1323364 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係提供一種雙面顯示結構,尤指一種能改善主顯 示面板之暗影的雙面液晶顯示器。 【先前技術】 液晶顯示器係為一種薄、小的平面顯示裝置,和CRT 顯示器相較,液晶顯示器的優點非常明顯。由於液晶顯示 器係利用液晶分子的旋轉狀態來控制透光度的技術,進而 實現色彩的顯示,所以其亮暗係經由控制透光率來做調 整。當色彩不變時,液晶分子也保持不變,因此液晶顯示 器具有晝面穩定、無閃爍感的優點。同時,液晶顯示器還 因藉由液晶分子控制透光度的技術原理而讓底板整體發 光,可以做到真正的完全平面。此外,液晶顯示器具有完 全沒有輻射的優點,所以即使使用者長時間觀看液晶顯示 器螢幕也不會對眼睛造成很大的傷害。再加上體積小、低 耗能等優點,液晶顯示器實為目前的明星產品。 由於以上的優點,使液晶顯示器在眾多的電器產品之 中,應用範圍非常地廣泛,舉從手機、個人數位助理、筆 記型電腦及數位照相機等可攜式產品之領域,乃至於航太 及醫療診斷儀器之領域其皆被拿來使用,而這些可攜式產 5
