The present invention provides a six-point iterative measurement and positioning method for airfoil blades and includes the following steps: measuring six points on the test object to form an initial coordinate system manually set by way of conventional 3-2-1 measurement method; then, employing unknown form datum measurement method, the wing surface boundary datum search method to separately measure the six datums marked on the blueprint; using these six datums to form a new object coordinate system by means of 3-2-1 method; and, employing the iteration method to repeat the above-mentioned steps until the measurements of the six datums of the test object coordinate system and the nominal values of the six datums in the coordinate system marked on the blueprint are within the ideal range.
