A contact piece 4d is formed on the inner side of the side strip portion 4a, one end of which is connected to the side strip portion γ and the other end is raised. The contact piece is placed in a state capable of swinging on the side strip portion 4a, and the front end thereof is bent at a predetermined angle and inclined slightly upward. In addition, on the above-mentioned contact piece 4d ±, an abutting material protruding material which abuts the inverse 4 spring 5 is formed on the surface opposite to the reverse spring 5 described later, that is, the surface on the upper side which is inclined and curved. . By providing the protrusion ^ 93806.doc 1233626, the substantially central portion of the contact piece 4d is pressed, so the contact is stable. In addition, a plurality of protruding portions 4f are formed on the lower surface to abut the contact portion 2b of the fixed contact 2 to obtain stable contact. On the lower side of the rib portion 乜, a protruding portion 4g protruding toward the fixed contact 3 side is formed. By providing the protruding portion, the movable contact 4 is sandwiched between the lower surface of the reverse spring 5 described below and the fixed contact 3, and when placed on the fixed contact 3, the contact portion 3b and the protruding portion Barely abut, the surroundings are not tightly joined to ensure clearance. In addition, in this way, the movable contact 4 is in contact with the fixed contact 3 at all times, and the contact piece 4d is formed to be able to contact or be separated from the fixed contact 2 to constitute a switch contact. In this way, by providing the protruding portion on the movable contact 4, the space portion on the inner surface of the reversing spring 5 can communicate with the guide groove portion ^ of the housing. Therefore, the portion formed from the protruding portion 4 g is used. In the gap between the movable contact 4 and the fixed contact 3, the air in the reversing spring 5 can be reliably led to the guide groove portion 1b, and therefore, the reversing spring 5 can be reliably reversed and restored. A plate made of a flexible elastomer or silicone rubber is held by a mold composed of an upper mold and a lower branch, and is heated and pressurized to transfer the mold shape to form the reverse spring 5. The outer shape of the reversing spring 5 is dome-shaped from the bottom. The skirt 5a includes a skirt 5a that is bent to impart a spring force when the following pillars are moved and reset. The pressing portion 5e 'has a shape formed on the skirt. A pressing surface portion 5b on the upper end side of 5a; and a 'base portion 5f' having an outer peripheral edge portion 5e formed on the lower end side of the skirt portion 5a. The lower end surface 5] of the base portion 5f is used to form a mounting reference surface on the housing. An action protrusion 2 is formed on the lower surface outside the pressing face. 93806.doc -10- 1233626: The front end of the action protrusion 5d contacts the protrusion 4e, and the protrusion 4 is placed on the contact piece of the movable contact 4. 4d upper side. In addition, the skirt portion 5a of the 'reversing spring 5 has an inclined surface with a thin tip from the base portion 5f to the dust pressing portion 56. The inclined surface is formed so that the skirt material has a constant thickness from the base portion 5f to the pressing portion 5e. In addition, two inclined surfaces with different inclination angles are formed on the skirt portion 5 & wherein the first inclined surface 5g rises from the base portion, and the second inclined surface 5h descends from the pressing portion 5e side. At the intersection of the first inclined surface 5g and the second inclined surface 5h, a hitting feeling adjusting portion is formed to adjust the hitting feeling when the skirt portion 5a is buckled and reversed. The angle of inclination formed between the second inclined surface 5g provided on the base portion 5f side and the lower end surface 5j of the base portion 5f is the same as that of the second inclined surface 讣 provided on the pressing portion 5e side. The inclination angle β formed with the lower end face of the base 5f is large (see FIG. 4). In this embodiment, the inclination angle α is set to 60 degrees, and the inclination angle / 5 is set to 65 degrees. And, No.! Intersections with the second inclined surfaces 5g and 5h are connected in a straight line. But it can also be connected into a circular surface. In addition, on the above-mentioned second and second inclined surfaces 5g and 5h, the skirt portion 5a is formed to have a certain thickness from the base portion 5f to the pressing portion, but the thickness may be appropriately changed. In this way, the inclination angles α and β of the inclined surface of the skirt portion 5a are formed so that the inclination angle of the second inclined surface 5h on the side of the pressing portion 5e is larger than that of the first inclined surface 5g on the base portion 5f side. Therefore, compared with the linear skirt, the intersection of the inclined surface of the skirt 5a protrudes inward in the initial state. Therefore, when pressed, the skirt 5a recessed on the inner side is extended into a flat shape and then directed in the opposite direction. Bend, 93806.doc • 11-1233626 Perform reverse operation. Therefore, it is possible to improve the percussion feeling during reversal. Fig. 5 shows the force characteristics of the reversing spring 5. The ordinate represents the load pressing the reversing spring 5. The abscissa represents the deflection stroke of the reversing spring 5. In the figure, the point p indicates the point of the peak force in the stroke (the point at which the skirt portion 5a is pressed by M to cause deflection to reverse). Further, the curves A to H indicate the position of the knock adjustment portion 5i formed at the intersection of the first inclined surface 5g and the second inclined surface 5h, and the length from the extension portion 5f to the extension portion of the pressing portion & (Height) L to adjust, curve eight represents 0% (the base of the base 玎), curve B represents 20%, curve C represents 40%, curve D represents 50%, curve E represents 60%, and curve F It represents 70%, curve G represents 80%, and curve 11 represents 100% (the root of the pressing portion 5e). In this embodiment, the inclined surface formed on the skirt portion 5a is formed at a position relative to the striking adjustment portion 5i formed by the intersection of the first inclined surface 5g and the second inclined surface 5h. The extension of the base portion 5f is within a range of 20% to 70% of the length (height) of the extension of the pressing portion 5e. In this way, by setting the intersection points of the second and second inclined surfaces 5g and 5h within the range of 20% to 70%, as shown in FIG. 5, the knocking feeling when the skirt portion 5a is bent and reversed can be enhanced. Further, in FIG. 5, a curve c (40%) indicates an optimal value. The stem 6 is formed in a substantially circular shape with an insulating material such as a synthetic resin, and a flat pressing portion 6a operated by a human finger or the like is provided on the upper surface portion. On the lower surface side opposite to the pressing portion 6 a, a pressing projection portion $ b is formed, and the pressing projection portion 6b abuts on the pressing surface portion 5b of the reversing spring 5 so that the reversing spring 5 is movable toward the movable portion. The point 4 side is curved and protrudes to the lower side. In addition, on the lower side of the side surface portion of the stem 6, four guide protrusion cores protruding toward the cross 93806.doc -12-1233626 are formed. The guide post 6c is combined with the guide groove on the inner wall of the receiving portion 1a at the opening I of the opening 6a of the stem 6 that is inserted into the receiving portion of the housing 1. 1 limit, installed for lifting movement. The following is a description of the operation of the button between the above structures. , Bai Xiantian used human fingers to press the pressing part of the above-mentioned stem 6, and I knew: C big out 6b presses the pressing face 5b of the reversing spring 5, and the skirt is bent, The deflection moves the operation protrusion 5d downward. = 'As shown by the solid line in Fig. 5, when moving at a predetermined stroke, when the load of the acting force reaches the peak position, the skirt 5a performs a reverse operation, and the action dog 5d automatically walks and moves downward. In addition, the operation protrusion 5d abuts on the protrusion WMe on the upper side of the contact piece 4d of the movable contact 4, so that the protrusion on the lower side of the contact piece 4d of the movable contact contacts the fixed contact 2 Phase conduction, forming a contact conduction state. When the pressing of the mandrel 6 is released in this state, the mandrel 6 is returned to the initial position by the upward force under the action of the ejection force of the skirt portion 5a of the anti-condyle spring 5. At this time, the contact piece 4d of the movable contact 4 is also restored upward by its own elasticity, and the contact is turned off. In this case, the skirt portion 5a of the reversing spring 5 is formed with two inclined surfaces having different inclination angles. The first inclined surface 5g faces upward from the base 5f side, and the second inclined surface 5h extends from the above. The pressing portion 5e faces downward. At the intersection of the first inclined surface 5g and the second inclined surface 5h, a knock adjusting portion 5i is formed to adjust the knocking feeling when the skirt portion 5a is buckled and reversed. The knock adjustment portion 5i is formed in a state of protruding toward the inside of the dome-shaped skirt portion 5a. 93806.doc -13- 1233626 when the pressing protrusion 6b presses the pressing surface of the reversing spring 5-before the skirt 5a is bent and swells outward and reverses, the impact adjustment part 5] , Inhibiting (preventing) the process outside the skirt domain. And 'Between this stroke, the reversal force can be increased (enhanced), so' # When the stroke reaches the point P of the peak force (the point where the reversal is performed by the ceremony 5a), the reversal is instantaneous. Therefore, a large knocking feeling can be obtained, and a desired operation feeling can be obtained during operation. In this case, 'if the inclination relationship between the inclination angle of the first inclined surface 5g and the second inclination h is reversed, that is, increase the inclination of the i-th inclined surface ^: 小: make the inclination angle of the second inclined surface smaller, so that The knocking peripheral portion 51 whose inclined surfaces intersect with each other forms a state in which the dome-shaped skirt portion 5a protrudes outward, so that, on the contrary, the knocking feeling when the aforementioned force is reversed can be weakened. By properly selecting each of the tilts in this way, each of them earns money. According to the embodiment of the present invention described above, the skirt portion 5a of the reversing spring 5 is formed as an inclined surface with a thin shape from the soil portion 5f to the tip of the pressing portion 5e. The base 5 is thin and the pressing part ㈣ has an i- and second inclined surface 5g with different inclination angles, and is formed. When the i-th and second inclined surfaces hi hit the adjusting portion 51, it is used to adjust the bending of the skirt. There are 2 stages to change the inversion 4 depending on the angle. In this way, the shape of the inclined surface of the inclined surface is not changed greatly, and only the combination of the intersection: 5g: 5h and the angle of the slope can be changed. The overall shape is not 'Ai's ^', and the required knock is formed by a single method, and the [and ^ ~ of the skirt 5a are formed from the base 93806.doc -14-1233626. The continent pressing portion 5e has -A fixed thickness. Therefore, the first and second inclined surfaces 5g and 5h can be formed by a combination of linear inclined surfaces. Therefore, the structure is simple, the mold is simple to manufacture and shape, and the manufacturing is easy and the cost is low. In addition, when the push-button switch is constituted by using the above-mentioned reversing spring 5, a desired tapping feeling can be obtained with a simple structure, and a push-button switch which is easy to manufacture can be provided. Furthermore, 'in the above-mentioned embodiment', in the accommodation portion 1a of the synthetic resin case 1 formed in a rectangular box shape, the movable contact 4 having elasticity of the metal plate is arranged so as to be in contact with the fixed contacts 2 and 3. We face each other in contact or separation and use! • Press the movable contact 4 with the raw reversed yellow 5 to switch the contact. However, Asia is not limited to this, but instead of using the movable contact 4, a contact made of silver or carbon may be formed under the moving projection ㈣ of the reversing bomb s5 to directly contact the fixed contacts 2 and 3 or Separation. In addition, the substrate 1 made of a phenolic laminated board or the like may be used to form the casing 1, and fixed contacts may be formed on the surface of the substrate. In addition, a plurality of fixed contacts may be formed on the substrate, and a plurality of contacts may be provided. The dots can be reversely popped, and a plurality of reverse springs 5 ′ can be integrally formed on a rubber pad and set on the substrate.发明 [Inventive effect] As shown by m, the button of the present invention is open, because 胄 has a base P, pressing 魇 邛, and a pressing face on the upper end; and a skirt, which can be flexibly formed on the upper iC base 邛 and Between the pressure-receiving parts, the pressing part is pressed to bend β to obtain a knocking feeling. The skirt part forms a tapered inclined surface from the base to the pressing part, and the inclined surface is in the above-mentioned 93806.doc 15 1233626 The base portion side and the pressing portion side are formed as second and second inclined surfaces with different inclination angles; a striking adjustment portion is formed at the intersection of the first and second inclined surfaces, and is used to adjust the skirt bending Percussion. Therefore, by changing the inclination angle of the inclined surface of the skirt portion of the reversing spring into two stages, the shape is not greatly changed, and only by changing the intersection of the first and second inclined surfaces and the inclination angle. In combination, the desired percussion can be easily formed without changing the overall shape. The skirt portion is formed from the base portion to the pressing portion by the first and second inclined surfaces with a constant thickness. Therefore, since the first and second inclined surfaces can be formed by a combination of linear inclined surfaces, the structure is simple and the manufacturing is easy. Among the inclination angles of the inclined surface of the skirt portion, the inclination angle of the second and inclined surfaces on the pressing portion side is larger than the inclination angle of the first inclined surface on the base portion side. The intersection of the surface protrudes to the inside in the initial state. @This can make the concave skirt on the inside = flat, and then bend it in the opposite direction to complete the reversing action, which can improve the knocking feeling when reversing. . The position of the intersection of the above-mentioned first and second inclined surfaces of the skirt " 卩 is formed in the from. The length of the extending portion of the base portion to the extension of the pressing portion ranges from 0 to 70%. Therefore, compared with the straight skirt, the π-knock feeling can be reliably enhanced, and therefore, it is easy to obtain a desired knack-tight feeling. In addition, because it has: the reversing spring described above; a housing for holding the base of the reversing spring; a fixed contact provided in the housing; and a movable contact by the reversing spring The bending of the skirt is in contact with or separated from the fixed contact. Therefore, when using the above-mentioned reverse impeachment to form a push button 93806.doc -16 · 1233626 Ze Xun Rieduo can provide the system, with the structure of Jingdan can obtain the required percussion button. switch.
