Abstract
This invention is a dye-sensitizing solar cell, its electrode, and their manufacturing method. It comprises of a first electrode, a second electrode, and a dielectric fluid in between the two electrodes. The first electrode futher comprises a conducting base board and a porous thin film layer. The porous thin film layer is formed by spreading slurry onto the conducting base board. The slurry comprises of ZnO which is doped with 99.9% purified carbon nanotubes, CNTs. It can promote the degree of porous and the adsorption of photo-sensitive dye, as a result, increases the photoelectric energy conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitizing solar cell.
