1343777 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術頜域】 本發明係關於電子裝置之殼體,尤指一種具有内、外 面板相組裝之殼體,令使用者僅需透過簡單之步驟,即可 輕易將該外面板自該内面板上卸下。 【先前技術】 按’電子裝置主要可區分為兩大部份,一為電路板, 係依照該電子裝置所欲達成之功能,而在該電路板上佈設 _ 央處理單元(Control Process Unit )、記憶體(mem〇ry )、 感測器(Sensor)、散熱模組或連接線路…等各種電子元 件,另一為殼趙,可容納該電路板,並保護該電路板上之 電子元件不受異物(如:灰塵、毛屑及液體…等)或外力 (如:碰撞、擠壓…等)侵襲’以延長該電子裝置之使用 壽命,一般言,電子裝置之殼體的類型繁多,其中以該殼 體由一外殼、一内面板及一外面板所組合而成之結構居 多’因業者常會在内面板上裝設顯示燈、味Je八或按鈕…等 元件,使得該内面板之整體外觀不夠整齊,故,業者會在 該内面板上,另行安裝外面板,以保持電子裝置之外觀的 整齊性,請參閱第1圖所示,該殼體1係包括一外殼10, 該外殼10之一端設有一開孔101,且該外殼10内設有一 容置空間102,該容置空間102係與該開孔101相連通, 並可供容納電路板或該電子裝置所需之元件(如:硬碟、 光碟機或燒錄機…等),一内面板12係與該外殼10之一端 5 相連接,且其周緣係利用螺絲或焊接等方式,固定在該開 孔101之孔緣上,該内面板12上鄰近其周緣的位置,設有 複數個第-螺合孔12G ’-外面板μ上設有複數個第二螺 合孔140,當該外面板14安裝至該内面板12上時,該等 第二螺合孔140係會對應到該等第一螺合孔12〇 ,如此, 使用者即可利用複數個螺絲16分別依序穿過該等第二螺 合孔140及該等第一螺合孔丨2〇,而將該外面板14固定在 該内面板12上,令該電子裝置之殼體〗能有一整齊之外觀。 惟,利用上述之方式組合内及外面板12、14,不僅組 裝過程繁複,且外露之螺絲16亦會破壞整體美觀,因此, 有業者設計出另一種利用卡合方式之殼體,請參閱第2圖 所示,該殼體2設有一外殼20、一内面板22及一外面板 24,其中該内面板22係與該外殼20 —體成形,且設在該 外殼20之一端,該外殼2〇内設有一容置空間2〇2,供容 納該電子裝置所需的元件,該内面板22鄰近其周緣的位 置,設有複數個卡合孔220,該外面板24之内側面設有一 凹槽240,且該外面板24之内側面的周緣上,設有複數個 卡合部242,該等卡合部242係朝離該凹槽240之方向延 伸,並形成一自由端,請參閱第3圖所示,該等卡合部242 係略朝該凹槽240的位置遠離,且其自由端設有一_^合凸 塊243’當使用者將該外面板24組裝至該内面板22上時, 該等卡合部242係會分別貫穿該等卡合孔220,且該等卡 合部242之卡合凸塊243 ,係會朝遠離該容置空間2〇2之 方向位移’並緊密卡合鄰近該卡合孔220之周緣,如此, 1343777 使用者即可輕易地將該外面扳24組裝至該内面板22上, 惟,當使用者需將該外面板24自該内面板22上拆卸下來 時,則需透過特殊之拆卸工具,先行將該等卡合部242上 之卡合凸塊243扳離抵靠該卡合孔220之周緣的位置,以 進行拆卸,且在拆卸的過程中,即容易因施力不當,而不 慎造成該卡合部242斷裂,導致該外面板24無法再組裝至 該内面板22上’大幅增加使用者在使用上的困擾。 再者,若使用者在未注意是否將電子裝置關機的情況 下,即拆除該外面板,並對該電子裝置内之電子元件(如: 硬碟…等)進行插拔的動作時,上述傳統殼體結構並無任 何預警的動作或安全程序(如:自動關機),以告知使用者 目前電子裝置並未關機,如此’使用者在未關機的狀態下, 即插拔電子元件,將會導致電子裝置的故障率上升,造成 使用者需額外負擔維修或購買的金錢損失。 综上所述可知,使用者在將外面板組裝上内面板上 時’常會遇到組裝過程繁多,或拆卸不易等困擾,且不當 的組裝或拆卸方式,亦容易造成該内及外面板的損壞,另, 傳統的殼體結構在使用者不正當的操作下,並未有任何安 全程序,因此,如何令使用者可方便將外面板自内面板上 組裝或拆卸,並在使用者未關機便拆除面板的狀態下,能 有一安全程序,則成為設計及電腦製造業者亟思解決之一 重要課題。 【發明内容】 7 1343777 有鑑於上述之電子裝置之殼體,有著組裝過程繁雜或 拆卸不易等問題,發明人經過長久努力研究與實驗,終於 開發設計出-種電子裝置之殼體,以鋪由練體之組裝 結構,能有效解決上述之問題,並提供使用者一種更方便 組裝或拆卸面板之方法,且能在使用者未正常關機即拆卸 面板時,透過一光敏電阻達到安全程序。 本發明之一目的,係提供一種電子裝置之殼體,係包 括外设、一内面板及一外面板,該外殼内設有一容置空 # ㈤,供容納該電子裝置所需的元件,且其之-端設有-開 孔,該開孔與該容置空間相連通,該内面板之周緣係固定 至該外殼之一端對應於該開孔之孔緣位置,該内面板上鄰 近其側緣的位置’設有至少一個卡合孔,該内面板上鄰近 另-側緣的位置’設有一第一卡制部,該外面板係組裝在 該内面板上,且該外面板朝向該内面板之内側面設有一凹 槽’該凹槽_近其側緣的位置,設有至少—個掛夠,當 • =外面板之内側面安裳至該内面板上時,各該掛鉤係分別 貫穿各該卡合孔’且分賴掛在各該卡合孔上,該外面板 上對應於該第-卡制部之位置,設有一撥動趣,該撥動紐 外面板自軸面板上取下,故使用者在組裝或拆卸該外面 板時’並不需使用任何工具,且不必擔心在組裝或拆卸的 過程中’發生施力不#的情況,提高制者組裝或卸除該 外面板之便利性。 本發明之又一目的,係該内面板上設有一貫穿孔,該 貫穿孔内嵌設有一光敏電阻,且該光敏電阻能與該殼體内 之一主機板相連接,並能傳送一訊號于該主機板,則該主 機板能在電子裝置開機的狀態下’接收該訊號並用以判斷 是否使電子裝置自動執行一預定的安全程序(如:關機程 序、發出警示音…等)’如此’藉由該殼體上之光敏電阻, 即可避免使用者在電子裝置未關機的狀態下,插拔該電子 裝置内之元件,造成電子裝置的損壞。 為便貴審查委員能對本發明目的、技術特徵及其功 效,做更進一步之認識與瞭解,茲舉實施例配合圖式,詳 細說明如下: 1343777 【實施方式】 本發明係一種電子裝置之殼體,請參閱第4圖所示,係 包括一外殼30、一内面板32及一外面板34 ’該外殼30之 一端設有一開孔301,該内面板32之周緣係連接至該外殼 30之一端對應於該開孔301之孔緣位置,該内面板32上 鄰近其周緣的位置,分別設有至少一個卡合孔320及一第 一·^制部322,該外面板34之内側面設有一凹槽34〇,該 凹槽340内鄰近其側緣的位置,設有至少一個掛鉤342, 以在該外面板34之内側面組裝至該内面板32上的狀態 下’各該掛鉤342能分別貫穿且鉤掛在各該卡合孔32〇上, 該外面板34上設有一撥動紐344,該撥動叙344係用以帶 動該凹槽340内所設之一第二卡制部346,使得該外面板 34被組裝至該内面板32上,且各該掛鉤342分別鉤掛在 各該卡合孔320上的狀態下,使用者能藉撥動該撥動鈕 344,使得該第二卡制部346能與該第一卡制部322相互卡 制。 在本發明之第一實施例中’係以電子裝置之殼體為一個 人電腦主機之殼體,且第一~^制部設在内面板之下方為 例’進行說明,復請參閱第4圖所示,該殼體3包括一外 殼30、一内面板32及一外面板34,其中該外殼30之一端 設有一開孔301 ’且該開孔301内形成一容置空間3〇2,供 容納該電子裝置所需的元件(如:電路板、硬碟、光碟機 及風扇…等),該内面板32之周緣係固定至該外殼30之一 10 端對應於該開孔301之孔緣位置,該内面板32上設有兩個 第一收納孔321,該等第一收納孔321係分別對應至該容 置空間302,用以供使用者經由該第一收納孔321取出或 放入儲存裝置(如:光碟機、磁碟機…等),該内面板32 上鄰近兩對應側緣的位置,分別設有三個垂直排列之卡合 孔320,該内面板32上鄰近其下緣之位置,設有一第一_ 制部322 ’該第一·^制部322係為一片體,且以一角度設 在該内面板32上,並朝遠離該容置空間302的方向延伸, 該外面板34上設有二個第二收納孔341,且其之内側面設 有一凹槽340,該凹槽340内鄰近兩對應側緣的位置,分 別設有三個垂直排列之掛鉤342,當該外面板34組裝上該 内面板32時’該第二收納孔341係與該第一收納孔321相 對應,且各該掛鉤342係能分別貫穿各該卡合孔320,並 分別鉤掛在各該卡合孔320上’以使該外面板34與該内面 板32相連接,並遮蔽住暴露在該内面板32上之線路或元 件(如·喇叭、線路、螺絲…等),由於該外面板34僅利 用掛鉤342鉤掛在卡合孔320上,所以掛鉤342在貫穿卡 合孔320後,僅需向下位移,即可鉤掛在該卡合孔32〇上, 反之’該掛鉤342僅需向上位移,即可脫離與該卡合孔32〇 鉤掛的狀態,又,該外面板34上對應於該第一卡制部322 之下緣的位置,設有一撥動鈕344,該撥動鈕344之一端 係外路在該外面板34之外側面上,並位在一槽溝私5内, 計需求,而為至少一個,且該卡合孔之位置並不限定於該 内面板上鄰近兩對應側緣的位置,合先陳明。另,復請參 閱第4圖所示,該内面板32鄰近該第一卡制部322的位 置’設有一貫穿孔324,該貫穿孔324内係嵌設有一光敏 電阻35,其中該光敏電阻35係與該殼體3内之主機板(第 12 4圖中未示)相連接,且能感測環境光的明暗度,並改變 自身的電阻值,以使該主機板能藉由光敏電阻35之電阻 值,進行安全程序。在該實施例中,係以光敏電阻35在未 接收到環境光的狀態下,其電阻值會變大,令主機板接收 到高電阻值後’即會自動執行關機程序為例,進行說明。 一般言,個人電腦的主機板上,會設置一發光二極體 (Light-EmittingDiode) ’以在主機板的電源導通時,該 發光二極體能發出光源,以顯示電路已正常運作,因此, 在該外面板34安裝上該内面板32上,且該第二卡制部346 抵靠第一·^制部322後,當個人電腦被正常開機時,該光 敏電阻35會接收到該殼體3内發光二極體產生之光源,俟 使用者欲拆卸該外面板34,且撥動該撥動鈕344,使該第 二卡制部346離開該第一<^制部322的位置時,該第二卡 制部346會位移至對應於該光敏電阻35的位置,並遮蔽住 該光敏電阻35 ’令該光敏電阻35無法接收到發光二極體 的光源’此時’光敏電阻35之電阻值會變大,形成高電阻 值’令主機板能判斷出光敏電阻35未接收到光源,且自動 執行關機程序,如此,使用者在拆卸該外面板34後,即可 直接對該殼體3内之電子元件進行更換或維修的動作,以 避免使用者在忘記關機的情況下,強行拔除該殼體3内之 電子元件,造成個人電腦的損壞。 在本發明之另一實施例中,係以電子裝置之殼體為一硬 碟外接盒之殼體,且第一卡制部設在内面板之上方為例, 進行說明,請參閱第6圖所示,該殼體4係包括一外殼40, 其中’該光敏電阻45係與該殼體4内之主機板(第6圖中 未示)相連接,且能感測環境光的明暗度,並改變自身的 電阻值’以使該主機板能藉由光敏電阻之電阻值,進行安 全程序。在該實施例中,係以光敏電阻45在接收到環境光 的狀態下,其電阻值會變小,令主機板接收到低電阻值後, 即會自動執行關機程序為例,進行說明。在該外面板44安 裝上該内面板42時’該遮蔽塊體46係會遮蔽住該光敏電 阻45 者不僅能快速取下外面板54,更能直接拔除該殼體5内之 硬碟,有效增加使用者的便利性。 在此需特別一提者,本發明之外面板的外側面,係為外 面板組裝在内面板上時,並不被内面板所遮蔽之部份,反 之,本發明之外面板的内側面,則為外面板組裝在内面板 上時,被内面板所遮蔽之部份,合先敘明,另,在本發明 之其它實施例中,主機板在接收到光敏電阻的電阻值,並 1343777
