Abstract

This invention relates to a multi-functional clotheshorse, including two X-shaped racks that are spaced from each together; two top suspending rods connected between tops of the two X-shaped racks; a bottom suspending rod connected intersected portions of the two X-shaped racks, each of the suspending rods being telescopically connected by inner and outer tubes to allow adjustment of the length whereby the user may adjust at one's needs. The X-shaped racks of the invention are each constructed of an X-shaped base, a top support rack and a bottom support rack. The X-shaped base is further pivoted by an inner base and an outer base that may fold towards each other. The inner and outer bases are provided with protrusions therebetween that urge against each other at their sides, such that X-shaped racks can be expanded in place. One of the protrusions is deflected such that when the X-shaped bases are rotated towards different directions, it can be expanded into different orientations to allow easy sun-drying of large-size objects, such as blankets and bed sheets. Two suspending rods can be joined to form a sun-drying net over which knitted clothes that are easily deformed can be placed for sun drying purpose.
