Abstract

A formation device for a can includes a base, an inner molding unit mounted on the base, an outer molding unit surrounding the inner molding unit, an upper stamping member stamping the inner molding unit. The inner molding unit has a plurality of inner molds which are combined upright and slidable on the base. Each inner mold has an inner side of which a top portion forms a pushing notch and an outer side on which forms a convex and concave pattern. While the inner molds is combined, the pushing notch forms a tapered hole. The outer molding unit surrounds the periphery of the can body, and the inner face of the outer molding unit is engraved a pattern corresponding to said convex and concave pattern. The upper stamping member stamps into the tapered hole from the top to the bottom and pushes the pushing notch of the inner molds so as to slide the inner molds. When said can body is fitted onto the inner molds, the inner molds is squeezed against the inner face of the can body, thereby the inner face and outer face of the can body are pushed by the patterned inner and outer molds so as to form a convex and concave pattern on the can body.
