Description

Photointerrupter

This invention relates to a photovoltaic element, and more particularly to a photointerrupter.

Photo Interrupts, which are currently used in consumer electronics, are becoming smaller and smaller, and are used in portable electronic devices (such as cameras, mobile phones, and other miniaturized consumer electronics).

In the process of miniaturization, the traditional plug-in process is bound to be challenged by technical challenges, and how to achieve miniaturization is the goal of competition.

At present, the more common methods are to use a printed circuit board, including placing the printed circuit board underneath and placing it on both sides. But both methods have great drawbacks. First, the thickness of the printed circuit board limits the height of the component relatively; therefore, such a process cannot be further developed into a customized product. In addition, congenitally, the printed circuit board is not very good in tin, and in the case of high-precision applications, the poor soldering of the printed circuit board can easily cause the components to tilt and cause malfunction.

In view of this, there are still many areas for improvement in miniaturized photointerruptors.

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved photointerrupter.

The first conductive bracket 110 has a reverse direction extending in the axial direction 107 . A first conductive portion 110a and a second conductive portion 110b of the first frame body 103. A second conductive support 111 is disposed in the second frame 105 and coupled to the light receiving component 104. The second conductive support 111 has a third conductive conductively extending from the second frame 105 in the axial direction 107. a portion 111a and a fourth conductive portion 111b.

The first conductive portion 110a and the second conductive portion 110b, the third conductive portion 111a and the fourth conductive portion 111b, the light-emitting element 102 and the light-receiving element 104, and a first colloid 112 and a second colloid 113 are used to encapsulate the above-mentioned component . Further, the first colloid 112 seals the light-emitting element 102 inside one of the first frames 103 and the second gel 113 seals the light-receiving element 104 inside one of the second frames 105. It should be noted that the materials of the first colloid 112 and the second colloid 113 are selected from the group consisting of epoxy resin, methyl rubber, methyl resin, benzene ring rubber, benzene ring resin, organic denatured silicone, and combinations thereof, but Not limited to this.

The first conductive portion 110a and the second conductive portion 110b are separated from each other (electrically insulated), and the third conductive portion 111a and the fourth conductive portion 111b are separated from each other (electrically insulated).

In this embodiment, the first conductive portion 110a is located in the same plane as the second conductive portion 110b, the third conductive portion 111a, and the fourth conductive portion 111b, and the first conductive bracket 110 is located in the first colloids 112 and 110. The parts are also roughly in the same plane. Further, the first conductive portion 110a and the third conductive portion 111a are parallel to each other and the second conductive portion 110b and the fourth conductive portion 111b are also parallel to each other in the extending direction of the axial direction 107.

The light emitting element 102 is located on the first conductive portion 110a and electrically connected to the first conductive portion 110a and the second conductive portion 110b. The light receiving element 104 is located on the third conductive portion 111a, and is electrically connected to the third conductive portion 111a and the fourth conductive portion 111b. The pedestal 101 covers the first colloid 112 and the second colloid 113 and covers portions of the first conductive portion 110a and the second conductive portion 110b, the third conductive portion 111a, and a fourth conductive portion 111b. The method of colloidal packaging may be Molding or a potting process. It should be noted that the material of the susceptor 101 is selected from the group consisting of polyparaphenylene terephthalamide, high temperature resistant nylon, liquid crystal resin, polyphthalamide, plastic, and combinations thereof.

The first frame 103 and the second frame 105 of the base 101 define a channel 106, and the two are connected by the connecting portion 101, so that the first frame 103, the second frame 105 and the connecting portion 101 are also jointly defined. Channel 106. The two opposite sidewalls of the channel 106 each have a first opening 108 exposing the first frame 103 and a second opening 109 of the second frame 105. The photointerrupter 100 utilizes the first opening 108 and the second opening 109 to allow light emitted by the light emitting element 102 to be received by the light receiving element 104. In the present embodiment, the opposite side walls of the channel 106 are parallel to each other, and the first opening 108 and the second opening 109 are aligned with each other. Moreover, the opposite side walls of the channel 106 are substantially perpendicular to the plane in which the first pair of conductive supports and the second conductive support are located. When any object (not shown) is inserted into the channel 106 of the photointerrupter 100, the light passing through the first opening 108 and the second opening 109 is blocked. The photointerrupter 100 determines whether the shade is inserted into the channel 106 by the interruption of the light. In this embodiment, the first colloid 112 and the second colloid 113 have a light transmission degree greater than that of the susceptor 101, and the susceptor 101 preferably blocks light, so most of the light passes through the first opening 108 and The second opening 109 does not interfere with the operation of the photointerrupter 100.

Please refer to Figures 3 and 4, which illustrate a photointerrupter in accordance with another preferred embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of Figures 3 and 4 differs from the embodiment of Figure 1 above only in the shape of the conductive support.

In FIG. 3, the conductive support is a DIP (Dual In-line Package) type of a symmetrical pin package, characterized in that each of the conductive portions 110a, 110b, 111a, and 111b is exposed to the base 101. All of the portions have a right angle bend 112, and all of the end portions 113 of the conductive bracket are located in the same plane and away from the bottom surface 114 of the base 101 to form a DIP foot.

117。In FIG. 4, the conductive support is an SMD (Surface Mounting Device) foot type, and the portion in which each of the conductive portions 110a, 110b, 111a, and 111b is exposed outside the base 101 has a right angle bend 115, and All of the ends 116 of the conductive support are in the same plane and are aligned with the bottom surface 117 of the base 101.

It can be seen from the above preferred embodiment of the present invention that the optical interrupter structure design of the present invention can reduce the size of the photointerrupter to a smaller size, and can avoid the situation in which the tin is poor and the component is tilted.
