此特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 0利用形成在透明樹脂薄膜 1 4的至少薄膜表面上之透鏡狀連續圖案及印刷在金屬板 11上之一定的圖案,而在金屬板11的表面上創造出有立 體感的三次元模樣之裝飾體。特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 0能 用於圖案或月曆、寫真冊、招牌、引導板(指示板)、鋼 珠台、台架、徽章、糖菓罐、茶葉罐、飮料罐、罐頭罐、 沐浴精罐、金屬容器、置物箱、熱水瓶、電子鍋和時鐘的 數字盤的電化製品、玩具等的種種金屬製品。 用於特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 〇之金屬板11,依用途採 用鍍錫板、鐵板、鋁板、不銹鋼板、表面處理鋼板、鉛板 等的金屬。金屬板1 1的板厚爲0.1 5〜2mm程度。例如糖 -11 - (8) 1237601 菓罐、茶葉罐、罐頭罐、沐浴精用罐的罐容器,使用厚度 0.2〜0.4 m m程度的鍍錫罐。 另外’黏合劑使用丙烯酸樹脂、聚酯樹脂、環氧樹脂 、脲醛樹脂、三聚氰胺樹脂、氰基丙烯酸樹脂等的樹脂材 料。黏合劑1 3是依用於透明樹脂薄膜1 4之樹脂材料的種 類加以選擇,例如透明樹脂薄膜使用聚酯樹脂薄膜時,黏 合劑使用聚酯樹脂;使用氯乙烯樹脂薄膜時,黏合劑使用 聚乙儲樹脂。黏合劑13之黏合層厚度爲30/zm〜50//m 程度。丙烯酸樹脂作爲常溫下黏合用的雙面膠帶的黏接劑 使用。 黏合劑1 3使用聚乙烯樹脂時的黏合溫度爲90°C〜 1 2 0 °C程度,使用聚酯樹脂時的黏合溫度爲1 8 0 °C〜2 0 0 °C程度,使用尼龍樹脂時的黏合溫度爲1 6 0 °C程度,使 用聚丙烯(P /P)樹脂時的黏合溫度爲80 °C程度。 進而,透明樹脂薄膜1 4爲得以透光程度的透明體即 可,著色成半透明亦可。另外,透明樹脂薄膜14即使爲 有色,若是黏貼在板狀金屬板1 1的印刷層1 2上的結果得 以穿過光程度的透明體之材料即可。另外,透明樹脂薄膜 14的材質使用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、尼龍、氨基甲酸 乙酯、聚氯乙烯、聚硝酸乙烯、聚丙烯酸等的合成樹脂製 薄膜,薄膜厚度爲2〇//m〜200/zm程度。 在透明樹脂薄膜1 4的表面上,經由滾壓加工而呈網 點狀有序配置多數個凸透鏡狀突起1 5。利用此凸透鏡狀 突起1 5,在薄膜表面形成龜曱狀或格子狀的凹凸模樣作 -12- 1237601 Ο) 爲預定的圖案,能夠發揮透鏡效果。 形成在透明樹脂薄膜1 4之預定圖案的凸透鏡狀突起 1 5以具有標準網點數的間距排列來成形圖案。標準網點 數例如從75點至250點範圍內的線數中任意適度作選擇 。網點數是指1 cm或1吋之間的黑點(網點)數。取代 在透明樹脂薄膜1 4的表面設置凸透鏡狀突起1 5,改而設 置凹透鏡狀的凹漥來形成凹凸模樣亦可。 印刷在金屬板11表面之印刷層12的模樣12a、12b 、1 2c,依照與形成在透明樹脂薄膜1 4之凸透鏡狀突起 15的位置關係,而模樣12a、12b、12c的呈現狀態不同 〇 如第2 (A)圖所示,模樣12a與突起15完全重疊的 部位,從任何方向看都可以辨識模樣1 2a,或如第2 (B) 圖所示,突起1 5與模樣1 2b的重疊大致偏離突起1 5的半 徑量,所以從X方向看時可以呈現模樣1 2b,從Y方向看 時則無法辨識模樣,依照看的方向,時而看見模樣時而看 不見模樣。 進而,如第2 (C)圖所示,模樣12c偏離突起15的 超過半徑以上,不只是從Y方向看不見模樣,從X方向 也不容易看見模樣1 2 c,所以完全無法辨識。 因此,印刷在金屬板1 1表面上之印刷層1 2的各模樣 12a、12b、12c根據與凸透鏡狀突起15的相對位置關係 ,即是根據視角而變化模樣。 如第3圖所示在金屬板1 1表面上印刷網點數不同的 -13- 1237601 do) 圖案A、B、C、D、E。圖案a、B、C、D、E則是用與形 成在透明樹脂薄膜1 4表面之標準網點數的預定圖案(凹 凸模樣)成一定比率的網點數進行印刷。標準網點數設爲 1 0 0則圖案 a、B、c、D、E的網點數以9 0、9 5、1 0 0、 105、110的一定比率來形成圖案A、B、C、D、E。 爲了在金屬板1 1表面形成網點數分別不同的圖案A 、B、C、D、E,各圖案A、B、C、D、E分別用不同的印 刷網版1 7。然而將圖案A、B、C、D、E印刷到金屬板1 1 的表面則是使用已分別形成各圖案的印刷網版,每個印刷 網版經對準位置後進行印刷。 形成在各印刷網版1 7之圖案A、B、C、D、E色彩或 形狀、模樣都不同的狀態下進行印刷亦可;進而各印刷網 版1 7從原版經製版處理後使其能以所要的網點數來印刷 圖案A、B、C' D、E。圖案A、B、C、D、E爲表示被印 刷在金屬板1 1上的不同位置之例,不過實際上各圖案A 、B、C、D、E能相互重疊印刷。 金屬板1 1上圖案A、B、C、D、E的印刷,以14 0 °C 〜1 6 0 °C的燒結溫度預塗金屬板1 1的表面而形成基 底層8,以1 4 0 °C〜2 1 0 °C的加熱溫度印刷在基底層1 8 上後加以燒結。經由此燒結印刷’印刷層1 2牢固接合且 不會剝離地印刷在金屬板1 1上。金屬板1 1使用對冷軋鋼 板施予鍍錫之鍍錫板時,印刷性優越° 只不過,金屬板1 1上圖案A、B、C、D、E的印刷即 使是對印刷面照射UV (紫外線)使UV油墨乾燥之UV刷 -14- (11) 1237601 亦可。 然則,在金屬板1 1上印刷網點數不同的圖案A、B、 C、D、E,用透明的黏合劑1 3或黏接劑將透明樹脂薄膜 1 4黏貼在印刷金屬板1 1的表面上,而構成第1圖所示的 一體構造之特殊印刷金屬板1 〇。 此特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 〇,多數個凸透鏡狀突起1 5 以預定的圖案呈凹凸模樣形成在透明樹脂薄膜1 4的薄膜 表面。凸透鏡狀突起1 5因以標準網點數形成爲網點狀 ( 龜甲狀、格子狀),所以各凸出狀突起1 5及各圖案A、B 、C、D、E所產生的成像位置,由於透鏡效果而各每個圖 案人、:8、0:、〇、£看起來都不同。 突起15及圖案A所成像的位置、及突起15和圖案A 、B、C、D、E分別所成像的位置分別不同,所以圖案A 、B、C、D、E有如在分別不同的平面上被辨識。 因此,使視角變化,則各圖案A、B、C、D、E的模 樣看起來有如在不同平面上一面變化一面移動,而能使有 立體感的三次元模像出現在金屬板1 1的表面上。比標準 網點數更大的網點數之圖案A、B感覺往自己方面浮起, 網點數較小的圖案D、E則感覺往內部側下沈。 第1圖所示特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 0係在金屬板1 1的 表面上施予印刷,透明樹脂薄膜1 4藉由黏合劑1 3或黏接 劑接合於印刷金屬板1 〇的表面上而被一體化。該時,透 明樹脂薄膜14的薄膜厚度爲20〜200 // m程度,黏合劑 13的層厚及20〜50//m,印刷層12的層厚爲數//m〜數 -15- (12) 1237601 1 0 // m,最好是1 0 # m程度。另外,因透明樹脂薄膜i 4 與黏合劑成一體接合,所以實際上交界層被消除而不存在 〇 另外,印刷在金屬板11表面上之圖案 a、b、c、d ' E的網版角度依透明樹脂薄膜的厚度加以調節。具體上 ’透明樹脂薄膜1 4的膜厚越厚則網版角度越小,網版角 度越小則越得到有如在被印刷在金屬板1 1表面上的圖案 A、B、C、D、E間施加更大深度的立體感。 其次,參照第5圖說明特殊裝飾印刷金屬板10的製 造方法。 第5圖中,用於特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 〇之金屬板1 1 使用鑛錫板,以1 4 0 °c〜1 6 0 t燒結後前置噴塗該鑛錫 板1 1的表面而形成基底層1 8。使用每個顏色不同的印刷 網版經對準位置將圖案 A、B、C、D、E依序經多數次印 刷來印刷到形成基底層1 8之金屬板1 1的表面。被印刷在 金屬板11上之圖案A、B、C、D、E則是在網點數不同且 色彩也不同在1 40 °C〜2 1 0 t的加熱狀態進行印刷。例 如已印刷5種圖案A、B、C、D、E時,圖案C的網點數 與形成在透明樹脂薄膜1 4的薄膜表面上之凸透鏡狀突起 1 5的標準網點數成爲一致。 圖案C爲標準網點數時,圖案A、B和圖案D、E以 經一定的比率增大或減少圖案C的標準網點數之網點數來 進行印刷。此圖案A〜E則是印刷已排列特定的文字或符 號、形狀、圖形、模樣之圖騰或圖形等。 -16- 1237601 (13) 所被印刷的金屬板1 1爲連續帶狀板或單張板皆可。 第5圖中表7K在單張板的金屬板1 1施行印刷之例。 表面施予印刷之印刷金屬板一度堆積於送料器2 〇後 或者是直接導引到預熱裝置21,利用熱風在此預熱裝置 2 1中預熱。預熱裝置2 1利用加熱器等直接將印刷金屬板 1 1加熱亦可。 用預熱裝置21預熱的溫度爲數10 °C〜200 °C程度 ’預熱溫度依緊密接合於印刷金屬板1 1表面之透明樹脂 薄膜1 4的種類作適度設定。當透明樹脂薄膜1 *使用聚酯 (P E T)樹脂時,預熱到1 5 0 °C〜1 8 0 °C程度。聚酯樹 脂爲容易與環境搭配的樹脂,透明樹脂薄膜1 4使用聚氯 乙烯樹脂時,以1 0 0 °C以下的溫度來進行預熱。 已被預熱裝置2 1預熱過之印刷金屬板1 1接著導引到 加熱沖壓裝置2 2,不過在導引到此加熱沖壓裝置2 2之前 藉由黏合劑1 3直接用帶狀的透明樹脂薄膜F依序覆蓋印 刷金屬板1 1的表面。透明樹脂薄膜F的薄膜表面,多數 個凸透鏡狀突起1 5以標準網點數的間距間隔形成爲一定 的圖案,此外,薄膜背面在導引到加熱沖壓裝置22的跟 前塗上黏合劑,另外此黏合劑預先形成爲薄片狀,藉由此 黏合劑將透明樹脂薄膜23重疊於印刷金屬板1 1上亦可。 加熱沖壓裝置22內則是用加熱輥壓貼合滾輪24,24 以黏合劑使重疊在印刷金屬板1 1上之透明樹脂薄膜23密 接後加熱壓接。透明樹脂薄膜23使用聚酯 (PET)樹脂 薄膜時,加熱壓接溫度爲150 °C 〜180 °C ;透明樹脂薄 -17- 1237601 (14) 膜2 3使用聚氯乙烯樹脂薄膜時,加熱壓接溫度爲丨〇 〇 以下。 黏合劑使用與印刷金屬板1 1的金屬表面之融合性良 好且得有強固的黏合性、密接性之黏合劑,依所使用之金 屬板1 1的種類選擇黏合劑。金屬板使用鍍錫板時,1 〇 〇 °c以下的加熱沖壓則無法使聚酯樹脂黏合於印刷金屬板 1 1 〇 加熱沖壓裝置22內的輸送速度依印刷金屬板1 1的厚 度作適度設定,加熱輥壓貼合滾輪2 4,2 4的輥壓貼合壓 力依照印刷金屬板的厚度及大小、透明樹脂薄膜F的膜厚 加以調整。實際上,印刷金屬板1 1爲單張板時,以1 5〜 1 0 0片/分程度的輸送速度進行加熱沖壓。經由此加熱沖壓 ’透明樹脂薄膜F重疊密接在印刷金屬板1 1上而成一體 接合。 接合在印刷金屬板1 1表面上之透明樹脂薄膜F接著 用切割裝置加以切割,切除多餘部分而構成特殊裝置印刷 金屬板1 〇。製造此特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 〇之際,加熱沖 壓裝置22內則是以不損壞由被形成在透明樹脂薄膜表面 之凸透鏡狀突起所形成的預定圖之溫度進行加熱處理。 用加熱沖壓裝置2 2的加熱輥壓貼合滾輪2 4而被加熱 輥壓接合2特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 0接著導引到後置加熱 /冷卻裝置,以數10 °C至170 °C程度進行後置加熱,提 高黏合效果;此外以0 °C至數1 〇度程度的冷卻風進行冷 卻,防止黏貼在特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 0上之透明樹脂薄 -18- (15) 1237601 膜收縮。 已被後置加熱/冷卻裝置25進行後置加熱或冷卻過之 特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 〇自然冷卻後堆積到堆積機26上。 堆積在堆積機26上之特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 〇具有第i圖 所示的構成。 此特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 〇以原來的形狀供作爲圖畫 或月曆、招牌、引導板(指示板)使用;此外經由施加二 次機械加工而成形就能製造罐容器或置物箱、電化製品等 的成品。 第1圖中表示特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 0的透明樹脂薄 膜1 4由單一層所形成之例,不過透明樹脂薄膜丨4如第6 圖所示成爲重疊透明樹脂薄膜28與層疊薄片29之層疊構 造。 第6圖爲表示本發明的特殊裝飾印刷金屬板的第2 實施形態。 此特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 0 A係將透明樹脂薄膜1 4設 爲重疊合成樹脂材料製的透明樹脂薄片28與層疊薄片之 層疊構造,在兩薄片28,29間例如印刷點狀模樣30。 此透明樹脂薄膜14則是在透明樹脂薄片28的表面, 以已使多數個凸透鏡狀突起1 5連續之標準網點數來形成 龜甲狀或格子狀的凹凸模樣之圖案;此外將與表面相同的 標準網點數的點狀模樣3 0循軸方向或旋轉方向(薄片平 面上的旋轉)若干偏位而印刷到薄片背面。 然後,又在透明樹脂薄片2 8的薄片表面側重疊黏貼 -19- 1237601 (16) 透明性的積層薄片2 9而構成層疊構造的透明樹脂薄膜1 4 後,用黏合劑或黏接劑將透明樹脂薄膜1 4黏合於印刷金 屬板1 1的表面而成一體化後構成特殊裝飾印刷金屬板 1 0 A。 層疊薄片29具有得以在與形成在金屬板1 1表面的印 刷層1 2之間變化相對位置關係之厚度即可,其材質則與 透明樹脂薄片2 8同樣地,能透光的透明材質即可,例如 使用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、尼龍、氨基甲酸乙酯、聚氯 乙烯等的合成樹脂薄片,從環境性的層面適宜使用聚酯 (PET)薄片,從氣候性的層面適宜使用丙烯酸薄片,從柔 軟性的層面適宜使用軟質氯乙烯薄片。 此特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 〇 A則是依視角,印刷在透 明樹脂薄片2 8的表面側之例如點狀模樣3 0,時而可以呈 現時而無法呈現。 點狀模樣3 0無法呈現的部分則藉由層疊薄片29可以 呈現印刷層1 2 ;進而層疊薄片2 9具有預定的厚度,所以 點狀模樣3 0與印刷層1 2依視角偏移重疊的位置,看起來 宛如點狀模樣3 0在印刷層1 2上移動。即是特殊裝飾印刷 金屬板1 0 A,依視角變化各點狀模樣3 〇,而得到有立體 感的三次元模樣,又可以得到裝飾性優越的特殊裝飾印刷 〇 第7圖爲表示本發明的特殊裝飾印刷金屬板的第3 實施形態。 此實施形態中所表示的特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 〇 B,與 -20- (17) 1237601 第6圖所示的特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 〇 A同樣地,透明樹 脂薄膜14構成爲層疊構造,透明樹脂薄片28與層疊薄片 29相互重疊。 透明樹脂薄片2 8的薄片表面則是將多數個凸透鏡狀 突起1 5以標準網點數設置成格子狀或龜甲狀的預定圖案 ,並且與薄片表面同樣,使具有標準網點數的例如點狀模 樣往軸方向或旋轉方向若干偏位後印刷在薄片背面。 然後,又在透明樹脂薄片28的表面側黏貼透明性的 層疊薄片29,藉由黏合劑使此層疊薄片29的背面側黏合 於印刷金屬板1 1的表面側而成一體接合。此情況,印刷 金屬板1 1的表面側則是印刷與薄片背面的點狀模樣3 0同 樣的點狀模樣3 1。此點狀模樣3 1具有與模準網點數同等 或不同的網點數。 第7圖所示的特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 0B,經使連續變 化視角,則看起來突起1 5利用透鏡效果變化點狀模樣3 0 ,3 1。點狀模樣3 0,3 1因層疊薄片29的厚度與網點數的 相對關係,所以點狀模樣3 0與點狀模樣3 1的相對位置關 係也連續變化而可以呈現,因而能獲得看起來爲更複雜且 立體化的三次元模樣之裝飾性優良的特殊裝飾印刷金屬板 1 0B。 第8圖爲表示本發明的特殊裝飾印刷金屬板的第4 實施形態。 此實施形態所示之特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 〇 C,以透明 樹脂薄片28及層疊薄片29來將透明樹脂薄膜i 4形成爲 -21 - (18) 1237601 層疊構造。然後,將多數個凸透鏡狀突起以標準網點數呈 龜甲狀或格子狀設置在透明樹脂薄片2 8的薄片表面,並 且在薄片背面設置透明的印刷層3 2。 另外,在透明樹脂薄片28的薄片背面側黏貼透明性 的層疊薄片29,藉由黏合劑1 3或黏接劑將層疊構造的透 明樹脂薄膜1 4黏貼於印刷金屬板1 1的表面上而成一體接 合,構成特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 〇 C。金屬板1 1的表面爲 用與突起1 5的標準網點數相同或不同的網點數所印刷過 的點狀模樣3 1。 此特殊裝飾印刷金屬板1 0C依視角時而能呈現點狀模 樣3 1時而無法呈現,不過因介由透明的印刷層3 2可以確 認點狀模樣3 1,所以可以呈現點狀模樣3 1的部分則成爲 透明印刷層32的色彩與點狀模樣3 1的色彩之混色;另外 無法呈現狀模樣3 1的部分則可以呈現透明印刷層32的顏 色。 進而,層疊薄片29具有預定的厚度,所以依視角而 點狀模樣3 1與印刷層3 2的重疊位置偏位而形成立體感, 看起來有如點狀模樣3 1在印刷層3 2上移動。即是依視角 一面使透明印刷層3 2的色彩變化,一面看起來有如混色 部分移動,而能得到裝飾性優越之三次元模樣的特殊裝飾 印刷金屬板1 〇 c。 然而,第6〜8圖則是表示將透明樹脂薄膜14構成 爲2層的疊層構造之例,不過透明樹脂薄膜1 4設成3層 以上的層疊構造亦可。透明樹脂薄膜1 4例如爲層疊構造 -22- 1237601 (19) ,透明樹脂薄膜28及層疊薄片29以相同樹脂 時,因接合面被接合而成一體化,所以時而呈 層疊構造的接合面則有困難。 其次,說明本發明之特殊裝飾印刷金屬板 特殊裝飾印刷金屬板4 0爲經由第5圖所 程,如同第1圖或第6〜8圖所示進行製造。 。內卷用蓋素材43b經由捲邊加工進行內卷而形成爲內卷 捲邊的蓋42b。 另外,罐容器41的體部45如同第1〇、11圖所示進 行製造。第10圖表示罐容器41的體部爲套管狀、圓筒狀 之例。第1 1圖表示罐容器4 1的體部爲角筒部、盒狀之例 〇 第1 〇圖爲製造罐容器4 1的圓筒狀體部之情況。 製造此罐容器4 1的體部時,準備所要的矩形狀、大 小的特殊裝飾印刷金屬板40,經切角加工使此特殊裝飾 印刷金屬板40的4個角凹狀,而形成體部素材。 4個角被凹缺的體部素材4 5接著經輥軋加工而成形 爲圓筒狀或套筒狀。經輥軋加工所成形之體部素材4 5的 前緣經彎折加工加以彎折而形成爲前摺邊46,此外,尾 緣也經彎折而形成爲後摺邊47。經彎折加工所形成之前 摺邊46與後摺邊47組合後進行摺邊壓合,而作成圓筒或 套管狀的體部素材4 5。 此圓筒或套管狀體部素材4 5接著進行凸緣加工而在 兩端部形成外卷用外周凸緣4 8,4 9。在上述體部素材4 5 的兩端部形成內卷用內周凸緣5 0,5 1亦可。 形成有外卷用外周凸緣48,49之體部素材45接著在 -24- (21) 1237601 一例封上底蓋5 3進行封合加工,而在體部素材4 5的端部 形成外卷捲邊。形成爲一側開口的罐容器4 1 a。 此罐容器4 1 a在內部裝塡製品後,經封合加工進行外 卷而封上上蓋(未圖示),製成飮料罐或糖菓罐等的罐製 品。 另外,爲使罐容器4 1 a的開口部能裝脫自由開閉的蓋 42a,42b,用捲邊加工來形成外卷捲邊亦可。 第11圖爲表示製造罐容器41的四角筒狀或盒狀體部 之情況。 製造此罐容器41的體部時,準備所要的形狀、大小 之特殊裝飾印刷金屬板40,經切角加工使此特殊裝飾印 刷金屬板40的4角凹缺而形體部素材54。 0用於罐容器41或熱水瓶6 3 之例,不過本發明的特殊裝飾印刷金屬板40並不侷限於 此’也能廣泛用於電鍋、電冰箱等的電化製品以及引導板 或標識、緊急出口等的指示牌、招牌等種種的製品。 本發明的各實施形態,表示在金屬板上黏貼有透鏡效 果的透明樹脂薄膜而成一體接合之例,不過並不侷限於金 屬板’在瓶容器密接有透鏡效果的透明樹脂薄膜而成一體 接合亦可。此情況,也可以在瓶容器的表面,利用網版印 另外,在透明樹脂薄膜82的表面形成凸透鏡狀突起 8 3等的凹凸形狀部或此凹凸形狀部的薄片及透明樹脂薄 膜82黏貼不同的構件而形成皆可。透明樹脂薄膜82的材 料採用當黏貼在裝飾對象物84之際得以將光通過程度的 例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、尼龍、氨基甲酸乙酯、聚氯 乙烯、聚硝酸乙烯、聚丙烯酸等的透明體或著色成半透明 體之材料。 透明樹脂薄膜82的材料若爲有色或黏貼在裝飾對象 —般是形成比其他的筒外表 面更往外面側或內面側隆起之面。同樣地,透明樹脂薄膜 82彼此間相互重疊而黏合之上膠部86也是形成比其他的 透明樹脂薄膜表面更隆起之面。 因而,依需求爲了使外觀形狀提升,也能在上膠部 86與摺邊部不重疊的位置將透明樹脂薄膜82黏貼在裝飾 對象物8 4上。 另外,比其他部位的厚度更削薄透明樹脂薄膜82彼 此間相互重疊部位的厚度,也能成爲良好外觀形狀。 即是特殊裝飾印刷金屬板8
