Abstract

A pixel structure of an optical input available displaying panel having a transparent region and an opaque region shielded by a black matrix (BM) is provided. The opaque region has a scan line pattern, a signal line pattern, and a thin film transistor (TFT). The scan line pattern and the signal line pattern surround the pixel structure, and the TFT is located close to an intersection of the scan line pattern and the signal line pattern. The TFT has a dielectric layer doped with optical sensitive material interposed between a gate electrode and a source electrode thereof. The black matrix has at least an opening to expose the dielectric layer. After an optical signal is input through the opening and received by the dielectric layer, the resistance of the dielectric layer is decreased to change the voltage level of the source electrode and the gate electrode.
