Description of the invention 'Technical field to which the invention pertains' The present invention relates to a clip mounter having a puncher. More specifically, it is related to the use of the ejector to feed the clip stored in the body to the insertion opening of the front portion of the body, and to mount a document or a card, and to provide a puncher above the insertion opening at the front of the body. A clip holder for punching a document or card. [Prior Art] Conventionally, in such a clip mounter, a puncher is provided on the front or rear portion of the outer surface of the main body (see, for example, Patent Documents 1, 2, and 3). These well-known techniques are all related to the applicant's application. The conventional clip holder for setting the puncher will be described below. The techniques disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 3 are those in which a document or a card is continuously loaded using a clip, and the technique is proposed to be provided with a clip mounter to which a stapler or a puncher is attached. The clip mounter with the bursting device is a perforator. The puncher is for perforating the paper at intervals of, for example, 80 mm apart, and two perforations are provided at intervals on the outer surface of the body of the clip mounter, and a perforated blade is inserted into the perforated hole at the time of perforation. s installation. Patent Document 2 proposes a multi-purpose puncher that can punch holes of 2 holes, 3 holes, 4 holes, etc., using a hole punch having only 1 hole. This puncher is a device developed to improve the problem because the indication when positioning the paper at the time of piercing is unclear and it is difficult to perform proper perforation according to specifications. This punch is a device in which the punch is placed above the rear of the cover of the clip body. With this -4 - (2) 1310350, both the binding of the clip to the paper and the punching of the punch can be performed. Therefore, this puncher does not require accessories such as gauges. [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei. No. Hei. No. Hei. No. Hei. No. Hei. [Problem to be Solved by the Invention] As described above, in Patent Documents 1 and 3, a puncher in which two holes are pierced at the same time is provided on the outer surface of the clip body. However, according to the configuration of the puncher, the punching chips are stored on the body, and the jam is not produced smoothly. Further, since the two holes are pierced by the short radiusing motion, the hole punching operation is performed by the arc curve having a short radius. Therefore, it is necessary to force the hole to be improper, and the shape of the hole is also a deformation that does not become a straight hole. In addition, the structure of the puncher is limited, and only one type of perforation for the hole can be made. These conventional punchers also have the problem that the shape becomes larger and the price increases. Further, the technique of Patent Document 2 is to mount the puncher on the upper surface of the clip holder, that is, on the upper surface of the body, and at a position opposite to the insertion port in the longitudinal direction. Since the punched holes penetrate the body, the punching chips are discharged into the body. The punch is disposed on the upper surface of the clip body. This configuration is such that the take-out opening for taking out the perforated punching chips is deep into a bag-shaped small diameter. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that it is not easy to take out the perforation of the perforations from the outlet. In addition, due to the complicated structure of the puncher, there is also a problem of an increase in price, and no practical use of the -5-(3) 1310350 method _ The present invention solves the problems and defects of the conventional structure. For secondary purposes. It is an object of the present invention to provide a puncher blade mount having a configuration in which the projection portion is small and the overall shape is simplified, and the operation is easy. Another object of the present invention is to provide a punching clip holder having a punching chip which can be smoothly discharged in addition to the φ setting function using a clip. Still another object of the present invention is to provide a clip for a puncher which has a punch function which uses a puncher in addition to a use of a clip, and a nailing function using a stapled stapler. Loading: (Means for Solving the Problem) In order to achieve the foregoing object, the present invention employs a secondary means. # The main structure of the clip mounter having the puncher of the present invention is that the (8) is housed in the body (1) of the mounter which is formed by combining the base (2) and the cover (3), and is pushed out. The device (4) moves the aforementioned holders along the longitudinal direction of the body (1), and guides the clips (8) by the expansion pins 13), and pushes out the insertion openings of the paper from the inside of the body (1). The clip holder of (7) is provided with a puncher (23) composed of an operating handle (35 punched hole (3 4), and the actuating handle (which is attached to the insertion opening of the cover (3) (7) The outer part of the vicinity rotates, and the part has a perforating edge (38); the aforementioned perforation hole (3 4) is a clip of the paper machine of the paper clipper disposed on the technical technique (8 springs (to And 35) at the outer upper surface (33) near the aforementioned insertion opening (7) of the above-mentioned -6-(4) 1310350 cover (3), when the current handle (35) is rotated, the aforementioned perforating blade (38) insertable and through the insertion port (7): the paper inserted between the cover (3) and the actuating handle (35) can be performed by the rotation of the actuating handle (35) Perforation. The main structure is basically the same, and the present invention can adopt the secondary solution and function. φ The first problem solving method is to install a thin binding device on the rear part of the clip holder, and set it on the clip holder. A puncher and an actuating handle for perforating one hole, two holes and four holes are arranged above the paper insertion opening at the front of the main body. The body of the clip loading device is assembled by a rectangular base and a cover, and is mounted above the cover. The ejector of the clip 8 is composed of a clip pusher for advancing the clip in the body, an insertion opening for inserting the paper into the front portion of the body, and a spring for opening the rear of the insertion opening. Convenience, a clip-on device that is effectively utilized by the conventional use • A puncher that effectively utilizes the front portion of the cover that constitutes the body as a puncher, and has a punch hole at the front portion thereof. The actuator with the perforated blade is attached to the top of the cover, and the indicator portion and the hole symbol for the two-hole and four-hole perforation are provided behind the perforated hole of the cover. One or two holes can be used for the paper. , the perforation of each hole in the 4th hole. The second problem solving means is that, as described above, a puncher is provided above the paper insertion opening provided in the front portion of the body of the conventional simple-purpose applicator. The body of the clip applicator is provided with a rectangular base. And a cover covering the base, the cover is slidably mounted with an ejector -7 - (5) 1310350 for pushing out the clip, and an insertion opening for inserting paper or the like is formed at the front portion of the body. The clip having the puncher The attaching device is a device for extending the front portion of the cover forming the insertion opening as a table portion of the puncher. A punching hole is provided in the front end portion, and a punching hole in which the punching hole is fitted is provided at the front end portion of the operating handle. The actuating handle is rotatably mounted on the upper surface of the cover and is opened, whereby the clip holder of the present invention can perform the loading of the clip and the perforation of the punch hole. Secondly, the third problem solving means is A device for punching holes in paper by means of parts of the clip-on device that are currently effectively utilized. The body of the clip holder is composed of a base and a cover, and a paper insertion opening is provided at a front end portion of the main body, and a spring for opening is disposed behind the insertion opening. The middle portion and the rear portion of the main body constitute an open top type, and the storage clip and the clip pressing member are incorporated in the main body. On the upper side of the body, the rear portion of the actuating handle is pivotally mounted to the rear of the cover, and the central portion of the pusher on the upper surface of the actuating handle is slidably mounted. Moreover, a perforating blade is installed under the front portion of the actuating handle, and a perforation hole for the perforating blade is provided on the front portion of the cover. Through the rotation of the handle, the paper placed on the perforation hole is perforated. Further, when the paper is perforated by two holes or four holes other than one hole, the display portion and the hole symbol provided at the rear of the punch hole of the cover are effectively utilized. (Effect of the Invention) The present invention achieves the effects described in the above by the above-described process and the constitution described below. Since the clip holder with the puncher of the present invention can discharge the punching chips into the space portion of the -8-(6) 1310350 insertion port side, and the original body is discharged as it is, and the punching hole is not easily generated in the punching hole. The blockage is so efficient that it can be perforated. In addition, this puncher can * select a hole of a plurality of holes spaced from one hole to four holes according to specifications, and perforate. Therefore, it is possible to selectively puncture the type of file to improve transactional capabilities. Moreover, since the clip holder of the present invention has a puncher and a stapler on the clip mounter, it can be used in addition to paper binding using a clip and paper binding using a φ staple. Paper punching using a puncher can achieve three functions in one instrument processing. Further, since the stapler provided on the clip attaching device is formed as a pin body or a cover body can be closely attached to the cover of the main body, it can be held by one hand, and is safe to carry when carrying it. There is also no danger, no protruding objects, and easy to operate clip holder. Further, since the commercially available stapler can be loaded on the clip mounter and the number of parts is reduced at the time of manufacture, the spring can be manufactured at low cost. [Embodiment] (Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention) A clip mounter having a puncher according to the present invention will be described below. Further, the base 2 and the cover 3 are coupled and assembled by a method described later, and an insertion port 7' is formed at the tip end thereof. The insertion port 7 has a space portion 7A -10- (8) 1310350 which is opened in a V shape toward the front outer side. The stacked sheets of paper are inserted into the space portion 7A, and are bound by the clips 8. [Clip 8] The clip 8 is an element for arranging it to staple the paper. As shown in Fig. 8, the clip attacher used in the clip attaching device is a rectangular plate-shaped body such as a metal plate or a synthetic resin plate, and a bent portion 9' is provided at a central portion thereof. The front end elastically contacts and faces the gripping portion 10. The ears 11 for the opening clips 8 are opposed to each other and are formed to protrude on both side portions of the front end portions of the respective holding portions 1〇. The guide portions 12 which are bent outward from each other in the opening direction are formed at the distal ends of the respective holding portions 10 including the ears 11, so that the ears 11 of the holding portions 10 are easily extended. [The body 1 of the clip attachment device] As shown in Figs. 5(a) and 5(b), the base 2 is a Φ-shaped element having a slender shape, and the upper surface thereof is opened, and a long through hole is formed in the lower central portion. In other words, it is an element in which a cross-sectional shape is formed into a concave shape, and a through hole is formed in the bottom surface thereof (see Fig. 5(b)). The cover 3 is a thin plate-shaped member having a side wall, and a through hole is formed in the center of the longitudinal direction (see Fig. 1). The cover 3 is attached and assembled to the base 2 by a known fixing means such as riveting or ultrasonic. The two side walls of the front end of the joint surface of the base 2 and the cover 3 are fixed to the side walls, respectively, along the side walls (see Fig. 5(a)). The expansion spring 13 is an element for guiding and forcibly opening the ear portion n of the clip 8. As shown in Fig. 2, the opening spring 13 has a substantially Y-shaped cross-sectional shape. The expansion spring 13 is formed with an insertion hole 14 provided in the γ-shaped base portion. The expansion spring 13 is fixed to the joint surface between the base 2 and the lid 3 by inserting the pin 15 formed integrally with the base 2 into the insertion hole 14 (see Fig. 5(a)). The insertion position of the insertion hole 14 and the pin 15 is a position where the ear portion 11 of the clip 8 does not interfere with the passage of the clip 8 of the spread spring 13 (forced opening operation). Further, as shown in Fig. 5(b), the holding portion sliding surface 16' is formed in the longitudinal direction of the base 2'. If the clip 8 is mounted on the holding portion sliding surface 16, the grip portion 10 of the clip 8 is partially Seat, slide and guide the holding part 1〇. The outer edge portion 17 of the grip portion sliding surface 16 is a side wall surface of the ear portion 11 that holds the clip 8 from both sides. A flat ear guide 18 is disposed at an angular position of 9 degrees from the edge portion 17, and the ear guide 18 is guided while sliding the ear portion 11 of the clip 8. The clip insertion opening 29 is provided at a rear end position in the longitudinal direction of the base 2. This clip insertion opening 29 is a through hole for inserting when the clip 8 is inserted into the body 1. A pressing member sliding hole 27 which is connected to the clip insertion opening 29 and which is an elongated through hole is formed in a central portion of the base 2. As will be described later, the pusher sliding hole 27 is a through hole in which the finger portion 25 and the locking portion 26 on the lower surface of the clip pressing device 6 are protruded from the outside of the main body 1 to an operable degree. The finger portion 25 is an element for allowing the finger to come into contact with it, resisting the force of the telescopic coil spring 31, and moving the clip pressing member 6. -12- (10) 1310350 With this configuration, the grip portion 10 of the clip 8 slides on the sliding portion 16 of the grip portion, the ear portion 11 is guided by the ear guide portion 18, and the both sides of the ear portion n are the edge portion 17 The guided 'clip 8' moves inside the accommodating portion $ in the body 1 (refer to FIG. 5(b)). As shown in FIG. 1, the base 2 and the cover 3 are coupled to the front sides of the cover 3, A locking piece 19 is integrally provided at the front end portion of the cover 3. The locking piece 19 is inserted and locked to the locking groove 20' formed on both sides of the front end of the base 2, and the base 2 and the cover 3 are integrally joined. In this connection, the fitting hole 21 having a rectangular cross section is provided at the intermediate position ' of the bottom # 2 seat (see Fig. 5(a)). On the other hand, two latching tabs 22 are formed on both sides of the cover 3. The two locking tabs 22 are inserted into the two fitting holes 21' to lock the mounting base 2 and the cover 3, respectively (see Figs. 1 and 5). Further, when the base 2 is coupled to the cover 3, the projections 45 integrally provided at the rear end portions of the cover 3 are inserted into the recesses 44 of the base 2, and the base 2 and the cover 3 are integrally joined. [Clip presser 6] # The clip presser 6 is an element from which the clip 8 is pushed out from the rear by the accommodating portion 5 in the main body 1. As shown in Fig. 2, the clip pressing member 6 is slidably inserted into the housing portion 5 of the main body 1 in which the clip 8 is housed. The pressing portion 30 of the pressing clip 8 is provided at the front end portion of the clip pressing member 6 and the locking portion of the end portion of the locking telescopic coil spring 31 is formed at the front central portion of the clip pressing member 6. 32. Further, a locking portion 26 for releasing the finger contact and releasing the locking with the base 2 is formed in the front portion thereof so as to protrude downward. The folded portion 24 of the telescopic coil spring 31 is provided above the rear portion. -13, (11) 1310350 [Ejector 4] As shown in Fig. 1, a long hole 35A having a rectangular through hole is formed in the front portion from the center portion of the cover 3. On both sides of the long hole 35A, a sliding edge 36A for the ejector 4 to slide and move is formed. Further, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the ejector 4 that pushes out the bent portion 9 of the clip 8 is provided at the distal end position to push the upper portion of the clip 8 forward. 37. The abutting portion 37 is an element for contacting the bent portion 9 of the clip 8, that is, the upper surface and the rear surface of the corner portion, which are pushed forward. Further, the ejector 4 is provided with a locking portion 6a having a locking projection spring 31 that terminates in the center portion, and an element on which the finger portion 40 is provided. As shown in Fig. 1, a punch 23 to be described later is disposed on the upper end portion of the lid 3. The ejector 4 configured as described above is moved along the sliding edge 36A formed on both sides of the long hole 35A of the cover 3, and the lower portion of the finger touch portion 40 is positioned above the sliding edge 36A, and the finger contact portion 40 is manually moved to move it. The guidance of the time. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 1, when the fingertip contacts the finger contact portion 40, the front portion of the ejector 4 is moved downward, but normally, the spring pressure of the telescopic coil spring 31 is normally located above. Next, as shown in Fig. 2, one end of the telescopic coil spring 31 is locked to the locking projection 32 of the clip ejector 6 movably attached to the main body 1. The other end of the telescopic coil spring 31 is coupled to the locking projection 37A of the locking portion 69 of the ejector 4 via a folded portion 24 that winds the intermediate portion thereof to the clip pressing member 6. Therefore, the ejector 4 and the clip urging member 6 are in a state in which the telescopic coil springs 3 are connected to each other. If the elastic pressure of the telescopic coil spring 3 is utilized, the clip pusher 6 front-14-(12) 1310350 enters and if the clip 8 is pushed forward by the pressing portion 30, the ejector 4 is pulled oppositely. The standby position to the rear is in the usable state shown in Figure 2. If, on the contrary, the ejector 4 advances by the pushing action, that is, the clip pushing device 6 functions in the opposite direction, the ejector 4 is in the standby position even if the clip urging member 6 is in the holding position of the clip, The spring pressure is still maintained. [Punch 23] φ Next, a punch 23 for perforating a paper such as a document or a card according to one of the features of the present invention is a device provided above the insertion opening 7 of the paper at the front end of the main body 1 as described above. As shown in Fig. 1, the table portion 33 of the punch 23 is shared with the upper portion of the cover 3 of the body 1, and a punch hole 34 is bored in the front portion thereof. As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, the operating handle 35 constituting the puncher 23 has a substantially rectangular space portion 36. The space portion 36 is a hole that passes through the intermediate portion so that the ejector 4 can move back and forth. The punching blade 38 is fixed to the cover 3 side by the front portion of the shank 35. The perforating blade 38 is disposed to face the perforation hole 34 provided in the table portion 33. The perforating edge 38 is inserted and relatively inserted into the perforation hole 34. As shown in the second to fourth figures, a circular mounting portion 39 is integrally formed at the rear of the operating handle 35. The mounting pin 41 is integrally formed at the center of the circular mounting portion 39. As shown in Fig. 2, the mounting pin 41 is inserted into the mounting hole 42 of the main body 1 constituting the pivot point, and the actuating lever 35 is rotatably supported. Further, as shown in Fig. 1, the indication portions 52 and 57 constituting the hole spacing mark at the time of perforation are formed on the upper surface of the table portion 33 of the cover 3 in a V-shaped groove. The position of the indication portions 52, 57 is set to a size corresponding to the position specification of the hole for the file, for example, a position of 28.5 mm and a size of 40 mm from the center of the hole -15-(13) 1310350 hole 34. In the vicinity of the display portions 52, 57', the hole symbols 58 of the numbers 4 and 2 indicating the number of holes are marked (the stapler 5 1). Next, as shown in Fig. 1, the plane and the peripheral wall of the division are mounted. The portion 50 is formed on the rear upper surface of the cover 3 constituting the body. A folding φ-type stapler 51 is fitted in this mounting portion 50. The structure and function of this stapler 51 are well known. Although it is embedded in the present embodiment, the attachment portion 50 and the stapler 51 can be fixed by adhesion, caulking or the like. The configuration in which the stapler 51 is attached to the mounting portion forms an appearance as shown in Figs. 6 and 7. The stapler 51 is a commercially available existing appliance or a special appliance that is more simplified in accordance with the clip holder. Instead of mounting the stapler 51 to the mounting portion 50, a small container for accommodating a small piece of stationery such as a clip 8 or a crepe pin can be attached. # This stapler 51 is formed as shown in Fig. 2, and a metal bending table 44A for bending the leading end of the staple is disposed and fixed on the base body 43 of the stapler 51. A pivot 45A is formed at the base of the base body 43. The pin body 46 and the cover 49 are pivotally mounted to the pivot 45A. The pin body 46 is an element that houses the staple. The cover 49 is an element for covering the needle body 46. A leaf spring 48A provided with a needle end 48 at the front end is attached to the inner side of the cover body 49. Further, a contraction spring 47 is disposed in the needle body 46, and the contraction spring 47 is used to push the stapler forward from the rear. These structures and functions are well known, and the description thereof is omitted. -16- (14) 1310350 Insert the 'paper' to be bound for the binding on the opposite side of the insertion port 7 in the longitudinal direction. Although the details are not shown in the figure ‘only when the stapler ' 51 is not in use, the needle holding portion of the binding needle can be displaced to the position where the needle cannot be pressed. Since the lid portion of the stapler 51 covers the shape of the accommodating portion when not in use, the stapler 51 can be brought into close contact with the lid 3, which contributes to simplification of the clip holder. φ [binding operation of the clip 8] Next, an operation of binding a document or a card with the clip 8 by the clip attacher will be described. In the state shown in Fig. 1, at the beginning, a plurality of sheets of paper are inserted into the insertion opening 7 at the front end of the main body 1. Next, if the thumb touches the finger contact portion 40 of the ejector 4, the front end of the ejector 4 is slightly lowered, and if the ejector 4 is still moved to the insertion port 7 side in this state, the pressing portion at the front end of the ejector 4 37 abuts the rear end of the bent portion 9 of the clip 8 at the front side thereof to advance the clip 8. Φ As such, the guiding portion 12 at the front end of the clip 8 contacts the rear portion of the expanding spring 13, and if it is contacted, the pusher 4 is further pushed, whereby the guiding portion 12 is opened. Go one step further. As a result, the upper and lower opening springs 13 are narrowed toward each other, and the inner surface of the ear portion π of the paper 'clip 8 in the insertion opening 7 is moved, and the outer surface of the surface contact spring 13 is moved. When the front end of the expansion spring 13 passes, the front end of the opening spring 13 is opened to the original state by the elastic force, and at the same time, the clip 8 is detached from the expansion spring 13, so that the clip 8 is elastic. Hold the paper and bind it. -17-(16) 1310350 Since the front end of the perforating blade 38 is formed with jagged irregularities, the convex portion bites into the paper and is inserted into the perforation hole 34 to be perforated. This punched hole 34 penetrates and communicates with the insertion opening 7 having the space portion 7A that is open to the outside. Therefore, the punching chips which occur along with the perforations pass through the punching holes 34 and fall into the space portion 7A of the insertion port 7 to be discharged. When the punching chips are not discharged, after the perforation, the upper side can be rotated upwards to open the operating handle 35, and the perforated paper can be simply taken out. Next, a method of perforating two holes and four holes in the A4 size paper 5 3 of the specification paper shown in Figs. 9 and 10 will be described. As shown in Figure 9, the size of the A4 gauge paper is 210mmx2 9 7mm. On the left side of the paper shown in Figure 9, four holes are perforated according to the specifications, and the binder can be ordered. Although the hole pierced in the first embodiment is 4 holes, even the 2-hole shape is the same. The hole distance for the 2 holes is 80 mm, and the hole for the 4 holes is shown in Fig. 9. The holes are 80 mm apart at 3 places, and the 80 mm at the center is the same as the hole with 2 holes. The center position of the hole is 28.5 mm at both ends of the upper and lower sides, and the size position is 12 mm from the left end. This size position is the specification position. First, the A4 size paper 53 is used for 2 holes. As shown in Fig. 10, the A4 size paper 53 is folded in half. Fig. 10 is a plan view showing the paper in a folded state. The portion from the folded-back edge 54 is placed on the table portion 33 shown in Fig. 1 and positioned at the rear display portion 52. In this state, the operating handle 35 is rotated and pressed, and the two holes in the center portion shown in Fig. 10, that is, the first hole 55 are pierced by the punching blade 38 as described above. The display portion 52 is at a position that coincides with the perforation of the first hole 55, and is provided with a shallow concave groove. Next, when the paper 53 is taken out and unfolded, the -19-(17) 1310350 is pierced into a hole having a hole width of 80 mm. This 2-hole specification is not only for the A4 specification, but also for the B5 specification paper. If it is only 2 holes, the punching is completed by the operation up to this point. Next, in order to perform the four-hole perforation of one of the features of the present invention on the A4 size paper 53, as shown in Fig. 1, the first half-folder is perforated by the above method. After the perforation, as shown in the lower part of Fig. 10, the display portion 57 provided at a position 28.5 mm from the center of the hole punching hole 34 is positioned in a state in which both ends 56 of the folded paper are overlapped. When the paper is positioned by this, the A4 size paper 53 can be perforated by four holes by pressing the operating handle 35 by hand. Although the indicating portion 57 is different from the position of the indicating portion 52, it can be arranged as the indicating portion 52. When the perforation is completed, the A4 size paper 53 is unfolded, that is, two holes in the center of the paper end portion are inserted, and the two holes on the paper end side are broken. As a result, the pitch size 80 mm shown in Fig. 9 is printed. Hole in the hole. That is, the holes are perforated in four holes of 2 holes in the size of 28.5 mm from both ends of the paper and 2 holes in the center. Therefore, the paper can be bound to a standard 4-hole loose-leaf book. In the first embodiment, the clip attacher is provided with a puncher capable of perforating two holes and four holes of the paper. In addition, it is also possible to make a multi-function clip mounter that can be used for staple ordering. Although three functions are added as shown in the figure, the construction is simplified, and it is easy and safe to operate with one hand. [Embodiment 2] Next, Embodiment 2 shown in Figs. 1 to 3 will be described. -20- (18) 1310350 Fig. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing the overall configuration of the clip attacher of the second embodiment. Fig. 12 is a perspective view showing the state in which the operating handle of the clip attaching device of the second embodiment is opened. Fig. 1 is a plan view showing the base of the clip attacher of the second embodiment. The clip attacher of the second embodiment is a device in which a puncher is provided above the main body 1 of the conventional simple clip mounter which has been put to practical use. As shown in Figs. 11 and 12, the body 1 of the clip mounter of the second embodiment is provided with a rectangular base 2, and a cover 3 is attached to cover the base 2. This cover 3 is mainly constituted by an ejector 4 that slides in the longitudinal direction. The base 2, the cover 3, the ejector 4, and the like are made of synthetic resin, respectively, and are manufactured by injection molding. An insertion port 7 into which a document or the like is inserted is formed at the front end of the body 1 formed by the base 2 and the cover 3. The clip 8 used in the clip mounter is the same as the clip described in detail in the first embodiment. As shown in the figure, the base 2 of the second embodiment is in the form of a recess 1 in the upper surface of the base 2. When the clip 8 is located at the front end portion of the insertion port 7 side, it is pushed by the ejector 4 and pushed out to the insertion port 7. At this time, the expansion spring 13 fixed to the base 2 is forcibly inserted between the two ears 11 of the clip 8 shown in Fig. 8, and the ear portion 11 is opened during the ejection process as shown in Fig. 11' The cross section of the expansion spring 13 for extending the two ear portions 11 is formed in a substantially horizontal Y shape, and as shown in Fig. 13, the pin 15 standing on the base 2 is inserted into the expansion spring 13 The insertion port 14 of the base portion is supported and fixed to the base 2. The position of the insertion port 14 and the pin 15 is set to be close to the side edge of the expansion spring 13 as in the first embodiment. -21 - (19) 1310350 ' does not interfere with the position where the ear portion n of the clip 8 passes. In the base 2, a grip portion sliding surface 16 is formed along the longitudinal direction thereof, and the clip 8 is inserted into and housed in the grip portion sliding surface 16. The end side of the sliding portion of the grip portion 16 is formed as a segment-type deep groove 59. The inside of this slot 59 is a structure in which the bent portion 9 of the clip 8 located at the front and the grip portion 1 immediately behind it fall. On the outer side of the pair of edge portions 17 forming the sliding surface of the grip portion, the ear guide groove is holding the ear portion n of the clip 8 and extending to the position of the expansion spring 13 φ. A pair of guiding protrusions 60 are formed at the rear end portion of the base 2 opposite to the side of the insertion opening 7 (refer to FIG. 13) so as to be located downward from the rear end portion toward the front end direction, that is, from the side of the cover 3 toward the base 2 The outer face side is inclined and is located in the ear guide groove 18. Between the rear end portions of the two guiding projections 60, the pair of guiding projections 60 are smoothly joined by the connecting body 61 having the horizontal portion. Further, in the figure, the pin 15'' on the base 2 is fitted to a fitting hole (not shown) of the cover 3. Next, as shown in Figs. 11 and 12, the upper portion of the cover 3 on the side of the insertion port 7 on the front side is formed with a punch 33 which is integrally formed with one of the features of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 12, on the upper surface of the table portion 33, a perforation hole 34 is bored through the insertion opening 7, and the punching chips generated by the perforation are discharged into the space portion 7 of the insertion port 7. A long hole 35 可供 for sliding the front and rear of the ejector 4 is provided at the rear. Further, the clip insertion opening 63' of the supply clip 8 is provided behind the cover 3 in order to prevent the inserted clip 8 from coming off, which is only in the insertion direction. That is, a distance between the end portion 6 4 A of the rear end portion side of the lid portion 64 and the joint portion 65 of the base portion 2 is provided at the rear end portion (between the -22-(20) 1310350 is slightly narrower than the thickness of the bent portion 9 of the clip 8, and the clip 8 is opened when it is inserted against the elastic force, and if inserted, it is narrowed again to prevent the clip 8 from falling off. As shown in Fig. 12, the ejector 4 slides in the front-rear direction along the sliding edge 36A formed on both sides of the long hole 35A of the cover 3. Both sides of the finger contact portion 40 of the ejector 4 are in contact with and located above the sliding edge 36A. Further, as shown in Fig. 11, one end of the locking telescopic coil spring 31 is provided at the locking portion 69 provided at the rear of the ejector 4. Further, the other end φ of the locking telescopic coil spring 31 is formed on the locking projection 32 provided on the lower surface of the cover 3, and the ejector 4 is normally pulled to the rear side. As long as the fingertip does not touch and press the finger portion 40, the front of the ejector 4 is normally pushed upward. The ejector 4 is provided with a pressing portion 37, whereby the pressing portion 37 abuts against the clip 8, and the clip 8 is pushed out. Next, a method of assembling the main body 1 of the clip attacher of the second embodiment will be described. The two pins 15 of the base 2 are inserted and attached to the insertion holes 14 of the expansion springs 13. Next, the connecting portion 65 at the rear end of the fitting base 2 and the mounting portion 66 at the rear end of the cover, and secondly, the pressing band 67 made of metal are fitted into the strip-shaped groove 62 formed in the front portion of the base 2 and the cover 3 to complete the assembly. . Next, a puncher 23 for perforating a document or a card will be described as one of the features of the present invention. The punch 23 is a member provided above the paper insertion opening 7 at the front end of the main body 1 and provided on the upper surface of the cover 3. The table portion 33 of the puncher 23 is an element integrally formed with the front portion of the cover 3 of the main body 1 as shown in Fig. 12, and a perforation hole 34 is bored in the front portion. The body 1 of the punch 23 and the punch hole 34 are shared. As shown in Figs. 11 and 12, the operating handle 35 constituting the puncher 23 is provided with a punching blade 38 on the lower surface of the front portion so that the access hole 23-(21) 1310350 can be inserted into the table. The punch hole 34 of the portion 33. The intermediate portion of the actuating lever 35, which is further behind the punching blade 38, has the same shape as the long hole 35 A and has a substantially rectangular shape forming a space portion 36 for the ejector 4 to slide back and forth. Further, a mounting pin 41 is provided at a lower end of the foot of the operating handle 35, and a distal end portion of the mounting pin 41 is attached to a mounting hole (not shown) provided on the inner side of the cover 3, so that the operating handle 35 is This pin 41 is free to rotate as a fulcrum. The grip portion sliding surface 16 is provided on the base 2 along the longitudinal direction from the clip insertion opening 29 to the insertion port 7 side. As in the above embodiment, the edge portions 17 provided on both sides of the sliding portion 16 of the holding portion are guided to accommodate a plurality of clip pressing members 6 in the main body 1. Further, on the side wall of the base 2, the engaging portion 28 as described above is provided in the vicinity of the clip insertion opening 29. The engaging portion 28 forms a part of the wall of the base 2 projecting inward from the holding portion sliding surface 16, and has a predetermined width from the inner side of the base 2 to the outer surface of the base 2, and has a shape in which the step portion 28a is provided in a substantially straight shape. When the clip pressing portion 25 is placed at the rear end portion of the base 2 by the hand grip portion 25, the step portion 28a engages the locking portion 6a of the clip pressing member 6. In other words, when the locking portion 6a on the side of the clip pressing member 6 passes over the step portion 28a and moves away toward the rear side, the locking portion 6a is pressed by the elastic pressure of the telescopic coil spring 3 1 # Step portion 28a. Therefore, the clip pressing member 6 is locked to the engaging portion 28 » one end of the telescopic coil spring 31 is locked to the locking projection 32 provided at the tip end of the clip pressing device 6, and the other end portion is locked by the folded portion 24 Pusher 4. When the locking of the clip pressing device 6 is released, the locking portion 26 resting on the step portion 28a is removed by pushing the finger portion 25' by hand. Fig. 21 shows the state immediately after the release state is released. The clip pressing device 6 whose unlocking state is released is guided to the insertion port 7 side along the edge portion 17, and the clips -28-(26) 1310350 are pressed and held, and in the above embodiments, The punching chip is dropped into the insertion hole 7 by the punching hole of the paper, but since the punching chip can be completely discharged to the outside, the punching chip does not block, and the conventional problem is eliminated. Further, although the method of smoothly collecting the punctured chips is not shown, it is also possible to collect a small swarf container above the insertion port 7 for recovery. Further, the hole 3 4 for reinforcing the resin can be reinforced with a thin metal plate or the like. Although the above embodiments of the present invention have been described in place of the three embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment. (Industrial Applicability) As described above, the invention of the present invention is a clip mounter having a puncher above the paper insertion opening at the front of the main body, which can be applied to a conventional commercially available clip mounter.
