無線通訊裝置，除了進行電子下單之功能外，即時性證券 貝賣時機之提示更是另一項不可或缺之重要功能，以便能 協助使用者從魔大的證券資訊中準確地掌握最佳之買賣 時機。 5 β如圖一所示’目前習用的無線通訊襄置10在提供股 票等有餘券之電子交魏務時，其最f見的證券資訊邀 示方式’就是在股票價格張幅大於一特定百姚時（例二 +7%) ’以特定的顏色（例如，台股是大紅色）的底色來 法及系統，可藉由多種顏色之底色來分別表現符合不同警 不條件之證券資訊，以達到直接且顯眼地警示效果。 為達上述目的，本發明所提供之證券資訊自選警示方 法，乃是由使用者預先建立複數個不同的警示條件，例 如：某證券之成交價格、漲跌幅、或是成交量是否達到一 預設值等等。並且，每一警示條件係分別對應於一種顯示 底色。之後，當自外界接收即時證券資料、或是自資料庫 下載自選證券資料時’可以先檢查證券資料之各資料欄位 的數值是否符合其所對應之任一警示條件。倘若符合某一 警不條件時，則以該警示條件所對應之該顯示底色來填滿 顯示該資料攔位，以達到直接且顯眼地警示效果。w 於一較佳實施例中’當該證券資料係為證券之即時報 價資枓、且經檢查發現有任一資料欄位的數值係符合其所 對應之任一警示條件時，則更執行下列步驟： 彈出一提示訊息、並發出警示訊號；其中，所述之擎 示訊號係包括下列至少其中之一：發出警示音、產生警示 震動、使顯示於該資料攔位之顯示底色進行閃爍。 •於一較佳實施例中，有若干警示條件係對應於同一個 資料攔位；並且，各警示條件更分別對應於一優先狀態， 以供表示各個警示條件之間的適用優先順序；其中，當*同 一個資料欄位的數值係符合至少兩個不同警示條件時則 使用較優先之該警示條件所賊之該顯示底色來顯示該 資料爛位。 括有:-證券資訊模組、-資料庫、—資訊分析:係二 =顯不模組。證券資訊模組係自外界接受至少一筆證券資 料，且每-證券資料均分別具有複數個資料櫚位。^料庫 儲存有複數個不_警示條件、及複數個不同的顯示底 色。每一警示條件係對應於其尹之一或數個f料攔位，以 供表示該資料攔位内所記載之一數值的比對狀態。資訊分 析模組檢查各資料攔位的數值；當任一資料挪^的數值係 符合其所對狀任—警示條俩，馳繼顯示模組並以 該警示條件所賴之賴示餘來齡雜料棚位乂 【實施方式】 本發明之證券資訊自選警示方法的主要原理乃是由 使用者預先建立複數個不同的警示條件，例如：某證券之 成交彳貝格、漲跌幅、或是成交量是否達到一預設值等等。 並且，每一警示條件係分別對應於一種顯示底色。之後， 當自外界接收即時證券資料、或是自資料庫下載自選證券 資料時，可以先檢查證券資料之各資料攔位的數值是否符 合其所對應之任一警示條件。倘若符合某一警示條件時， 則以該警示條件所對應之該顯示底色來填滿顯示該資料 1363308 攔位，以達到直接且顯眼地警示效果。 請參閱圖二、圖三及圖四。其中，圖二係本發明之證 券資訊自選警示系統之一較佳實施例的示意圖，圖三係本 發明之證券資訊自選警示系統所顯示之證券資料晝面之 一較佳實施例的示意圖，圖四係說明本發明之複數顯示底 色與其所對應之警示條件的一較佳實施例示意圖。 基本上，本發明之證券資訊自選警示系統2〇可透過 一傳輸介面90自一證券資料來源91接收複數筆即時或是 歷史的證券資料。於本較佳實施例中，本發明之證券資訊 自選警示系統20是指可以無線通訊方式接收及處理證券 資訊的手持式無線通訊裝置，例如但不侷限於：智慧型手 機（SmartPhone)、掌上型股票機、或具行動通訊功能之 個人數位助理（PDA)等等。該系統2〇可以有線或無線 方式連接於傳輸介面90、並透過傳輸介面9〇來和證券資 料來源91連線並進行證券資料之傳輸。其中，該傳輸介 面 90 可以是例如·· GPRS (GeneraiPacketRadi〇 ， 整合封包無線電服務技術）、3G (第三代行動通訊網路） 等之行動通訊網路，或是WiFi ( Wirdess Fiddity )等無線 區域網路，或是 wiMax (Worldwide Interoperability for MlaOWaVeAccess ’全球互通的微波存取）等無線廣域網 路或疋以有線連接之LAN (Local Access Network)區 域網路等。該證券資料來源％則可以是例如：提供金融 業者:證券交易服務業者、電信、或是證券交易所等 等，技證券資料來源91可以提供即時或是歷史的證券資 料，例如但不拘限於：股票交易即時行情與股票交易歷史 紀錄等等。 ^ 於圖二所示之實施例中’本發明之證券資訊自選警示 系統20係包括有：一證券資訊模組21、一資料庫、二 資訊分析模組23、一顯示模組24、一警示模組25、以及 一操作介面模組26。 該證券資訊模組21係用以連接於外界之該傳輸介面 90，進而透過傳輸介面90與證券資料來源91相連線，並 接受來自外界之該證券資料來源91的至少一筆證券資料 211、212、213,例如但不侷限於：證券之即時報價資料、 歷史成交資料、技術分析資料、或自選列表資料等等。其 中，每一筆證券資料21卜212、213均分別具有複數個資 料攔位30，例如但不侷限於：股票之個股代號搁位31、 成交C或從盤）價格攔位32、漲跌（價格增減）欄位33、 成交量欄位34、時間欄位35等等（如圖三所示）。 該資料庫22係連接於證券資訊模組21，且係用以儲 存複數個不同的警示條件、複數個不同的顯示底色、以及 由證券資訊模組21所接收之證券資料211、212、213等。 如圖四所示’即係說明了本發明之複數顯示底色411-422 (顏色）與其所對應之警示條件431-442 (價格條件）及 451-462 (總量條件）的一較佳實施例示意圖。其中，該 資科庫22係建立於一非揮發性記憶裝置中，例如但不侷 限於：快閃記憶體或是硬碟等。 該資訊分析模組23係連接於證券資訊模組21與資料 庫22，可檢查並比對該證券資料211-213之各資料爛位 31-35的數值是否符合任一警示條件431-442 (價格條件） 或451-462 (總量條件）。當該證券資料211-213之任一資 料攔位31-35的數值係符合其所對應之任一警示條件 431-442或451-462時’則以該警示條件431-442或451-462 所對應之該顯示底色411-422來顯示該資料欄位31_35。 如圖三所示，因證券資料212之收盤價格達到26w高之 條件、故以顯示底色418來填滿該收盤價格欄位32 ;同 時’同一筆證券資料212之價格漲跌幅達到+7%、且成交 總量超過ιοοκ大量以上之條件，故分別以顯示底色416 與顯示底色415來分別填滿其漲跌攔位33與總量攔位 34。於本實施例中，該資訊分析模組23係包括有一微處 理器，並且’用以控制證券資訊自選警示系統2〇整體運 作的中央控制單元可以是内建於該資訊分析模組23或是 與資訊分析模組23相連結。 該顯示模組24係連接於資訊分析模組23並受其控 制，來根據檢查之結果而使用特定之顯示底色411·422來 填滿特定之資料欄位位置於一顯示螢幕241上<> 其中，該 顯示螢幕241的一般例子可以是薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器 (TFT LCD)、彩色扭轉液晶顯示器（STN LCD)、電装 顯示器、投影機、及監視器等等。 該警示模組25係連接於資訊分析模組23，可在當經 檢查發現有任一資料攔位31-35的數值係符合其所對應之 任一警示條件431-442或451-462時，產生一警示訊號。 丄 其中，所述之警示訊號係包括下列至少其中之一：在顯示 螢幕241上產生彈出訊息方塊、發出警示音、產生警示震 動、以及使顯示於該資料攔位31_35之顯示底& 41M22 進行閃爍等等。 一該操作介面模組26係連接於資訊分析模組23，可供 一使用者操作該證券資訊自選警示系統2G並改變該些罄、 示條件431-442或451-462之參數。其中，該些警示條^ 431-442 4 451-462之增減百分比、創高或低價咖長短、 以及創巨1或均量軸長短’柯以由使帛者透過該操作 介面模組26來自行設定。此外，各警示條件431 442或 机462所對應之顯示底& 411_422也可由使用者透過該 ，作介面触26來自行設定，例如使用調色盤軟體來設 疋顏色等。其中’所述之操作介面模址26可以包括複數 個功能按鍵26卜以及方向鍵262，或是採用觸控式面板 之顯示螢幕。 於本發明之一較佳實施例中，對於目前已知習用之證 券資訊警示方式（例如彈出提示訊息、發出警示音、產生 警不震動、增列文字符號之警示細^等等），都仍可以與 本發明之警示方法併行存在，且可由使用者自行設定優先 順序。 請參閲圖三及_。於本實施例t，每一警示條件 431-442或451-462，可以是對應於證券資料川犯之多 個資料欄位31·35巾的其巾之—f料欄位、或是對應於數 個不同的Μ料攔位，以供表科所對應之—或數個資料攔 12 也31-35内所記載之一數值的比對狀態。就以本實施例來 說，這些警示條件431-442或451-462可以被區分成「價 格類（警示條件431-442)成「總量類（警示條件451_462)」 這兩大類。而只要是屬於價格類的資料攔位，例如開盤 價、收盤價、漲跌、張跌幅、最高價、最低價，及在明細 畫面每個時間點的價格等，倘若其價格數值符合某一價格 類的警示條件時，例如漲幅達到4% ,都可以用該警示條 件435(如漲幅4%等)的顏色來標示。當某價輅資料棚位同 時達到多個價格類警示條件時，則取其中最高優先順序的 條件來標示，此部分將於稍後說明。相同的道理亦可適用 於總量類之警示條件451-462，只要是跟「量」有關之欄 位都適用總量類之警示條件451 -462。 再從另一角度來看’當該證券資料211-213之資料欄 位係為股示之^貝格爛位32 (例如買價、賣價、成交價、 或收盤價等）時，則該警示條件可以是價格類之警示條件 的其中之一：該價格之增減百分比（也就是股價漲跌幅） 由圖四所示之複數顯示底色411-422與其所對應之警 示條件.442或451_462的一較佳實施例示意圖可知， 有多個警示條件係對應於同一個資料欄位，因此，當同一 資料攔位是同時符合多個警示條件時，例如當某股票代號 =成交（枚盤）價格32同時符合漲跌幅為+7%與13週新 1之警示條件時，必須選擇其中之—警示條件來優先顯 不其顯不底色。因此，於本發明之較佳實施例中，各警示 模組23將自動使用較優先之該警示條件438所對應之該 顯示底色418來顯示該股票代號212之資料櫚位32於顯 示螢幕上241。此外，於本實施例中’為了讓使用者可以 直覺性地辨識各顯示底色411-422的涵意與嚴重性，對應 於同一個資料欄位之同類型的若干警示條件所對應的顯 示底色係屬於相同色系但是深淺不同的顏色，並且，優先 順序越尚的警示條件則其顯示底色的顏色越深。舉例來 說，在股價漲跌幅（如圖四所示之價格攔位）分別為為 -7%、-4%、與-2%之警示條件43卜432、433所對應之顯 示底色係分別為深綠41卜中綠412、與淺綠413 ;同時， 股價漲跌幅（如圖四所示之價格欄位）為+2%、+4%、與 +7%之警示條件434、435、436所對應之顯示底色則分別 為淺紅414、中紅415、與深紅416。又如，在圖四所示 之價格欄位為52W高、26W高、與13W高之警示條件 437、438、439所對應之顯示底色分別為深橘417、中橘 418、與淺橘419 ;相對地，13W低、26W低、與52W低 之警示條件440、441、442所對應之顯示底色則分別為淺 藍420、421、與深藍422。當然，以上所述之顯示 底色以及警猶件都只是說的實施例，也都可以由使 ^者來自行設定與改變’其不應用來限制本發明的可實施 檢查模式，而由資訊分析模組依序檢查所即時接收到之該 些證券餅之各資觸輯數伽及各個警讀件，並判 斷各資料攔位的數值是否符合任一警示條件。當該證券資 料之任-資料攔位的數值係符合其所對應之任一警示條 件時，則執行步驟55 ;若不符合，則執行步驟54。於本 步驟53中，只要系統是在連線中，則不論是在何種顯示 螢，畫面下，系統在背景接收到即時資料後，就會立即判 斷是否有資料欄位符合警示條件。
