Abstract

This invention relates to a pressure cooker capable of being safely opened, including a pot body and a lid body that can be correspondingly locked together, the lid body being rotatably coveringly provided to the pot body. The lid body is disposed with an airtight ring, and the pot body and the lid body are provided at the outside with a lower handle and an upper handle, respectively. The lower handle has a guide rail, and the upper handle is disposed therein with an upper-butting member and an actuating member connected to the upper-butting member. The actuating member is exposed to the upper handle capable of moving on the guide rail. There are a closed position and an open position during the rotation of the lid body. At the closed position, the pot body and the lid body are firmly locked, while coupling the upper-butting member to retract into the upper handle, making the pot body and the lid body clamp the airtight ring to form an airtight condition; and at the open position, the pot body is released from the lid body while coupling the upper-butting member to outstretch the upper handle, so as to push the airtight ring to release the pressure in the pot, thereby achieving the efficacy of the use safety.
