Abstract

The invention relates to a navigation method with increased accuracy, which utilizes a website including map information and editing software for providing users to edit destination files via said website map, and the destination file at least includes a destination name, a destination coordinate and map or map files of satellite map of the final point, and a navigation device capable of reading the files of destination. The method at least includes the following steps: (a) providing a website having map information and editing software, by which after a user inputs destination name and address, said address location is marked on the map, and the longitude and latitude of the location are recorded; (b) providing the user with the location of movable and rectified marks, and automatically updating its respective longitude and latitude after movement; (c) allowing the user to draw a route and indicate a mark on the map or satellite map; (d) packaging the destination files which have content at least comprising destination name, longitude and latitude, files of map or satellite map for providing the user to download for storage or transmission; (e) importing the destination file into the navigation device, such that the navigation device will execute a destination navigation based on the longitude and latitude; and (f) after arriving at the destination, displaying the files of map or satellite map in the destination file. Accordingly, by the above-mentioned steps of the method, a driver can use a personal computer to search the relative data of the destination via a network for a more accurate judgment before he/she drives the car, and then performs configuration, searching and updating of the destination on the navigation map information in the website, and draws a driving route until a parking location of the final point in a large destination on the map or satellite map. The as-edited data is directly downloaded to be inputted into the navigation device through an external transmission device, which can be navigated to an approximate position of the destination, thereafter it can more accurately navigate to a parking position in the final point.
