Abstract

A low-harmonics electricity regulating device includes: a tangent phase angle estimation unit for determining conduction information based on a control voltage; a processor, electrically connected to the tangent phase angle estimation unit, for receiving conduction information to generate a triggering signal including first to third intervals and a cut-off interval; and a triggering unit for receiving the triggering signal and generating a driving voltage based on the triggering signal and an input voltage. During the first interval, the time in which the driving voltage is kept to be zero voltage in the previous cycle is larger than the time in which the driving voltage is kept to be zero voltage in the current cycle. During the second interval, the driving voltage follows the input voltage. During the third interval, the time in which the driving voltage is kept to be zero voltage in the previous cycle is smaller than the time in which the driving voltage is kept to be zero voltage in the current cycle. During the cut-off interval, the driving voltage is zero voltage. Accordingly, it is able to lower the harmonics and avoids the loads to produce resistive impulse.
