Description
本發明涉及一種支架,尤其涉及一種支撐可擕式電子設備的支架。
目前相框、PDA等設備均具有主體和支撐於主體後表面上的支腳。支腳轉動固定於主體上。這樣就使得主體、支腳及承載物構成一三角形支撐結構。支腳包括止擋部,該止擋部用以限定支腳相對於主體轉動的角度。使用時,轉動支腳,待止擋部抵設於主體上時,支腳停止轉動並支撐於桌面上。
然而,上述支腳僅能將主體支撐在某個特定角度,使用者不能根據具體需求調節支撐角度從而調節觀看角度。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種具有可調整支撐角度之支架。
一種支架,用於將一物體支撐於承載物上。該支架包括固定組件、樞接件及支撐件。該固定組件上開設有複數個卡槽和第一收容部。該樞接件的相對兩端分別轉動地連接該固定組件和支撐件。該支撐件的一端卡設於卡槽之一者時,該樞接件可繞該支撐件轉動以與該支撐件成一角度。該支撐件的一端卡設於該複數個卡槽之另一者內時,該樞接件可繞該支撐件轉動。該支撐件並在該複數個卡槽之另一者內轉動,以將該樞接件和該支撐件一體收容於該第一收容部。
上述支撐件藉由可設於定位件內的不同卡槽內,從而達到調整支撐角度的目的,使得使用者可以藉由自身需求調整觀看角度。
請參閱圖1,其為一較佳實施方式的支架10立體圖。支架10包括固定組件100、樞接件200及支撐件300。
請一併參閱圖2及圖3,固定組件100包括限位板110、定位件120及固定板130。其中,限位板110固定於固定板130上,定位件120固定於限位板110與固定板130之間。
限位板110大致為一長方形板體,其上部有凸起的兩定位部113。兩定位部113與固定板130相對,其中部分別向內凹陷形成第一凹槽1131。第一凹槽1131的截面大致為一圓弧狀。
固定板130與限位板110相對,其與限位板110相背的表面中部向內凹陷形成第一收容部132,用於收容樞接件200及支撐件300。第一收容部132具有一底面133,底面133上部開設有開口134。固定板130具有一下端部131,其為圓弧狀,用以與承載物如桌面接觸。固定板130上與限位板110相對的表面上開設有兩第二收容部135和兩第三收容部136。兩第二收容部135相對地分設在開口134的兩側,並且與開口134相連通。第二收容部135大致為長方形,其寬度與定位件120相一致,用以將定位件120收容於內部。兩第三收容部136亦相對地分設在開口134的兩側,並且與開口134相連通。兩第三收容部136分別位於兩第二收容部135的上部。兩第三收容部136用於將
定位部113卡製於其內部。第三收容部136底部中間繼續向內凹陷形成第二凹槽1361。第二凹槽1361的截面大致為圓弧狀,其分別與兩第一凹槽1131相對,用以與定位部113的第一凹槽1131相配合,形成一個軸孔。
定位件120收容於第二收容部135內,其包括彈性部121、複數個卡製部123及主體125。主體125大致為長條形狀。彈性部121與卡製部123分別固定於主體125的相背兩表面上。彈性部121為兩端與主體125連接且中部拱起的彈性臂,其在受到外力的作用下會發生彈性形變。複數個卡制製部123並列設置在主體125上與彈性部121相背的表面上,且兩兩相鄰的卡製部123之間形成一卡槽1235。卡槽1235用於定位支撐件300,防止支撐件300相對於固定組件100滑動。卡製部123由彈性材料製成,以在受到外力作用的情況下,卡製部123可發生彈性形變。
樞接件200包括第一轉軸230、兩相對的第一端部210及第二端部220。第一端部210的寬度與第一收容部132的寬度相適應。第一端部210上設置有遠離第二端部220的第二轉軸213。第二端部220上開設有遠離第一端部210的第一軸孔223。第一轉軸230通過第一軸孔223與支撐件300連接,並與第二轉軸213平行。第二轉軸213的兩端轉動的設置於第一凹槽1131及第二凹槽1361形成的軸孔中,用於將第一端部210可轉動地設置於固定板130上,並可收容於第三收容部136。
支撐件300包括支撐部310和自支撐部310的一邊緣平行伸出的兩樞接部320。兩樞接部320之間相隔有一定距離
進而形成一缺口315。兩樞接部320上遠離支撐部310的端部設置有第三轉軸323。第三轉軸323的兩端設置於定位件120的卡槽1235內。兩樞接部320與支撐部310相連接處沿平行於第三轉軸323的軸向方向開設有第二軸孔317。第一轉軸230分別通過第一軸孔223和第二軸孔317,以實現樞接件200和支撐件300的轉動連接,且樞接件200可以繞第一轉軸230轉動。缺口315用以將第二端部220容納於內。支撐部310的下端大致為圓弧狀,用於與承載物如桌面接觸。
支架10用於將可擕式電子設備(圖未示)支撐於承載物(圖未示)之上。樞接件200上的第二轉軸213轉動設置於第一凹槽1131與第二凹槽1361形成的軸孔中,且通過第一轉軸230與支撐件300連接。樞接件200與支撐件300形成一個夾角。支撐件300通過第三轉軸323設置於定位件120的卡槽1235內。支撐件300與固定組件100形成一個夾角。支撐件300在定位件120內滑動,帶動樞接件200轉動,分別改變固定組件100與支撐件300之間的夾角及樞接件200與支撐件300之間的夾角,從而改變支架10的支撐角度。
請參閱圖4,當需要改變支架10與可擕式電子設備(圖未示)的支撐角度時,手動施力於支撐件300的支撐部310,使得第三轉軸323推壓定位件120,使得卡製部123發生形變而給支撐件300讓位。第三轉軸323移動後,卡製部123恢復彈性形變,使得第三轉軸323收容於另一卡槽1235中,進而改變支撐件300與承載物之間的夾角。同時
,樞接件200通過第一轉軸230與支撐件300連接,且樞接件200可繞第一轉軸230作圓周運動,由於支撐件300的移動,改變了樞接件200與支撐件300之間的夾角。如此反復,直至支架10與承載物之間的夾角達到需要的角度。
請參閱圖5,當需要將支架10收容到第一收容部132內時,手動施力於支撐件300的支撐部310,使得第三轉軸323推壓定位件120,使得卡製部123發生形變而給支撐件300讓位。第三轉軸323移動後,卡製部123恢復彈性形變,使得第三轉軸323收容於另一卡槽1235中,進而改變支撐件300與承載物之間的夾角。同時,樞接件200通過第一轉軸230與支撐件300連接,且樞接件200可繞第一轉軸230作圓周運動,由於支撐件300的移動,改變了樞接件200與支撐件300之間的夾角。如此反復,直至支架10完全收容於第一收容部132內。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,在援依本案創作精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應包含於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (9)
- 一種支架,用於將一物體支撐於承載物上,其中該支架包括固定組件、樞接件及支撐件;該固定組件上開設有複數個卡槽和第一收容部;該第一收容部用於將該樞接件和該支撐件收容於內,該第一收容部的底面上部開設有開口,在該開口的兩側分別開設有兩個第二收容部;該複數個卡槽收容於第二收容部內;該樞接件的相對兩端分別轉動地連接該固定元件和支撐件;該支撐件的一端卡設於卡槽之一者時,該樞接件可繞該支撐件轉動以與該支撐件成一角度;該支撐件的一端卡設於該複數個卡槽之另一者內時,該樞接件可繞該支撐件轉動;該支撐件並在該複數個卡槽之另一者內轉動,以將該樞接件和該支撐件一體收容於該第一收容部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支架,其中該固定組件包括固定板;該固定板上設置有第一收容部,用以將樞接件及支撐件收容於內部;該開口的兩側還分別開設有兩個第三收容部。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之支架,其中該固定組件還包括限位板;該限位板上設有與第三收容部卡合的定位部該定位部及第三收容部向內凹陷分別形成第一、第二凹槽,該第一、第二凹槽圍成一軸孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之支架,其中該樞接件包括第一端部及第二端部,該第一端部的兩側設置有第二轉軸,第二轉軸轉動地設置於第一、第二凹槽圍成的軸孔中。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之支架,其中該支撐件包括兩 樞接部,該兩樞接部之間設置有一個用於容納第二端部的缺口;在兩樞接部與支撐件連接處開設有第二軸孔;該兩樞接部端部的兩側面設置有第三轉軸。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之支架,其中該第二端部開設有第一軸孔,第一轉軸分別通過第一、第二軸孔將樞接件和支撐件連接。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之支架,其中該固定組件還包括設置於第二收容部內的定位件,該定位件包括彈性部、複數個卡製部及主體,該彈性部、複數個卡製部分別設置於主體的相背兩表面上。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之支架,其中該複數個卡製部兩兩相鄰的卡製部之間形成一卡槽;該支撐件包括兩樞接部,該兩樞接部端部的兩側面設置有第三轉軸;該卡槽用以將第三轉軸可轉動地卡設於其內部,其均由彈性材料製成,用以在受到外力的作用下可發生彈性形變。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之支架,其中該支撐件滑動時,擠壓卡製部及彈性部發生彈性形變,同時帶動樞接件移動;支撐件滑動後,卡製部及彈性部恢復彈性形變,支撐件收容於另一卡槽內。
