- ΓThe previous technology lost 1 backpack and other types of luggage is a well-known skill. People usually carry bags such as clothing, books, tools and sports equipment. People also use backpacks to carry portable electronic devices such as portable compact disc players or mobile phones, and typically operate these electronic devices while wearing their backpacks. For example, one can listen to headphones connected to a portable compact disc player in their backpack, or use a combination of earphones and microphone devices (commonly referred to as "ear balls,") to talk to mobile phones stored on their backs. However, when these portable electronic devices are placed in a backpack, it will be difficult to listen and operate comfortably due to factors such as entanglement, limited control, and other inconveniences. Therefore, the required backpack and other types of luggage have sound. The assembly can be easily accessed and operated, and is easy to configure and retract. The present invention relates to a duffel bag including a bag, at least one earphone connected to the bag, and a connection to the earphone and The circuit of the electronic device. The duffel bag also includes a retraction mechanism that selectively moves the line between the retracted position and the extended position 85564 1278292. The line can be maintained in an extended and/or retracted position. As an embodiment, the line is also connected to An earphone of an electronic device (for example, in this case, the earphone is an "ear ball,"). The duffel bag can include at least one shoulder strap attached to the bag, wherein the line extends through at least a portion of the shoulder strap. The retraction mechanism can also include a constricting member that rests on the shoulder strap. As an embodiment, the constricting member is slidable relative to the shoulder strap. As another embodiment, the constricting member is rotatable relative to the shoulder strap. The controller can also be provided on the shoulder strap to adjust the volume or other functions of the electronic device. As in the context of the present invention, the bag may include a first compartment carrying the item to be transported and a second compartment carrying the electronic device. Preferably, the barrier layer is easily accessible through a layer of the bag. According to another embodiment of the invention, the operation of the retraction mechanism automatically shrinks the line to the retracted position. For example, the retraction mechanism can include a button and depressing the button to automatically retract the line to the retracted position. Pressing the button causes the line to be wrapped along the spool that is connected to the retraction device: : Extending the line toward the extended position compresses a magazine attached to the spool. At least one dice and the bobbin (four), wherein the dip is engaged with the bobbin: and = the spring is prevented from decompressing as the line extends toward the extended position. Pressing the button I causes the forceps to separate from the spool, thereby depressurizing the spring. Referring to Figures 1 and 2, the graphical representation of the duffel bag of the present invention is not consistent with her example, such as the backpack 10 π. Although the present invention is directed to a backpack as a vestige TF, the present invention can be used for any type of prior art ‘baggage, for example, canvas bags, bags 85645 1278292, computer bags, purses, and file bags. The backpack 10 includes a bag 12 that may include one or more compartments carrying items to be transported. The bag 12 can be made of nylon, polymer, cotton, leather, sheepskin, or any other suitable material of the art. The backpack i 〇 also includes one or more straps 14. In the illustrated embodiment, the backpack 10 includes a shoulder strap 14 that is coupled to the bag 12 and allows a user to carry the backpack 10 using one or two shoulder straps. The strap 14 can be made of nylon, polymer, cotton, leather, sheepskin, or any suitable material, either in a stuffed or unfilled manner. Referring again to Figures 1 and 2, the backpack 10 can be provided with one or more earphones 16. As used herein, "headphones" or "several earphones" refers to earphones, ear balls, headphones, hearing aids, or any other device that can be worn on the user's head or worn along the user's ear. To produce sound, the earphone 16 can be connected via line 20 to a portable electronic device 18 stored in the bag 12 (such as the virtual, spring 7F of Figure! and 2). Suitable electronic devices include, but are not limited to, - a radio transceiver, a listening player, a compact disc player, an MP3 player, a mobile phone, a two-channel radio, or other types of portable electronic devices of the prior art, or a plurality of headphones 16 may also include a A microphone (which can be integrated into the headset 16, connected to the headset 16, or otherwise connected to the headset 16) such that the headset 16 can communicate via a mobile phone, two-way radio, or other communication device. An embodiment of a headset/microphone combination Commonly known as an "earball,,. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the line 2 connects the earphone 16 to the portable electronic device and transmits signals between the electronic device 18 and the earphone 16. In the illustrated embodiment, the line 20 extends into the compartment 12 of the electronic device. The spacer 85645 1278292 12A is constructed and sized to hold the portable electronic device 18. Line 2 can be at least partially passed through a channel defined in band 14 (shown in phantom in Figures! and 2) and into one or more compartments of bag 12. The channel may be provided in a multi-layer tape in the tape 14 between two or more layers of material, or may be formed (eg, cut or stamped) into a layer or a solid layer, although it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that Other methods of overnight use are also within the scope of the invention. Line 20 is selectively moveable between a retracted position (shown in Figure) and an extended position (shown in Figure 2). Thus, the user can extend the headphone j 6 to the extended position to listen to the sound; and conveniently move the earphone 16 to the stored retracted position when not in use. The earphone 16 can also maintain one or more intermediate positions between the retracted position and the extended position. Referring to Figure 3, an illustrative embodiment of a strap 14 including a retraction mechanism 22 is shown. The retraction mechanism 22 can be used to selectively move the line 20 between the extended position and the retracted position. The retraction mechanism 22 includes a constriction member 24 that is movable relative to the strap 14. In the illustrated embodiment, the contracting member 24 is slidable relative to the strap 14 along a track %. The strap 14 can also include a closure member 28 (shown in Figure 3 as a rubber cover for purposes of illustration) that, when in the retracted position, is used to at least partially cover the earphone 1_6. In order to move the line and the headphone 16 soil 3 extended position from the retracted position shown in Fig. 3, the user can grasp the earphone 16 and pull it from the belt 14 to a desired position. To contract the line 2 and the earpiece "back to the retracted position (or any position between the extended position and the retracted position), the user can move the contracting member 24 back to the position shown in Figure 3, which retracts the line 2 Inside the strap 14, and moving the earphone 16 into the closure member 28. Returning to Figure 3, the backpack 10 can be provided with an operating portable electronic device 18 each 85645 1278292. The force is 3 Ο 'such as adjusting the headset 丨6 volume or control electronics 18 (such as 'change station on the radio, start and stop the operation of the CD player' dial phone, etc.). In the illustrated embodiment of Figure 3, control device 30 clip Between the two layers of material from which the strip 14 is formed, the controller 3 can be coupled to the belt 14, or joined to the belt 14 by any other joining method of bonding, sewing or conventional techniques. The strap 14 of Fig. 3 can alternatively be provided on other portions of the backpack 1 such as the pocket 2 or in the pocket. Referring to Figure 4, an embodiment of a retraction mechanism 22 is shown in detail. Shrinking mechanism 2, 2 Can include a king body 32 ' The yoke member 24 defining the rail member 26 that can be slid into the contracting member can include a first portion 34 connected to the line 20 and a second portion 6 of the sliding contracting member 24 operated by the user in the rail 26. 36. The constriction member 24 can also include an intermediate portion 38 disposed between the first portion 34 and the first _p injury 36. The intermediate portion 38 can be located in the track %, with the first The portion 34 is positioned within the body 32 and the second portion 36 is positioned externally of the body 32. Thus, the line 2, the first portion "and: the portion 38 can be substantially concealed within the body 32, and The second portion 36 is located on the outside of the body 32 and is operable by the user; however, it will be appreciated and appreciated by those skilled in the art that many other configurations of the retraction mechanism 22 are possible. The relatively shallow structure and dimensions of the first portion 34, the second portion 36 and the intermediate portion 38 cause the receiving member 24 to slide in the track 26, but such a contracting member 24 cannot be easily detached from the road 26. . Referring again to FIG. 4, line 20 is coupled to first portion 34 and extends outwardly from body 32 through a first free end 20Α through opening 4〇 and to earphone 16 85645 Ϊ 278292, and to a second free end 20B. Extending through the strap and into the pocket 12, thereby connecting the electronic device 18. As shown in Figure 4, the wire 2 turns around the first portion 34 of the shrink member 24 and is slidably disposed within the groove 41, in which case the operation of the shrink member 24 is the same pulley to change the first The relative length of the free end 2〇A and the second free end 20B. However, it will be appreciated and appreciated by those skilled in the art that there are many other ways to connect line 2 to first portion 34. For example, 'line 20' may be coupled to first portion 34 by other attachment means such as bonding, drilling, stapling, sewing, or conventional techniques. A collar 43 is selectively connectable to the opening 40 to provide resistance to prevent the line 2 from moving through the opening 4. In the embodiment shown in Figure 4, the clip 43 is a rubber member positioned adjacent the opening 4, although other configurations are possible. Moving the contracting member 24 in the track 26 can adjust the number of lines 2 from the belt 14 through the opening 40 (referred to herein as "exposure portion 42'). The contracting member 24 moving as far as possible toward the first end 26A of the track 26 can contract. The line 2 is folded to a retracted position. In the retracted position, the exposed portion 42 preferably has a relatively short length such that the earphone 16 can be gripped adjacent to the strap 14; however, the line 2 and/or the retracting mechanism 22 are exposed The size and configuration of the portion 42 (e.g., changing the length of the track %) may have a desired length in the retracted position. The contracting member 24 moving toward the second end 26B of the track 26 pushes the line 20 through the opening 4〇, Thereby, the length of the exposure position 42 is increased. Alternatively or additionally, the user can grasp the earphone 6 and pull it apart by the strap 14 and extend the wire 2 through the opening 4 手. When the contracting member 24 is oriented as far as possible to the track When the second end 26B of the movement 26 is moved, the line 2 is positioned in the extended position. In the extended position, the exposed portion 42 preferably has a length sufficient to allow the earphone 16 to be worn on the user's head or on the ear. 85645 -11 - 1278292 The member 24 is located between the first end 24A and the second end 26B of the track 26, and the line 2〇 will be located at an intermediate position. It will be understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art that the line 2 can be located in the retracted position and the extended position. Any number of intermediate positions between. The lengthening or shortening of the exposure position 4 2 provided by the retraction mechanism 22 allows the line 20 to remain in the extended position. That is, the line 2 〇 is substantially maintained in the extended position 'unless Some external force (such as the force applied by the user) is applied to the earphone 16, the line 20 or the retraction mechanism 22, and the line 2 is moved to one of the retracted position or the intermediate position. Similarly, the line 2〇 can be maintained at each intermediate position. And the retracted position. Thus, the user can selectively use the retraction mechanism 22 to selectively position the line 20 (e.g., adjust the length of the exposure position 4 2) relative to the backpack 1 ' and the line 20 will remain substantially at that position. The retention of line 2 can be further assisted, for example, by friction between the retraction mechanism 24 and the track 26, and/or by friction between the line 20 and the clamp 43. Referring to Figure 5, the strap 14 and the retraction mechanism 22 are transverse In the illustrated embodiment, the shrink mechanism 22 is disposed between the first material layer 44 and the second material layer 46. However, the present invention is not limited to any particular belt i4 structure. Thus the 'shrink mechanism 22 The tape can be interchangeably connected to a single layer (for example, by stamping, bonding, or sewing), or can be attached to a belt of any type having conventional techniques. The first layer 44 is open foam. Any of the closed foam, rubber, gel, fiber, or conventional techniques suitable for the strip material, and the second layer 46 may be nylon, polymer, cotton, leather sheepskin or other suitable techniques of the art. Skin material. Referring back to Figure 5, the strap 4 can be provided with a recess 48 for receiving the retraction mechanism 22 and for providing a strap 14 of a low profile. In this embodiment, 85645 -12- 1278292, as shown in Figure 5, the recess 48 provides a 筮 筮 »., ^ 仏 仏 罘; 罘 one layer 44, although other positions are achievable. The recesses 48 can be formed by conventional techniques, including but not limited to, stamping, cutting, singularity, field cutting, or heat forming. The strap 14 may also be provided with an optional panel 5 〇 and may be disposed at least between the shrink mechanism 22 and the second layer 46. Although the contraction mechanism 22 on the tweezers 14 is shown and described in the text, the present invention does not limit the retraction mechanism 22 to any particular position. Because of A, the retraction mechanism 22 can be located anywhere in the backpack 1 , including in or on the bag 12 . Referring to Figure 6, there is shown a modified embodiment of a retraction mechanism. As in the present embodiment, the retraction mechanism 60 includes a contraction (4) that is rotatable relative to the belt 14 to move the line 2 between the extended position and the retracted position. The contraction mechanism may also include a spring shaft 64 (shown by a broken line in Fig. 6). When the contraction mechanism 62 rotates, the spring path 20 commits/α turns around or around. The constricting member 62 and/or the spool 64 can be rotatably coupled to the strap 14 by conventional techniques, such as an axle or screw extending through the strap 14. Additionally, the spool 64 can be hidden in the strap 14 (e.g., within two or more layers of material) or can be located externally of the strap 14. With respect to the illustrated embodiment of the π-contraction mechanism 6A of Figure 6, the retraction mechanism 62 is rotated in a first direction (e.g., clockwise) that will cause the wire 2 to be wound around the spool 64, and thus will reduce the exposed portion of the wire 20. The length of 42. When the retraction mechanism 62 is fully rotated in the first direction, the line 2 is moved into the retracted position. Rotating the constricting member 62 in a second, opposite direction (e.g., counterclockwise) will cause the wire 2 turns around the spool 64 and increases the length of the exposed portion 42. Thus, rotation of the contraction mechanism 62 in the second direction causes the line 2 to move into the extended position. Alternatively or additionally, the user can grasp the earphone 16 and pull the strap 14 apart, and 85645 - 13 - 1278292 manually extend the line 20 toward the extension, the eB armor. The retraction mechanism 60 can also be used to position the line 20 in one or more intermediate positions. The retraction mechanism 60 is slid relative to the retraction mechanism 22 to retain the line 20 in a collapsed, extended position, or one or more intermediate positions. An example of a different line 20 is shown in FIG. The line 2 can optionally include a socket 66' which is structured and sized to allow the line 2 to be connected to the electronic device, and the choice of the knife away from the socket 66 depends on the particular type of electronic device j 8 and its use. Headphones can also be general sockets for conventional techniques. Further, the line 2 can be any type of wire tube that transmits a signal, power, or the like between electronic devices. As shown in Fig. 7, the controller 3 can be connected to the line 2 between the socket 66 and the earphone 16. Referring to Figure 8, an illustrative embodiment of a bag 12 is shown. The bag 12 can include a back wall layer 70 and a front wall layer 72, as well as first and second side wall layers 74, 76. The bag 12 can also include a first compartment 78 carrying the item to be transported and a second compartment 80 of the 'T-child device 18. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the bag 12 can have many wall layers and/or compartments. In order to facilitate the electronic device 18, the second barrier layer 8 can be accessed via one of the sidewall layers. For example, the second barrier layer 8 can have a zipper or a Velcro opening that can be opened by one of the sidewall layers 74, 76. In addition, the second barrier layer 80 can be tamped to protect the electronic device 18 from damage such as impact. Any conventional packing technique can be used to fill the second compartment 8〇. Referring back to Figure 8, the bag 12 can also include a movable pouch 8 2 that houses and loads the electronic device. A wire 84 can extend between the pocket 8 2 and the pocket 12 to connect the pocket 12 to the second compartment 8〇. The length of the wire is more than 85645 -14 - 1278292. Canon can fully allow the pouch 82 to be removed from the second compartment 8Q, thereby accessing the electronic clothing set 18 (for example, replacing the CE) medium and small discs), but as much as possible Short enough to hold the pouch 82 (and the electronic device 18 therein) against the second compartment. At least one portion of the pouch 82 can be made of a translucent or transparent, soft material to allow the user to be in the pouch 82. , control the electronic device (4) (for example, press the Zhao or control button on the operation of the package I I set 1 8). The pouch and the wire μ can be filled with a safety feature to prevent the electronic device 18 from being accidentally dropped and damaged. In accordance with an embodiment of the invention, the wire 84 is substantially elastic, like a bungee cord. Referring to Figure 9, there is shown a second embodiment of a backpack as in the present invention. Backpack 1〇〇 Similar to the structure of the backpack 10, as shown! The above description of 8 includes, in addition to the backpack 1 包括 a contraction mechanism 1 〇 2 operable by the user to automatically contract the line 104 to the retraction mechanism 102. That is, the user can pull the line 1〇4 and/or the earphone 106 to a desired position, which will cause the line 1〇4 to be extended by the retraction mechanism 102, and the retraction mechanism 1〇2 will maintain the line 1 〇 4 is in this extended position. The user can then operate the retraction mechanism 102 to automatically retract the line 1〇4 to the retracted position. For example, this can be accomplished by depressing the button 108 associated with the retraction mechanism 1〇2, which will cause the contraction mechanism ι2 to contract the line. As with the backpack 10 described above, the retraction mechanism 102 can include one or more straps 11(), and the retraction mechanism 102 can be located on one of the straps π ,, however, other positions are equally feasible. Alternatively or in addition, the line 1 〇 4 may extend through at least a portion of one of the strips 11 〇. As shown in FIG. 9, the backpack 丨〇〇 can include a controller 112 that utilizes, for example, adjusting the volume of the headphones 1 〇 6 or controlling the electronic device (eg, changing the station of the radio, starting and stopping playback on the CD player, making a mobile call) , and so on) other functions to operate the various functions of the portable 85645 -15-1278292 type electronic device. As shown in the illustrated embodiment, the control cry 112 can extend from the pocket 114 formed in the strip 11G, however the controller 112 can be in any of a number of ways well known to those skilled in the art with the strap HQ or backpack 1 Any other part of the 〇〇 is connected. For example, the controller 112 can be placed in the bag 6 or on the bag. Referring to Fig. 9, there is shown a pictorial structure of a contraction mechanism 1, 2, a line 1, a headphone, and a controller unit 2. The backpack 1 can include a receptacle 118 that can accommodate a central interface that connects the retraction mechanism 102, the earphones 1 and 6 and the controller 112 to an electronic device (not shown). The socket 118 can be selected depending on the particular type of electronic device and the headset it is used in, and can be any conventional socket of the prior art. Referring to Figures 10 and 11, there is shown an illustrative embodiment of a retraction mechanism 1〇2. As discussed above, the retraction mechanism 102 can include a button 1 〇 8 that is operated by the user to automatically retract the line 104 from the extended position to the retracted position. The retracting mechanism 丨〇 2 of Figs. 11 and 12 generally includes a main body izo2 which supports a bobbin ι 22 around which a line 104 is wound. A spring, for illustrative purposes, can be represented as a twisted spring having one end 126 engaged with the body 12 and the other end 128 engaged with the spool 122 such that rotation of the spool 122 compresses the spring 124 in a predetermined direction (eg, rolled up) The retraction mechanism 1 2 can also include a spool 13 可 that can extend through the spool 122. The spool 13 〇 is preferably rotatable relative to the main night 120, but the spool 122 is rotatable along the spool 13 滑. And/or the spools 122 may have contact surfaces 132, 134, respectively, which may generally be mutually biased with each other, for example, by a resilient yellow 136. The surfaces 132, 134 may operate in pairs or a sliding table that interact with each other, at a spring force 136. Next, allow 85645 •16 - 1278292 to draw (1) along the sliding raft 130 in one direction, but not in the opposite direction. (4) A part of 13 ,, such as the head 138, can be located below the button 1〇8, so that it is depressed The spring 108 can move the spool 130 downwardly to resist the force of the spring 36 and to cause the surfaces 132, 134 to move away from each other. As shown in Figures n & i2, the button 108 can be, for example, rubberized. Made of material, but other structures are the same The spool 122 and/or the spring 124 can be redirected such that the line 延伸04 extending toward the extended position can compress the spring 124 thereby creating a restoring force of the spring 124 that causes the spool to rotate in the opposite direction of the contracted line 104. 122. Furthermore, the cooperating tweezers or skids on the surfaces 132, U4 can be redirected to prevent the spool 122 from rotating in the opposite direction (the direction in which the line 1〇4 is to be contracted). Thus, when the user turns the headset When the 1〇6 and/or the line ι〇4 are pulled to an extended position, the rotation of the bobbin 122 will produce a restoring force of the spring 丨24. However, the cooperation between the rafters or the table on the surfaces 132, 134 will prevent the bobbin. The shrink line 104 of 122 returns to the retracted position. Thus, the user can extend the line 1 to 4 to a desired intermediate or fully extended position, and the retraction mechanism 102 will not wish to retract the line 1 to 4 in the retracted position. I hope that the collection, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , Borrow The midday and spring shafts 122 rotate under the rotational force of the ammunition 124. The rotation force of the bobbin 122 will cause the wire 104 to wind around the bobbin 122 and return to the retracted position. Depending on the length of time the user pressed the button 108, the line 1〇4 Can be fully returned to the retracted position, or other intermediate position between the retracted and fully extended positions. Thus, the retraction mechanism 102 can be used to extend the line 1〇4 to the desired position and maintain the line ι4 at 85645 -17-1278292, such as In the position of the earphone 106, and subsequently, the button 丨〇8 is automatically contracted, and the spring path 1 〇4 to the retracted position and an intermediate position. It must be noted that the contraction mechanism of Figs. 1 to 12 is not limited to the specific configuration described in the text, nor is it limited to the use of a button. Rather, any number of contracting mechanisms of the prior art can be used and any number of dispensers can be used to contract the line. For example, a line that can be used by a retraction mechanism automatically retracts the line after a short, rapid extension, such as conventional techniques and commonly used in devices such as vacuum cleaners. Referring back to Figure 9, the backpack 100 includes a bag 116 having one or more compartments carrying the items to be transported. The bag 116 can also include a first pocket 142 that houses and carries electronic devices (not shown). A small raft 144 for receiving the private device can be coupled to the first pocket 142 via, for example, a wire 146. The pouch 144 and the wire 146 can be used to provide a safety feature to prevent the electronic device from being accidentally dropped or damaged. The early N^ clothing 116 may also include a 筮-v罘 one garment 14 8 joined by a second wire 152 and having a pair of folds 15 。. The folded-back structure can hold the media of the electronic device (for example, | agent. Tulai tablets, pens, flash memory cards, micro-drives, cassettes, and a ^ ^ temple).
