Abstract
In an optical sensing part and method for quickly inspecting its matching parts, the matching parts includes a light source projecting a smooth reflection face to generate a pattern; and a lens projecting the patterns towards the optical sensing part. The inspecting methods determines whether foreign objects are attached to a sensing matrix of the optical sensing part and the focal length of the lens, by reading the pattern in the optical sensing part using a utility application installed in a computer, and inspecting the offset and uniformity of the center of the light source based on the pattern read.
