1257859 (1) 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明,是有關供生理時或失禁時使用的用後拋棄式 吸收性物品。 【先前技術】 習知的生理用衛生棉等的吸收性物品,是將透過性的 墊片挾持於其間且由木材紙漿等組成的吸收體因爲會與身 體抵接,所以無法柔軟對應因抵接身體的運動等所產生的 抵接身體部位的變形。因此,這些無法充分貼合在身體上 。因此,身體及吸收的性物品之間產生間隙,從身體排出 體液等會從吸收體及身體之間的間隙漏出。且,當吸收體 吸收了體液等時會有變形的情況,在裝設初期雖充分貼合 在身體,但之後如上述與身體之間會形成間隙。進一步, 因身體的運動等使壓力施加在上述吸收體時,已吸收的體 液等會漏出。解決這種課題的手段,已揭示有使用串珠的 順應性構造的吸收性物品等(日本特開平4 -2 63 8 5 7號公報 )0 但是,該串珠是整體配置成平坦面的平坦的衛生棉, 或該串珠是配置於中心部且由吸收體包覆的圓筒狀的棉球 。在這種衛生棉構造中,對身體的貼合性是不充分且對於 屁股容易產生異樣感,且,無法充分順應使用者的身體, 特別是,排尿口或陰部的微妙的形狀’而容易妨害尿或血 液的確實承接或吸收。由此,產生漏出而弄髒內衣。 -5- (2) 1257859 (本發明所欲解決的課題) 本發明的課題是提供一種使藉由吸收性物品的使用者 的排尿口或陰部等的微妙的形狀確實貼合,而使穿著時的 外觀佳,無裝設感的損失可以防止漏出的順應可能的構造 體的構造。 (用以解決課題的手段) 本發明,是鑑於以上的課題,其目的,是提供一種使 藉由吸收性物品的使用者的排尿口或陰部等的微妙的形狀 確實貼合,而使穿著時的外觀佳,無裝設感的損失可以防 止漏出的順應可能的構造體的構造。 使用已揭示串珠的順應性構造中,未充分考慮吸收性 物品抵接的身體的立體地的形狀,雖希望若有順應性的話 可減少身體之間的間隙,但是身體的立體形狀或座位等不 同姿勢間的變化,多超過此希望。在此,在本發明中,考 慮立體地的形狀及其變化,藉由在適切的部位配置順應性 構造體,及/或,藉由在順應性構造體的結構要素的構造 加上精心設計,就可以解決上述課題。 即,使含有吸收體及包裝其的墊片構件的吸收性物品 ,進一步包含將順應構造體配置於前述吸收體的身體側的 用後拋棄式吸收性物品,其特徵爲:該順應構造體是包含 柔軟的外包裝及由該外包裝包覆的可相互移動的粒子狀要 素,被吸收物是可透往吸收體並寬度窄地被固定。 -6 -
