Abstract

This invention provides a welding device of an electric welding machine, in which a thermal resistant plastic lining pipe is disposed in an electric welding pipe, and an insulative layer is filled and formed on the periphery of the lining pipe in the electric welding pipe. The head end of the electric welding pipe is provided with an electrode burner which is processed by a superconductor, has high hardness, and possesses the property allowing rapid cooling. An opening, which is formed on the electrode burner, is used to expose the welding wire such that it can be melted and welded by the high temperature produced by the arc.
