1278337 (1) 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明是關於同時打開多數並列的過瀘板,由濾布剝 離濾餅的壓濾機,特別是關於吊設於過濾板的過濾室之容 易裝卸的濾布、一起將吊設於過濾板的濾布洗淨的洗淨裝 置、以及使濾布振動而由濾布同時將瀘餅剝離的振動裝置 【先前技術】 曰本特開平11-19414號公報,揭示:一種將固定於 過瀘板的濾布的上端部可振動地吊設在濾布支承裝置的壓 濾機,是在排出濾餅時,依次一片片地打開過濾板,使濾 布或過瀘板振動而將濾餅由瀘布剝離的依次開板型壓濾機 〇 在此壓濾機,由於一邊一室一室地打開過濾室’一邊 剝離濾餅後洗淨濾布,故在剝離濾餅與洗淨濾布上花費時 間。又,由於瀘布的中心部被固定於過濾板,故振動無法 傳達至瀘布的下半部,不易完全剝離濾餅。且會有:即使 將洗淨水噴射於濾布面,根據濾餅的性狀’瀘餅會殘留於 濾布的固定部之缺點。 日本特開2000-33204號公報,揭示:一種將呈鋸齒 狀地圍繞懸掛於並列的過濾板上之環狀的濃布吊設在框架 之間的壓濾機,是在排出濾餅時’同時打開並列的過濾板 ,使濾布行進而剝離濾餅的同時開板型壓爐機。 -5- (2) 1278337 在此壓濾機,在排出濾餅時因環狀的濾布的下降部胃 上升部相向並進,所以附著在濾布的濾餅是不僅形成濾布 行進的阻抗,還會附著於過濾板的上部的滾筒。附著有'濾 餅的滾筒會形成濾布的蛇行·匯集摺痕·破損的原因°破 損了的瀘布的交換是必須對全部之環繞懸掛於過瀘板的^ 狀濾布進行,爲非常困難的作業。又,使瀘布行進的構造 也變得複雜。 【內容】 【發明的揭示】 本發明是有鑒於前述以往的問題而開發完成的發明’ 其目的在於:提供一種容易裝卸地可吊設於過濾板的過濾 室之濾、布。 本發明的另一目的在於··提供一種一起洗淨吊設於已 打開的過濾板之多數個瀘布,來縮短濾布的洗淨時間之壓 濾機。 本發明的又另一目的在於:提供一種同時使多數個濾 布振動剝離濾餅,來縮短濾餅的排出時間之壓濾機。 此發明的第1形態是在於具備可開關自如地並列於支 承搭掛在前框架與後框架的導軌上之複數個過濾板、吊設 於這些的過濾板的過濾床的濾布之壓濾機,其特徵是在立 設於前述過濾板的導引軸介由彈簧支承搭掛支承桿,並且 在前述濾布配設有連通於過濾板的原液供給路徑的供液板 與配設於其下緣部的鉛錘,利用將該濾布的上緣部吊設於 - 6- (3) 1278337 前述支承桿,使瀘布滑設於過濾板。 【實施方式】 以下根據圖面,詳細敘述本發明之壓濾機的過濾裝置 的實施例。 如第1圖所示,搭掛於前框架1與後框架2的一對平 行的水平導軌3,在被固定於前框架1及後框架2的左右 側壁的水平導軌之間,多數並列的過濾板4分別可前後行 進地被支承搭掛著。 在最後列的過濾板4的後方,配設有可動頭5,與過 濾板4相同地可前後行進地被支承搭掛於導軌3。此可動 頭5是連結於支承在後框架2的繫緊壓缸6的桿前端,利 用伸縮此繫緊壓缸6,使其朝前後移動於導軌3上。 並列的全部的過瀘板4與其前方的前框架1以及後方 的可動頭5是利用4條的轉移鏈條7相互地連結著。這4 條的轉移鏈條7是因分別隔著預定長度固定於過濾板4、 前框架1及可動頭5的左右兩側壁的上部與下部,所以, 過濾板4是能在預定的間隔打開。 當欲關閉過濾板4時,延伸繫緊壓缸6使可動頭5朝 前方移動。藉此,並列的過瀘板4是受到前框架1及後框 架2所挾持而關閉。 另一方面,當御史過濾板4打開時,收縮繫緊壓缸6 使可動頭5朝後方移動。藉此,連結於可動頭5的轉移鏈 條7張緊。 -7- (4) 1278337 如前所述,因全部的過濾板4受到轉移鏈條7所相互 連結,所以,隨著可動頭5的移動,轉移鏈條7由後端側 依次地張緊的同時,由位在關閉著的過濾板4的最後列者 依次逐漸打開。 在並列的過濾板4的下方,設有承受洗淨排水的可自 由開關之滴液盤(dripping pan) 8。 在前框架1,配設原液供給管9及濾液排出管1 〇。 在各過濾板4的前面及後面,如第2圖所示,形成在 表面上植設有多數的角錐之凹面狀的過濾床4b。 在過濾板4的上部,設有貫通前後的原液供給路徑 11。在過濾板4的前後面,由此原液供給路徑11的周圍 至過濾床4b,形成:在閉板(關閉過瀘板)時後述的供 液板42欲隔著濾布39嵌合的凹部4c。 在過濾床4b與凹部4c的周圍,形成:在閉板(關閉 過濾板)時相鄰的過濾板4隔著濾布39接觸之密封面4a 〇 在過濾板4的下端部,內設有濾億的排水孔12,此 排水孔的一端在過濾床4b的下端部開口,另一端在設於 過濾板4的側壁下端的連通管部1 3的排水路徑1 4開口。 連通管部1 3是設在過濾板4的左右的兩側壁,但過 濾板4的前後面的過濾床4 b是利用共通的排水孔1 2 ’僅 連通於這些的連通管部1 3中的其中一方。並列於導軌3 上的過瀘板4是排列成:各過瀘板4的過濾床4b交互地 連通於左右的連通管部1 3 ° -8 - (5) 1278337 利用關閉並列的過濾板4,使在相鄰的過濾板4 斷的連通管部1 3的排水路徑1 4相連,形成連續的左 濾液的排水路徑1 4。 因此,不需要形成開關過濾板4的障礙的濾液排 的軟管,減少零件數目,故也變得容易進行維修。 在過濾板4的左右兩側壁的上部,設有將過濾板 承搭掛於導軌3之支承腕部1 5。 在過濾板4的過濾床4 b的中央部,設有支承床 此支承床是用來當繫緊關閉後的並列之過濾板4時’ ,承受作用於過濾板4的荷重而使得過濾板4彎曲變 又,內設有過濾板4的排水孔1 2之連通管部1 3 端面,設有用來由排水孔1 2取出濾液的採樣閥1 2a。 ,可調查所取出的濾液的狀態,偵知後述的濾布3 9 破裂。 各過濾板4 _是以合成樹脂材所構成,謀求輕量化 ,在過濾床4b的下端的排出部,由過濾床4b至密封 ,固定有排出濾液用的拒絕器1 7。 拒絕器1 7是具備:在固定時,圓滑地與過濾床 續的過濾床面、直線地與密封面4a連續的密封面。 濾床面設有多數個角錐。在過濾床面的下端,設有: 過濾床面與密封面的境界,與過濾板4的排水孔1 2 之複數個通路孔。 在此拒絕器1 7設有:與過濾板4的過濾床4b連 角錐、與排水孔1 2連通的複數個通路孔。 間切 右之 出用 4支 16, 防止 形。 的下 藉此 是否 。又 面4 a 4b連 在過 沿著 連通 通的 (6) 1278337 因在受到由過濾床4b流入排水孔1 2的濾液所磨損的 過濾床4b的排出部設置拒絕器17,所以,即使無機質的 微細粒子流入濾液中,也可保護過濾板4不受到磨損。又 ,即使磨損進行,若更換拒絕器17的話,即可繼續使用 過濾板4。 又,本實施例的過濾板4是即可活用合成樹脂的特性 之輕量性與耐藥品性,又能確保不遜於以往的金屬性過濾 板的強度。藉此,減輕了過濾板4的重量,而能夠將過濾 板大型化。 第3圖是顯示隔膜板1 8。 在隔膜板1 8的前後面,張設具有形成凹面狀的過濾 床1 9 a的隔膜1 9。 在張設著隔膜1 9的隔膜板1 8的上部,設有在前後貫 通這些的原液供給路徑2 1。在隔膜1 9,由此原液供給路 徑21的周圍至過瀘床19a,形成有:在閉板時供後述的供 液板42隔著濾布39嵌合的凹部19b。 在隔膜19的下端側周緣部,設置由過濾床19a的下 端朝下方延伸的複數個排水溝22。在排水溝22的下端’ 設有複數個通路孔,這些通路孔是貫通固定隔膜1 9的周 緣部之隔膜板1 8的安裝面1 8a,且連通於內設在隔膜板 18的下端部的排水孔23。 排水孔23是水平地延伸於隔膜板1 8的下端的內部, 在設於隔膜板1 8的左右側壁下端的連通管部24的排水路 徑1 4中的其中一方開口。 -10- (7) 1278337 又,在隔膜板18的下端部,內設有供水孔25,此供 水孔是由隔膜板1 8的下端壁面朝上方延伸,且連通於隔 膜板1 8的前後面與隔膜1 9的裏面之間的空間。在供水孔 25,連結著用來供給使隔膜1 9膨脹用的壓力水之壓力水 管26。因若使用此隔膜板1 8的話,能利用由壓力水管26 供給壓力水使隔膜1 9,來進一步壓榨壓入於壓濾機的原 液,所以,形成可進行高脫水。 隔膜板1 8亦可與前述的過濾板4交互地並列於導軌 3上使用。 當關閉並列的過濾板4及隔膜板1 8時,在過濾板4 及隔膜板18之間被分開的連通管部13及連通管部24的 排水路徑14相連,形成連續的左右之濾液的排水路徑14 〇 在交互地並列過濾板4及隔膜板1 8的情況時,由過 濾板4所排出的濾液是通過排水孔1 2,由左右的連通管 部1 3的排水路徑14的其中一方排出,由隔膜板1 8所排 出的濾液是通過排水孔23,由位於左右的連通管部24的 排水路徑14中的另一方排出。 在隔膜板1 8的左右兩側壁的上部也與過瀘板4同樣 地設有將隔膜板1 8支承搭掛於導軌3的支承腕27。 又,在內設有隔膜板1 8的排水孔23的連通管部24 的下端面,設有用來由排水孔23取出濾液的採樣閥23a。 藉此,可調查所取出的濾液的狀態,偵知後述的濾布39 是否破裂。 。 -11 - (8) 1278337 如第2及3圖所示,在過濾板4及隔膜板18的左 兩側的肩部,設有一對的補強金屬29。在此補強金屬 ,過瀘板4及隔膜板1 8的左右的肩部是在已被壓縮的 態下所挾持著。在分別的補強金屬29的上端面安裝冒 30,在此冒口 30豎立設置著導引軸31。 左右的導引軸31是分別插入於用來將後述的一對 布3 9吊設在過濾板4或隔膜板1 8的前後面的支承桿 的左右兩端部,將此可上下振動地支承著。 且,在導引軸31,如第4圖所示,在於支承桿35 下方,安裝有:彈性地支承支承桿35用的彈簧32、嵌 於其上端及下端的彈簧壓件33及34。又,在於支承桿 的上方,安裝有:用來彈性地限制朝上下振動的支承 35之上方移動的墊圏36及緩衝橡膠37。在導引軸31 前端,螺著有螺帽38,用以防止支承桿35、墊圈36及 衝橡膠37由導引軸31脫離。 藉此,支承桿35是受到彈簧32與緩衝橡膠37由 下彈性地挾持。當打開過濾板4及隔膜板1 8將瀘餅排 時,如後所述,朝上下振動的支承桿3 5隔著墊圈3 6衝 於緩衝橡膠37。此衝突的衝擊是因邊受到緩衝橡膠37 適度地緩衝,邊介由支承桿3 5傳達至吊設於此的濾布 ,所以能促進濾餅完全剝離。 利用上述的左右導引軸3 1、安裝於此導引軸3 1的 簧32及緩衝橡膠37、以及受到這些的彈簧32及緩衝 膠37所挾持的支承桿35等,構成濾布39的吊設裝置。 右 29 狀 □ 濾 35 的 入 35 桿 的 緩 上 出 突 所 39 彈 橡 -12- (9) 1278337 吊設於過濾板4及隔膜板18的過濾床4a、19a的濾 布3 9是如第5圖所示,具有上下長的長方形的形狀。在 其上緣部及下緣部,分別設有:利用返折濾布3 9的端部 後縫合而形成的袋部39a及39b。在上緣部的袋部39a插 入濾布心鐵40,而在下緣部的袋部39b插入有作爲鉛錘 的下部棒4 1。 在濾布3 9的上方中央部,於相對應於過濾板4的原 液供給路徑11及隔膜.板18的原液供給路徑21的位置, 設有當閉板時連通於這些的原液供給路徑11及2 1的開口 39c。在於如第5圖所示的瀘布39,在開口 39c的周邊部 ,固定著具有當閉板時連通於過濾板4及隔膜板1 8的原 液供給路徑11及21的供液路徑42a之供液板42。 又,在濾布39的上緣部的袋部39a,設有缺口孔39d ,此缺口孔是用來插通豎立設置於吊設濾布39用的支承 桿35的前後面之複數個鉤43 (參照第2至4圖)。 使用於壓濾機的濾布是因一旦長期繼續使用時’會產 生堵塞等的問題,所以,需要定期地進行交換。 在將濾布39安裝於支承桿35時,如第6圖所示’使 支承桿35的鉤43插通於濾布39的上緣部的缺口孔39d ’ 將濾布心鐵40及插入有此濾布心鐵40的濾布3 9的上緣 部的袋部39a載置於支承桿35的上面,降濾布心鐵40懸 掛固定於鉤43。藉此,濾布39是在過濾板4的過濾床4b 或隔膜板1 8的過瀘床1 9a,具有供液板42及下部棒4 1的 重量之張力而滑設。即,濾布39是因並非固定而是懸掛 -13- (10) 1278337 於過濾板4的過濾床4b或隔膜板1 8的過瀘床19a,所以 ,能容易地裝卸。 當將濾布39由支承桿35取出時,拉起懸掛固定於鉤 43的濾布心鐵40,由濾布39的缺口孔39d拔出支承桿35 的鉤43後,吊起濾布39的袋部39a即可。 支承桿3 5是因設與過濾板4 一體地設在過濾板4的 上部,所以,即使打開過濾板4,也不會有位於被開放的 過濾室的上方位置的情事。因此,容易進行濾布3 9的裝 卸。 豎立設置在支承桿35的前面及後面的鉤43是如第7 圖所示,前面側的鉤43是在後方而後面側的鉤43是在前 方將其上端部彎曲,分別形成倒U字形狀。因此,在打開 過濾板4及隔膜板1 8後取出濾餅時,即使濾布3 9及吊設 濾布的支承桿35受到彈簧32的反彈力而強烈地朝上下振 動,濾布心鐵40也不會由支承桿3 5的鉤4 3脫離。 在將瀘布39吊設於交互並列的過濾板4及隔膜板1 8 時,如第8圖所示,在過瀘板4或隔膜板18的前後面的 其中一面吊設固定著供液板42的瀘布39,而在另一面吊 設僅設有開口 39c的濾布39,在過濾板4與隔膜板18之 間,使固定有供液板42的濾布39與僅設有開口 39c的濾 布3 9相向。 當關閉過濾板4及隔膜板1 8時,固定於濾布39的供 液板42是嵌合於過濾板4的凹部4c及隔膜板18的凹部 19b。又,在相向的濾布39之間,形成藉由已關閉的過濾 -14- (11) 1278337 板4以各自具有特徵的的過瀘床4b與隔膜板1 8的過瀘床 19a所隔成的過濾室。 由關閉的過濾板4及隔膜板1 8的原液供給路徑11及 2 1、隔著濾布3 9挾持於這些的過瀘板4及隔膜板1 8的供 液板4 2的供液路徑4 2 a所構成的連續原液供給路徑是連 通於如第1圖所示的前框架1之原液供給管9。 又,以過濾板4與隔膜板1 8的連通管部13及24所 構成的連續濾液的排水路徑1 4是連通於前框架1的濾液 排出管1 0。 在交互並列過濾板4與隔膜板1 8的壓濾機的過濾運 轉,通過前框架1的原液供給管9 ’將原液壓入至由過濾 板4及隔膜板1 8的原液供給路徑11及21與供液板42的 供液路徑42a所構成的連續之原液供給路徑。被壓入的原 液是由供液板42的供液路徑42a的內周面通過貫通於供 液板42的下端面的分歧路徑42b ’分配供給至形成在相 向的濾布3 9之間的過濾室。 被壓入至過瀘室的原液是承受送液壓力,利用濾布 39過濾,而被固液分離。原液的固體部分是以瀘布39捕 捉,作爲濾餅而殘留於過瀘室內。通過濾布3 9的瀘液是 流於過濾板4的過瀘床4b及隔膜板1 8的隔膜19的過濾 床19 a後,通過過濾板4的排水孔1 2及隔膜板1 8的排水 孔23,排至各自的連通管部13及24的連續之排水路徑 14後,釋出於機外。 然後,由隔膜板1 8的壓力水管26供給加壓水使隔膜 -15- (12) 1278337 19膨脹,更進一步壓榨捕捉於濾布39間的濾餅。受到 榨的濾餅是受到此壓榨而塑性變形,由隔膜板1 8側的 布39分離。 在上述的壓榨脫水結束後,打開並列的過瀘板4及 膜板1 8,排出過濾室內的濾餅。當打開過濾板4及隔 板18時,滑設於過濾板4的濾布39由過濾板4的過濾 4 b分離,受到過濾板4的過濾床4 b及隔膜板18的隔 19的過濾床19a由前後所支承。捕捉於濾布39的濾餅 供液板42及下部棒41的重量是隔著吊設濾布39的支 桴35 —次作用於彈簧32上,而將其壓縮。這時的濾 39是與支承桿35、附著於濾布39的濾餅、供液板42 及下部棒41 一同下降。 利用此下降,濾布39、支承桿35、附著於濾布39 濾餅、供液板42以及下部棒41所失去的位置能源是被 積於已壓縮的彈簧32後,作爲使濾布39上升的能源而 出。因反復此能源的送出承接,即彈簧32伸縮,.而濾 39朝上下振動,由被嵌入的過濾板4的過濾床4b拉離 所以,附著於瀘布3 9的濾餅利用自重由瀘布3 9剝離落 。當濾布39朝上下振動時,吊設此的支承桿35是隔著 圈36與緩衝橡膠37衝突。此衝突的衝擊是經由支承 35傳達至吊設於此的濾布39,所以,能促進濾餅完全 離。 瀘布39的洗淨裝置是具備:如第7圖所示,設在 過濾板4的上部,具有四角形狀的中空斷面之支承桿 壓 濾 隔 膜 床 膜 承 布 以 的 蓄 釋 布 下 墊 桿 剝 各 -16- 35 (13) 1278337 、如第9圖所市’配設於各支承桿3 5的中央部及兩端部 的下面3處所之洗淨噴嘴44、如第1及9圖所示,支承 搭掛於設在前框架1及後框架2的支承部45之洗淨水主 閥46、連接此洗淨水主閥46與各支承桿35的洗淨水軟 管47等。 、 各洗淨噴嘴44日是如第1 〇圖所示,橫跨過濾板4的 上端地構成雙叉狀,其下端的2個噴射口是分別朝向過濾 板4的前後的過濾床4b。 Φ 在濾布39的上部,如第5及6圖所示,在當將濾布 39吊設於過濾板4時洗淨噴嘴44所相當的位置,設有缺 口窗48。在將濾布39吊設於過濾板4時,在此缺口窗48 通過雙叉狀的洗淨噴嘴44的其中一端使該噴射口由濾布 39的原液側過濾面突出。 供給至洗淨水主閥46的洗淨水是介由洗淨水軟管47 ,分配於各支承桿35,通過各支承桿35的內部後,由各 洗淨噴嘴44的噴射口噴射。 · 在持續過濾運轉而濾布39堵塞的情況時,或濾餅的 殘渣附著殘留於濾布39的表面的情況時,如第9圖所示 . ,將由洗淨水主閥46供給至支承桿35的洗淨水由雙叉狀 的洗淨噴嘴44噴射,而一同將吊設於過濾板4的前後的 “ 過濾床4b的濾布39的骯髒面(原液側過濾面)洗淨。 洗淨噴嘴44是因與吊設濾布39的支承桿35 —體地 設置,所以,在周圍不會有障礙物,能容易地進行洗淨噴 嘴44的角度調整與交換作業。又,零件數目減少,使得 -17- (14) 1278337 維修變得容易。 又,洗淨噴嘴44是因一體地設於過濾板4或隔膜板 1 8,所以,即使打開、關閉過瀘板4及隔膜板18,也可 維持對濾布39的骯髒面之洗淨噴嘴44的噴射口的相對位 置及預定的噴射角度。因此,能將吊設於過濾板4及隔膜 板1 8的濾布39全體均等且穩定地洗淨,而可正確地進行 洗淨再生。 在設於過濾板4及隔膜板1 8的上方之支承桿35的左 右兩端部的下面附近,如第1、2及3圖所示,相對設置 有沿著導軌3延伸的一對激勵軸5 1。 各激勵軸51的前後兩端部是如第1圖所示,在設於 前框架1及後框架2的左右兩側側壁的架台49使桿側朝 下方而豎立設置的汽缸50的桿下端部,如第11及12圖 所示,介由接頭5 2連結著。 接頭52的上端部是利用朝激勵軸5 1的長方向呈略水 平及水平地沿著的關節銷53,樞著於安裝在由汽缸50垂 下的桿的下端部之叉形端,接頭52的下端部是利用朝激 勵軸51的長方向呈略垂直及水平地延伸的銷5 4,來連結 於激勵軸5 1的端部。 在激勵軸51的長方向的中央部,如第1圖所示,附 設有作爲使激勵軸5 1全體振動的振動裝置之振動器5 5。 在濾餅的剝離性差,濾餅全體不會以自重剝離而依然 附著於瀘布39的狀態的情況、或一部分的瀘餅殘留於濾 受光器57的話,則濾餅可正常地由所有的濾布39剝離後 排出;若未射入的話,則投光線受到至少一個下沉的支承 桿35所遮斷,而濾餅殘留於吊設在該支承桿35的濾布 39等的異常產生。 如此,在使用投光器58及受光器57的濾布的異常偵 知裝置,能夠在濾餅排出後且關閉過濾板4及隔膜板1 8 前,偵知到濾餅殘留附著於濾布3 9等的異常狀態。因此 ,防止在關閉過 '濾板4及隔膜板1 8時固定於濾布3 9的供
