Abstract

This invention relates to a fastener strip having magnetic powder that is not distributed through the whole surface of the fastener strip, but is contained in respective discrete identification areas of the fastener strip, and method and device for manufacturing the fastener strip. The fastener strip comprises a substrate, and a number of hook pieces rising from an engagement surface of the substrate, and further comprises magnetic bodies arranged in rows and rising from the surface of the substrate and disposed along approximately the centerline and/or both lateral edge parts of the fastener strip, wherein the magnetic powder is contained in the magnetic body and the portion of the substrate under the magnetic body but not distributed over the entire substrate, whereby the fastener strip can be accurately and suckingly positioned in a metal mold at a specified position and also allowed to act so as to form a seal effective to prevent an engagement element from being contaminated.

粒子。該容器是在之後成形加工終了後被卸下。進而,美 國專利第5 9 4 5 1 9 3號公報,是被記載有:在扣具基 部的背面或被安裝於基部的背襯或基板層被埋入的多孔性 金屬金屬薄條或織成篩子。 進而,在美國專利第5 725928號及第 5 9 3 2 3 1 1號各公報,是分別被記載有觸摸式扣具及 其製造方法,在此磁性粒子是在扣全體或基部層,或扣及 因此,該技術領域中,將埋入於緩衝體等被成形的扣 具帶的扣或環等的卡合元件在成形製程中對於不會污損的 密封裝置多樣地被提出專利申請。已經被揭示的各種密封 裝置之中有以下幾種。 爲了防止上述卡合兀件的卡合功能降低,譬如被提出 專利申請有:在扣具帶的兩端緣部形成帶狀體和固定構件 ,利用該帶狀體和固定構件朝卡合元件面防止發泡樹脂侵 入的密封裝置(日本實公平4 - 53685號公報,日本 實公平6 - 3 7 7 1 2號公報)、將卡合元件體使用薄膜 覆蓋當成形時防止發泡樹脂侵入到卡合元件面的密封構件 (曰本特開昭6 0 - 1 7 9 0 0 3號公報)等。 在美國,也譬如被提出專利申請有:被賦與Billarant 的美國專利第5500268號及第5614045號各 公報中,揭示有沿著扣具層的側部被配置的發泡帶。又, 在美國專利第5 7 6 6 7 2 3號公報,揭示有在扣或環的 可是,上述方法的一大半,密封裝置與扣具層並非由 同一模型所形成的,反而在扣具層的前部從後面被安裝由 不同材料所形成產生重大的缺點。這種情形,比起具有與 扣具層由同一模型一體地形成的密封裝置的扣具帶,會提 高製造成本,並更複雜化。 又,爲了防止污損採用保護蓋的先行技術進而有如下 的缺點。即,在成形終了後必須除去保護蓋,並增加成形 製程的麻煩必須花費時間組裝別的製程。 生與磁鐵的兩極方向一致的現象。利用這種現象,則在金 屬模型內容易用來定位扣具帶。 本發明的方法,是將包含磁性粒子的樹脂從壓出機或 其他裝置可更迅速且容易除去。因此從壓出機全體不除掉 磁性粒子也可,所以隨著或不隨著磁性粒子將扣具帶使用 同一裝置容易形成壓出之間的循環(cycle )。或,僅用來 淸掃移動磁性粒子的部分即可。將導入磁性粒子的線路或 流路根據必要也可開閉。藉此可增加製造製程中的柔軟性 的兩極方向一致的現象。 但是,當長型的磁性體非細寬而廣寬時,將具有該廣 寬的磁性體的扣具帶,使上述磁性體的長度方向對於磁鐵 的兩磁極方向在傾斜的狀態下放置到磁鐵的上面,則上述 磁性體的長度方向是對於磁鐵的兩磁極在傾斜的狀態下會 被磁性吸引。這樣的結果,扣具帶的長度方向形成未朝向 磁鐵的兩磁極方向的狀態下。對於長型且廣寬的磁性體雖 然與上述產生同樣的作用力,但比起利用細寬磁性體的磁 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 上述的突部,是含作爲前述磁性體發揮功能的卡合元 件列,突部是由熱可塑性樹脂所構成,在基板上被一體成 形。作爲熱可塑性樹脂,可例舉聚酯、聚先胺、聚烯烴、 聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、聚烯烴系彈性體、聚酯系彈性體、聚 先胺系彈性體、聚異戊二烯、含有其他熱可塑性聚合物的 樹脂組成物等的合成樹脂。 本發明,如上述,沿著基板的側緣所配置兼備作爲成 形樹脂侵入防止壁功能的磁性體,是隔著間隙由配列成列 狀的複數壁部所構成爲佳。此外,在本發明,是在基板的 寬度方向中央部沿著長度方向延伸具有磁性體的情況等, 則前述壁部不一定必須有磁性體。於是,將前述壁部隔著 預定的間隔設置2列以上,並且在列方向配置成鋸齒狀爲 佳。壁部,是當扣具帶埋入於發泡體等的對象物內被成形 時,用來形成有效的密封防止扣和環的污損。本發明,是
