Abstract

The present invention discloses a method of sealing a heat pipe. The method includes the following steps: offering a pipe body having an opening and fixing the pipe body; using a first and a second dies stamping an outer surface of the pipe to seal the opening and form a flattened section, wherein the first die is adjacent to end of the opening, the second die is adjacent to the first die and middle part of the pipe; cutting unnecessary part off the flatten section to form a sealing portion; moving the first die away from the sealing portion, and maintaining the second die pressing the sealing portion; welding the sealing portion; moving the second die away from the sealing portion.
