from a conveying device and making the rigid body to be continuously spiral wound on the roller synchronously together with the plastic body, and both side ends of the rigid body are respectively hooked on two neighbored sides of the plastic body during winding on the roller to connect the neighbored plastic bodies; coating an adhesive between the neighbored plastic bodies by the second mold to adhere and fix the neighbored plastic bodies and also cover and fix the rigid bodies; and, cutting the plastic body, the rigid body and the adhesive after winding with a predetermined length to obtain a hollow wall winding structure.
