Abstract

Provided is a folding umbrella having superior aptitude for the cost reduction and toughness of retaining an umbrella function even if base ribs are slightly bent by, for example, a strong wind, by preventing them from being easily broken, and capable of folding the umbrella further smaller than the conventional one. The base rib (41) is constituted of a wire-shaped narrow rod with an approximately circular cross section, and is formed with flat parts (411) and (412) at its both ends. The flat parts are formed with shaft holes (67) for hinge-connecting to a receiving rib (45), a middle rib (42) and a runner (22).

Description

線狀連桿 52···線彈簧(彈性直線)1264294 (1) Description of the Invention [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a folding umbrella, and relates to a multi-stage folding umbrella that is effectively applied to a main rib using, for example, a 4-fold type or a 3-fold type. [Prior Art] For example, a multi-stage folding umbrella system is constructed as shown in FIG. 1A, using a 4-fold main umbilical bone 40', and a main rib 40' is a rear main rib 41', first and second The two divided middle main ribs 42' and 43' and the front main rib 44 are hingedly connected to each other. In the same figure, the front end of the support rib 45 is hingedly coupled to the intermediate portion of the rear main rib 4 1 '. The bottom end portion of the rear main rib 4 1 ' is hingedly coupled to the lower umbrella shaft 22, and the bottom end portion of the support rib 45 is hingedly coupled to the upper umbrella shaft 21. Thereby, a scale-type coupling mechanism that interlocks the up and down movement of the lower umbrella shaft 22 to flex/stretch (bend) the main rib 4 0 ' is formed. With the main umbilical 40, flexion and extension, the umbrella is switched. The upper umbrella shaft 21 is fixed to the upper portion of the telescopic center rod 10, and the lower umbrella shaft 22 is slidably guided to the middle rod 1 below the umbrella shaft 21. The middle rod 1 is a 5-segment telescopic type with a nested tubular shape, and a tip 11 is attached to the upper end, and an umbrella grip 12 is attached to the lower end. Further, a toggle button 13 for locking the lower canopy shaft 22 to the open position is provided. Between the supporting rib 45 and the first divided middle main rib 42', a linear connecting mechanism is formed by bridging the linear connecting rod 51. Further, between the first divided middle main rib 42' and the front main rib 44, a linear connecting rod 53 is also provided by the bridge -4- (2) 1264294 to form a parallel connecting mechanism. Further, a wire spring (linear straight line) 52 is installed between the rear main rib 4 1 and the second divided middle main rib 4 3 , and the intermediate portion of the wire spring 52 is slidably restrained The middle portion of the main rib 4 2 ' in the middle of the first division. By the links 5 1 and 5 3 and the wire spring 5 2, the flexing and stretching operation of the main rib 4 0 ' follows the lower umbrella shaft 22 up and down, and the elastic operation is given to the bending operation. In this case, the hinge Φ connecting portion between the rear main rib 4 1 and the supporting rib 4 5 and the portion slidably restraining the wire spring 52 to the first divided middle main rib 42' are enlarged as shown in the figure. As shown, hinge pins 66 are mounted. The other hinge joints are similarly fitted with hinge pins. In particular, the rear main rib 4 1 ' has a hinge joint portion at the both end portions and the intermediate portion, and the hinge pin 66 is attached to each of the portions. In addition, in the rear main rib 4 1 ', a through hole for hooking the end of the linear link 51 is provided. Therefore, the rear main rib 4 1 ' and the first divided middle main rib 42 ' are formed as shown in Fig. 11 using a U-shaped cross-section grooved rib. This grooved rib is formed by bending a thin metal plate of aluminum or the like into a U shape. Since it has rigidity and is extremely effective for providing the shaft hole 67 for mounting the above-described hinge pin 66, most of the aggregates used as umbrellas are particularly used. It is the aggregate of the main rib or the middle rib (refer to, for example, Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2000-189-9166). [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-189916. - (3) 1264294 [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the above-mentioned folding umbrella has the following problems. In other words, although the rear main rib 4 1 '' formed by the grooved rib has rigidity, when it is bent by strong wind or the like, it is likely to be broken by the bent portion. That is, there is a problem that it is rigid but brittle and easily broken. Located at the bottom end of the main rib 40', the main rib 41' is attached to the main rib 4', and is most required to have a strength portion. However, thereafter, the tip end main rib 4 1 ' is connected to the middle portion of the support rib 45, and a large bending load is applied to the joint portion to form a problem that it is easily broken. Further, the rear main rib 4 1 ' formed of the grooved rib has a certain thickness in the folding direction of the umbrella, but this thickness also hinders the problem of folding the umbrella into a small (thin or thin). Moreover, there are also problems with the production of grooved ribs and the cost of the bureau. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide an excellent low cost capability, and is subjected to, for example, strong wind, etc., even if some bending is generated in the rear main rib, it is not easy to be broken, and the maintenance umbrella is provided. The toughness of the function, and the umbrella can be folded into a smaller folding umbrella than before. The objects and structures other than the above are understood from the description and drawings. [Means for Solving the Problem] The means of the present invention is characterized by the following (1). -6 - (4) 1264294 (1) A folding umbrella having an umbrella shaft fixed to an upper portion of a telescopic center rod; the lower portion of the umbrella shaft is slidably guided to the umbrella shaft below the middle rod; a main rib formed by hinge-joining the rear main rib, the middle main rib and the front main rib; and the front end hinge is coupled to the support rib at the middle of the rear main rib, and the rear main umbrella is The bottom end portion of the bone and the bottom end portion of the support rib are configured as a folding umbrella hingedly coupled to the upper umbrella shaft and the lower umbrella shaft, wherein the rear main rib system is large and has a circular section line. The thin rod is formed with a flat portion formed at both ends thereof, and the flat portion forms a shaft 孑 L for articulating the middle main rib and the umbrella shaft. In the above means, the following means is particularly effective as an embodiment. (2) The above means (1), wherein a steel wire rod is used as the linear thin rod. (8) The method of any one of the above-mentioned means (1) to (7), wherein the support rib is formed by a linear thin rod having a substantially circular cross section, and a flat portion for hinge connection is formed at both ends thereof. (9) Any of the above means (1), (2), (5) to (8), wherein: the main rib of the rear main rib, the middle main rib, and the front main rib A 3-fold main rib that is hinged. (10) The method of any one of the above-mentioned means (1) to (3), (5) to (9), wherein a spring action is applied to the flexion and extension operation of the main rib, and the bridge is installed a line spring between the main rib of the rear section and the main rib of the front section is slidably restrained in the middle portion of the main rib of the middle section, and the locking portion is bent at the middle portion of the wire spring to form a loop that enters the middle rib of the middle section. Shape (1 ο 〇P). [Effect of the Invention] It is possible to provide an excellent cost reduction capability, and is subject to, for example, strong wind (6) 1264294, etc., even if some bending is generated in the rear main rib, it is not easy to be broken, and has the toughness of maintaining the umbrella function, and can also be Fold the umbrella into a smaller folding umbrella than ever before. The actions and effects other than those described above can be understood from the description and drawings of the present specification. [Embodiment] FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show a skeleton structure of a folding umbrella according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 1 shows a half-closed umbrella (or half-open state) state in which the skeleton structure is bent, and Fig. 2 shows an open state in which the skeleton structure is completely extended, and reference numeral 15 shows an umbrella cloth. The folding umbrella shown in the same figure is composed of a 4-fold main rib 40 which divides the rear main rib 41, the first and the second two, and divides the middle main rib 42 and 43. And the front main rib 44 is hinged and connected by a hinge. • The front end portion of the support rib 45 is hinged to the middle portion of the rear main rib 4 1 . The bottom end portion of the rear main rib 4 1 is hingedly coupled to the lower umbrella shaft 22, and the bottom end portion of the support rib 45 is hingedly coupled to the upper umbrella shaft 21. Thereby, a scaled coupling mechanism that interlocks the up and down movement of the lower umbrella shaft 22 to flex/stretch (bend) the main rib 40 is formed. With the flexion and extension of the main rib 40, the umbrella is switched. The upper umbrella shaft 21 is fixed to the upper portion of the telescopic center rod 10, and the lower umbrella shaft 22 is slidably guided to the middle rod 10 below the umbrella shaft 21. The middle rod 10 is a 5-slide sliding 9- (7) 1264294 telescopic type in which 5 tubes are coaxially coupled in a nested manner, and is pressed and locked in the most extended and shortened state 2 (not shown). ). Here, the tip 10 of the rod 10 is attached with a tip 1 and an umbrella handle 2 is attached to the lower end. Further, a toggle button 13 for locking the lower canopy shaft 22 to the open position is provided. Between the supporting rib 45 and the first divided middle main rib 42 a linear connecting mechanism is formed by bridging the linear connecting rod 51. Further, between the first divided middle main rib 42 and the front main rib 44, a linear connecting rod 5 is also attached by the bridge # to form a parallel connecting mechanism. Further, a wire spring (linear straight line) 52 is installed between the rear main rib 4 1 and the second divided middle main rib 43 , and the intermediate portion of the wire spring 52 is slidably restrained to the first one. The middle portion of the middle segment main rib 42 is divided. By the links 5 1 and 53 and the wire spring 52, the flexing and contracting motion of the main rib 40 follows the lower and lower umbrella shaft 22 up and down, and the elastic operation is given to the flexing and stretching operation. Further, as shown in part in Fig. 1, in the middle portion of the rear main rib 41, the crown cap is fitted with a staple fitting 6-1, and the staple fitting 61 is mounted with a hinge pin 66. By the hinge pin 66, the front end of the support rib 45 is hinged. The both ends of the first divided middle main rib 42 and the second divided middle main rib 43 are also respectively formed with hinge joints according to the staple fittings 62, 63, and 65. The wire spring 52 is attached at its bottom end to the front end side of the rear main rib 4 1 and its front end hinge is coupled to a separate staple fitting (connection fitting) 64. The staple fitting 64 has one end hingedly coupled to the front end of the wire spring 52, and the other end hingedly coupled to the front end of the staple fitting 63 of the first divided middle main rib 4 2 . -10- (8) 1264294 The intermediate portion of the wire spring 52 is partially enlarged and inserted into the annular connecting member 7 together with the intermediate portion of the first divided middle main rib 42 as shown in a partially enlarged view in FIG. 1. Slidably restrained in the first divided middle segment main rib 42 The rifling spring 52 is substantially linear in the slidable range. On both sides of the straight line range, a bent portion that locks the movement of the annular connecting member 71 is formed. The restraining structure of the wire spring 52 of the above-described annular connecting member 71 is a very effective means for simplification of the shape of the first divided middle main rib 42. Fig. 3 shows the components (41 to 44) and the supporting ribs 45 of the main rib 40 which are the main portions of the above-described skeleton structure. The main rib 40 is composed of a rear main rib 41, two first and second divided middle main ribs 42, 43 and four main ribs 44 of the front main rib 44. The support rib 45 is formed by bending a metal thin plate such as aluminum or aluminum alloy into a U-shaped grooved rib, and a shaft hole 67 for performing a hinge joint is formed at the end portion. The front main rib 44 is formed of a thin rod-shaped FRP (fiber reinforced resin), and a nail fitting 65 is fitted over the bottom end cap, and an exposed end 441 is attached to the front end. The rear main rib 4 1 and the first and second divided mid-section main ribs 42 and 43 are each formed of a linear thin rod of a circular cross section, specifically a steel wire. This steel wire can be mass-produced by using a wire or the like at a low cost. Therefore, the use of a linear thin rod having a substantially circular cross section contributes greatly to the cost reduction of the main rib, and the cost of the folding umbrella can be greatly improved. -11 - (9) 1264294 The rear main rib 4 1 is a side view of the same as in Fig. 4 and a cross-sectional view of each part showing 'using a predetermined length of steel wire, at both ends, by stamping, etc. Flat portions 4 1 1 and 4 1 2 are formed. The formation of the flat portions 4 1 1 and 4 1 2 can be efficiently performed by punching or a simple mold or the like. Therefore, the use of a linear thin rod having a substantially circular cross section contributes not only to the fineness. The low cost of the bar material also contributes greatly to the cost reduction in terms of processing cost. A shaft hole 67 for hingedly connecting to the lower umbrella shaft 22 is provided in one of the flat portions 411. The other flat portion 412 is provided with a shaft hole 67 for hinged connection with the first divided middle main rib 42 and a through hole 6 for locking and connecting one end of the wire spring 52. Further, in the intermediate portion, the flat portion 4 1 3 is also formed by processing such as pressing. The flat portion 4 1 3 is provided with a shaft hole 67 for hinge connection with the support rib 45. The intermediate portion of the main rib 4 1 after the flat portion 4 1 3 is included to reinforce the intermediate cap crown cover fitting 6 1 . The first divided middle main rib 42 is formed using a steel wire of a predetermined length in the same manner as the rear main rib 41 as shown in the side view and the cross-sectional views of the respective portions. In this case, the staple fittings 62, 63 are respectively fitted over the crown caps at their respective ends. A staple fitting 62 on the bottom end side (the right side of the figure) is provided with a shaft hole 67 for hinge-joining the rear main rib 4 1 and the link 51. The staple fitting 63 on the distal end side (the left side of the figure) is provided with a shaft hole 67 for hinge-joining the second divided middle main rib 43 and the staple fitting 64 to the link 53. Further, although not shown in the drawings, a through hole for fixing the umbrella cloth is formed in the staple fittings 62 and 63. -12- (10) 1264294 In the middle portion of the first divided middle main rib 4 2 , as shown enlarged in part in FIG. 1 , the intermediate portion of the wire spring 52 can be slidable by the annular connecting member 7 1 . The ground is restrained. By this annular connecting member 7-1, the wire spring 52 is locked without using the staple fitting. Fig. 6 shows a partial cross section of the upper canopy shaft 21 and the lower canopy shaft 22, respectively. As shown in Fig. (a), the two umbrella shafts 2 1 and 22 are respectively annular hub members having through holes 3 1 and 3 2 at the center, and the upper umbrella shaft 2 1 is fixed to the front end of the middle rod 1 ' The shaft 22 is slidably guided to the middle rod 10 to move up and down. In the upper canopy shaft 21, the outer end portion of the annular hub member having the through hole 31 at the center's bottom end of the plurality of (6) support ribs 45 is pivotally supported by the annular pivot line 34. Similarly, as shown in Fig. (b), the bottom end of the main rib 41 of the rear section of the lower umbrella shaft 22' is generally pivotally supported by the annular pivot line 34. The main rib 40 and the support rib 45 are distributed to the left and right, respectively, and arranged in a radial shape. With such an arrangement, the umbrella can be folded into a flat shape (plate shape). Further, although not shown, when all the main ribs 40 and the support ribs 45 are arranged at equal angular intervals throughout the circumference, the umbrella is folded into a circular shape (cylindrical shape), and the folding type is the folding type according to the first embodiment. The umbrella is constructed using a steel wire having a substantially circular cross section. This is because the flat portions 411 and 412 are formed at both ends thereof, and the flat portions 411 and 412 are provided with shaft holes 67 for hinge-joining the first divided middle main rib 42 and the lower umbrella shaft 22. With the above structure, the structure of the rear main rib 4 1 is integrated and strengthened. In the latter part, the main rib 4 1 is lower in rigidity than the previous use of the grooved ribs -13-(11) 1264294, but due to its flexibility and high elastic restoring force, it is subjected to excessive load in case of strong wind. At the time of the temporary deformation, the load can be avoided and the self-recovery of the original state can be restored after the load is released. Therefore, there is a possibility that even if a strong wind or the like is encountered, the main umbrella is slightly bent in the latter stage, and it is not easily broken, and the function of the umbrella can be maintained. Further, since the thickness of the rib of the folding direction of the umbrella is reduced by forming the rear main rib 4 1 by a wire such as a steel wire, the umbrella can be made smaller (thin or thinner) than before. For example, as shown in Fig. 6, in the state in which the rear main rib 41 and the struts 45 are arranged in a radial direction, the hinges can be folded into a very thin shape when the umbrella shafts 21 and 22 are hinged. In the above embodiment, the divided middle main ribs 42, 43 are also formed using a steel wire or the like, which is very effective for further improving the tightness of the toughness of the main rib 40. And, as shown in Fig. 7, the support rib 45 can also be constituted by a linear thin rod (steel wire) having a substantially cross section. In this case, the flat portions 451 and 452 for joint connection are formed by both ends, and the support rib 45 having a body structure of the staple fitting is not formed. Since the ribs 45 are also formed by linear thin rods, the rigidity of the main umbrella 1 and the compactness of the folded shape can be further improved. In addition, by using steel wire and other materials, the cost reduction capability can be further improved. Fig. 8 is a view showing the structure of a folding umbrella according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The folding umbrella shown in the same figure uses the rear main rib 4 1 , etc., the weight, the sex is strong, the 41 is strong, the folding wire can be folded, the wire is folded, and the wire frame is folded to support the I 40. Middle section -14(12) 1264294 The main rib 42 and the three main ribs of the front main rib 44 are constructed by a hinged joint of a 3-fold main rib. In the second embodiment, the bottom end of the main rib 40 is hingedly coupled to the upper umbrella shaft 21, and the bottom end of the support rib 45 is hingedly coupled to the lower umbrella shaft 22. Thereby, when the umbrella is deployed, the main rib 40 can be completely along the inner side of the umbrella cloth (not shown). Further, in the second embodiment, the intermediate portion of the bobbin 52 for bridging is slidably restrained to the intermediate portion of the middle main rib 42 in order to impart an elastic action to the flexing motion of the main rib 40. It is formed by the annular portion 5 2 1 of the wire spring 52. The annular portion 5 2 1 is formed in the intermediate portion of the wire spring 52 by bending, and is twisted back into the wire spring 52 so as to form a restraining portion that can slide the wire spring 52. This can reduce the number of parts. Fig. 9 shows the main section ovary 41, the middle section main rib 42, and the front section main rib 44 in the subsequent section of the main rib 40. As shown in the figure, the rear section main rib 4 1 is constructed as a single part using a linear thin rod (steel wire). Flat portions 411, 412, and 413 are formed by press working at the both end portions and the intermediate portion, and the flat portions 411, 412, and 413 are formed with the shaft holes 67 or the through holes 6 8 as the rear main umbrella. The necessary part of bone 4 1. The main rib 4 1 which is formed in the subsequent stage is suitable for cost reduction because it does not require other parts such as a nail fitting. Further, by forming a single structure and having a substantially circular cross section, it is possible to provide excellent strength characteristics as an rib. The middle main rib 4 2 is the same as the rear main rib 4 1 , and its main part • 15- (13) 1264294 is composed of a linear thin rod (steel wire). In this case, in the hinge joint portion with the middle main rib 42, the crown cover is fitted with the staple fitting 62. Further, the hinge portion is formed in the hinge connecting portion with the front main rib 44, and the flat portion 422 is formed by press working, and the flat portion 422 is formed with a shaft hole 67 for hinge connection. The front main rib 44 is formed of a thin rod-shaped FRP, and a cap fitting 65 is fitted over the bottom end cap, and an exposed end 44 1 is attached to the front end. In the second embodiment described above, the support rib 45 is constituted by a grooved rib, but the support rib 45 may be formed by using a linear thin rod (steel wire). In the case where the supporting rib 45 is also constituted by a linear thin rod, the compactness and cost reduction capability of the folded state can be further improved. [Industrial use possibility] It is capable of providing excellent cost reduction capability, and is subject to, for example, strong winds, and it is not easy to break even if the main rib is bent in the back section, and has the toughness of maintaining the umbrella function, and The umbrella can also be folded into a smaller umbrella than before.
