Abstract

A method of manufacturing printable and re-adherable/re-tearable adhesive material mainly comprises: a first mixing step: mixing a first material containing isocyanate (NCO) polymer of and a second material containing hydroxyl (OH) compound into a first mixture; a first coating step: coating the first mixture on a substrate to form an adhesive layer; a second mixing step: mixing the first and second materials with a fiber material to form a second mixture; and a second coating step: coating the second mixture on the adhesive layer to form a printing layer to finish the fabrication of the final product. Accordingly, patterns or text can be printed on the printing layer. In addition, the adhesive layer can be adhered to a predetermined position and provide a re-adherable/re-tearable effect; meanwhile, since part of the second mixture is TPU material, the final product can be provided with better tenacity and prevented from damage due to weather change.
