1298632 (1) 九、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明,係關於藉由將前身片之側緣與後身片之側緣 予以重疊並接合而形成之短褲型用後即棄式紙尿褲,特別 是,有關兼具優良穿著感及高接合強度之短褲型用後即棄 式紙尿褲。 【先前技術】 近年,用後即棄式紙尿褲之品質飛躍性提升,乳幼兒 大多穿著用後即棄式紙尿褲。作爲用後即棄式紙尿褲者, 存在有具備有帶片的形態(帶片型)及呈短褲形狀的形態 (短褲型)之二種類。帶片型之用後即棄式紙尿褲,爲將 腰圍二處用帶片固定者,以較低月齡之乳兒爲對象。另一 方面,短褲型之用後即棄式紙尿褲,爲如內褲之短褲般地 一體成形,可直接在站立狀態下穿著者,以1歲〜3歲之 幼兒爲對象。 此等用後即棄式紙尿褲,由於爲直接接觸於乳幼兒的 纖細敏感之肌膚者,故須要求爲肌膚觸感優異之穿著感良 好者。因此,作爲更柔,更薄,且更輕之材料,而使用了 低基重之不織布的用後即棄式紙尿褲之開發一直在進步。 然而,短褲型之用後即棄式紙尿褲,通常,爲藉由將 紙尿褲本體之前身片的側緣與後身片的側緣予以重疊並接 合而形成。如此之短褲型用後即棄式紙尿褲,爲了在幼兒 穿著之際或於該裝著中不使接合被解開,必須有一定以上 -4- (2) (2)1298632 之接合強度。此點,於使用了低基重的不織布之紙尿褲, 正因其爲低基重’故與高基重之不織布比較,其接合強度 較差。因此’優良穿著感與高接合強度之並存成爲課題。 關於此點’揭示有針對於具備有透液性表面薄片;及 不透液性背面薄片;以及夾介於此等兩薄片間之吸液性芯 片’並藉由使從前後身片的吸液性芯片之左右各側緣朝向 外側延伸而出之側翼部分以合掌狀重疊且熔著,而一體化 地形成之短褲型用後即棄式紙尿褲,於形成側翼部分之背 面薄片的外面,配置融點比背面薄片還高之覆蓋薄片,而 將側翼部分的外側緣與覆蓋薄片一同熔著之技術(參照專 利文獻1 )。根據該短褲型用後即棄式紙尿褲,其熔著部 之表面不會粗糙而刺激到穿著者之肌膚。 又’作爲揭示於專利文獻1之短褲型用後即棄式紙尿 褲的改良技術,揭示有將在側翼部分的表背面薄片之至少 一方,藉由朝向表背面薄片之面方向接合的薄片構件來構 成’將熔著的部分之背面薄片側作成融點比表面薄片側還 局之薄片而予以熔著的技術(參照專利文獻2)。根據該 爲在65g/m2以上100g/m2以下之短褲型用後即棄式紙尿 褲。 (1 )之短褲型用後即棄式紙尿褲,由於爲使用 2 Og/m2以下之低基重的不織布作爲紙尿褲背面薄片,故軟 柔質輕,穿著感優良。構成背面薄片的不織布之基重若超 過20g/m2,則不能言其爲低基重,不能製得比以往更柔 軟質輕且穿著感良好之紙尿褲。再者,由於其爲將腰側接 合部之合計基重設定於78g/m2以上120g/m2以下,而腿 側接合部之合計基重設定於65g/m2以上l〇〇g/m2以下者 ,故雖使用低基重之不織布作爲背面薄片,接合部之接合 強度亦優秀。因此,根據本發明,可提供一種兼具優良穿 著感及高接合強度之短褲型用後即棄式紙尿褲。 作爲將腰側接合部及腿側接合部之合計基重設定於上 述範圍內之手段者,並無特別限定。例如,亦可將腰側接 合部之背面薄片以及腿側接合部之背面薄片,使用不同材 )之短褲型用後即棄式紙尿褲,爲將從腰部開口 部朝下方25mm以內之區域的合計基重設定於78g/m2以 上120g/m2以下,而將從腿部開口部朝上方25mm以內之 區域的合計基重設定於65g/m2以上100g/m2以下之紙尿 褲。亦即,其爲調整了最需要高接合強度的部位之基重, 而將接合強度設定於一定程度以上者。因此,可提供能持 續確保更良好之穿著感,並具備有高接合強度的紙尿褲。 (3 ) 如(1 )或(2 )所記載之短褲型用後即棄式 紙尿褲,其中構成上述背面薄片的不織布之纖維粗度,爲 在0.8dtex以上1.5dtex以下。 (3 )之短褲型用後即棄式紙尿褲,爲將構成背面薄 片之纖維粗度設定於〇_8dtex以上1.5dtex以下之紙尿褲 。亦即,其爲藉由使用由比以往之一般不織布的纖維還細 之纖維所構成的不織布作爲背面薄片,其肌膚觸感良好, 作爲不織布者,除了由聚烯烴系、聚酯系、或聚醯胺 系等纖維所形成的芯鞘型複合纖維以外,還可使用由並列 型複合纖維所構成的不織布。又,不織布之製造方法並沒 有特別限定,亦可使用藉由紡黏、點黏、氣流黏合、化學 非織物熱熔、熔噴、噴網,或是針軋等之方法所製造之並 列型複合纖維。 特別是,背面薄片1 1 2,爲防止被吸收性芯片所吸收 的排泄物朝向外側漏出者,須採用上述之不織布之施有撥 水處理者。藉由將背面薄片1 1 2,作成透濕性材料,可減 低裝著時之悶濕,消除不適感。作爲如此之材料者,例如 ,除了將合成樹脂膜化之薄片狀薄膜、充塡無機塡充料並 藉由施以延伸處理而製得之通氣薄膜以外,亦可使用將紙 與不織布予以複合之層壓布、具備有10%〜3 0%之開孔且 孔徑在〇· 1mm〜0.6mm之範圍內並藉由使毛細管朝向吸收 性體側地配置而製得之通氣性液體阻隔薄片等。較佳爲, -13- 製法所製造者。作爲不織布者,可使用與背面薄片112或 側邊薄片1 1 4相同者。又,亦可使用嫘縈、醋酸酯、棉質 、紙漿,或是,單獨使用合成樹脂或以形成芯鞘構造之方 式予以複合的纖維狀薄片。 作爲吸收性芯片1 80者,較佳爲採用將解纖紙漿及高 吸水性聚合物予以倂用者,此外採用將纖維素纖維、熱可 塑性樹脂、高吸水性聚合物、熱熔著性纖維等予以混合並 施以熱處理者亦理想。又’若爲積層複數層者時,高吸水 性聚合物之存在位置,可爲上層、中層、下層之任一層, 又’亦可爲與紙漿混合者。高吸水性聚合物,以具備有能 吸收保持本身重量之2 0倍以上的液體之性能,並具備有 凝膠化之性質者爲理想。作爲如此之高分子吸水聚合物者 ,可舉澱粉-丙烯酸(鹽)接枝共聚物、澱粉一丙烯脛共 聚物之皂化物、羧甲基纖維素鈉之交聯物、丙烯酸(鹽) 聚合物等。 15- (13) (13)1298632 〔腰側接合部1 9
