Abstract
This invention discloses a method of catalytically recycle plastics for fuel and petrochemicals. In this invention an equilibrium cracking catalyst or a waste catalyst in a cracking process is developed. Plastics or waste plastics dissolved by fractionation bottom oil, circulating gasoline or the plant's feedstock in a catalytic cracking plant. The catalyst to oil ratio(C/O) is 0.3-15 and the reaction temperature used is at 300 DEG C to 650 DEG C for the pyrolysis reaction. It is found that the plastics can be optionally cracked by the using of equilibrium catalyst. This invention discloses a method of directly inputting waste plastics into the catalytic-cracking oil-refining plant. By using an equilibrium catalyst or a waste catalyst in a catalyst-cracking plant, plastics or waste plastics can be cracked, reacted, and regenerated in order to effectively recycle waste plastics.
