1298614 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明涉及一種資料存取器固定裝置組合,尤係一 種適用於筆記型電腦之資料存取器固定裝置組合。 【先前技術】 筆記型電腦中之資料存取器,如光碟機之固定通常 首先將光碟機裝置於一固定架内,之後將該固定架固定 於筆記型電腦内。惟,以此種方式固定光碟機通常需用 到螺絲,以至無論拆卸或安裝光碟機時均需要用螺絲起 子等操作工具,且效率低下。 【發明内容】 鑒於以上,有必要為筆記型電腦提供一種拆裝快捷 方便之資料存取器固定裝置組合。 一種資料存取器固定裝置組合,包括一資料存取器 及一收容該資料存取器之底座,該資料存取器裝設一卡 扣件,該底座包括一底板,其上滑動地裝設一鎮固件及 一頂出件,該卡扣件卡扣於該鎖固件而將該資料存取器 鎖固於該底座,一作動件與該鎖固件裝置於一起且分別 位於該底板之兩面,推動該作動件帶動該鎖固件移動即 可將該卡扣件解鎖,且該鎖固件可推動該頂出件將該資 料存取器頂出該底座,一裝設於該底座内之復位元件可 將該鎖固件復位。 相較習知技術,該資料存取器固定裝置組合係利用 卡扣件將該資料存取器鎖固於該底座,解鎖時僅需滑動 該作動件帶動該鎖扣件滑動,即可將該資料存取器解鎖 並頂出該底座,操作過程快捷方便。 【實施方式】 請參照第一圖與第二圖,為本發明資料存取器固定 裝置組合之較佳實施方式,其包括一資料存取器10及 1298614 一筆記型電腦之底座30。 該資料存取器10可為一光碟機或一其他電子裝置 如硬碟機等,其兩側壁分別設有一滑轨11,後壁13上 設有一螺孔131 〇 一卡扣件15裝設於該資料存取器10之後壁13,其 包括一 “L”形固定板151及一卡鉤155。該囡定板151 上設有另一螺孔153。一螺絲17透過該卡扣件15之螺 孔153將該卡扣件15鎖固於該資料存取器10後壁13 之螺孔131 〇 該底座30包括一底板31,該底板31上對應該對滑 轨11設有複數供該資料存取器10滑入之滑動部311, 該底板31上同時設有複數支承片313,用以支承該資料 存取器10使其易於滑入。一第一固定部321及一第二 固定部331設於該底板31。該第一固定部321為近似 “U”形框體,其左右兩側壁分別向内延伸設有複數凸 片323,左側壁還設有一開口 325及一向外延伸之第一 凸柱335。該第二©定部331連接於該第一固定部321 之左侧壁,其左側壁同樣設有一開口 333,一通孔337 設於該第二固定部331所包圍之底板31上。 一頂出件35可滑動裝設於該第一固定部321,其垂 直方向之運動由該第一固定部321之凸片323所限制。 該頂出件35之前端為一頂出部351,左側後部為一缺口 353,該缺口 353包括一第一抵頂面355。 一鎖固件37係裝置於該第二固定部331内,其左 端為一與該卡扣件15之卡鉤155相對應之擋止部371, 右端為一與該頂出件35之缺口 353相對應之頂出片 375,中部則對應該底板31之通孔337設有一卡固孔 379。該擋止部371包括一滑動面372及一擋止面373。 該頂出片375包括一第二抵頂面376。鄰近該頂出片 1298614 375,該鎖固件37上還設有一第二凸柱378。 ^ 一彈簧38之兩端分別套設於該第一凸柱335及該 第二凸柱378,而裝設於該鎖固件37與該第二固定部 331之間。 一作動件39設有兩支腳391,該對支腳391可穿過 該底板31之通孔337及該鎖固件37之卡固孔379而將 該作動件裝置於該鎖固件37。該作動件39還包括一操 作部393 〇 組裝時,首先將該頂出件35滑入該底座30之第一 固定部321,將該鎖固件37及該彈簧38裝設入該第二 > 固定部331内,該彈簧38之兩端分別套設於該第一凸 柱335及該第二凸柱378,將該作動件39之支腳391 穿過該通孔337及該卡固孔379而卡扣於該鎖固件37。 其完成狀態如第二圖所示。之後將該底座30之上蓋(圖 未示)裝設於該底板31 〇 將該固定有卡扣件15之資料存取器10從該底座30 之裝入口(未標號)振入,該卡鉤155抵頂該鎖固件37 之滑動面372而推動該鎖固件37右移,該彈簧38受壓 縮變形。該卡鉤155越過該擋止部371後,該鎖固件37 | 於該彈簧38之回復力作用下左移,該卡鉤155鉤扣於 該擋止面373,從而將該資料存取器10鎖固於該底座 30。此時各元件之狀態及配合關係如第三圖和第四圖所 示。 請繼續參閱第五圖,要拆卸該資料存取器10,僅需 推動該作動件39,該鎖固件37被帶動右移。此過程中, 該彈簧38受力壓縮,該卡鉤155被釋放,該資料存取 器10即被解鎖;該鎖固件37繼續右移,該頂出片375 之第二抵頂面376抵頂於該第一抵頂面355,從而推動 該頂出件35前移,該頂出部351作用於該資料存取器 9 1298614 10之後壁13,而將其部分推出該底座30。鬆開該作動 ~ 件39,該鎖固件37即於該彈簧38之作用下左移復位至 第二爵所示狀態。向外拉動該資料存取器10之前端, 即可將其自該底座3〇取出。 本發明同樣可應用於其他電子裝置,且其中之彈簧 38可為其他復位元件所代替。 综上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出 專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施例, 舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,在爰依本發明精神所作之等 效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍内。 _ 【圖式簡單說明】 第一圖係本發明資料存取器固定裝置組合較佳實施 方式之立體分解圖。 第二圖係本發明資料存取器固定裝置組合較佳實施 方式之頂出件和鎖固件裝設於底座之組合 圖。 第三圖係本發明資料存取器固定裝置組合較佳實施 方式之立體組合圖。 第四圖係第三圖之另一方向視圖。 _ 第五圖係本發明資料存取器固定裝置組合較佳實施 方式之解鎖示意圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 資料存取器 10 滑執 11 後壁 13 螺孔 131 、 153 卡扣件 15 固定板 151 卡鉤 155 螺絲 17 底座 30 底板 31 滑動部 311 支承片 313 第一固定部 321 凸片 323 10 1298614BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
