此外,較藉由前端膨擴型銷及與此對 應的孔構成環部結合機構的習知孔夾可縮細環部,藉此可 binding loose-leaf paper and a binding device for automatically mounting the hole clamp on loose-leaf paper. [Prior Art] A resin hole holder for binding commercially-available loose-leaf paper and documents perforated with a porous paper puncher is known (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-2 8 93 76). The main structure of this type of hole clamp is described below. Figures 20, 21, and 22 show a conventional hole clamp 1, which is a plurality of 1/2 ring portions 3, 4 arranged at a specified interval on the side edges of the back bone portion 2, and the back bone portion 2 itself is divided into two parts. Integrated molded product of two hinges. In the figure, the ½ ring portion 3 in the upper row is formed with a protrusion 5 at the front end, and the protrusion 5 is formed in a shape in which the front end is inflated. A hole 6 having a shape corresponding to the protrusion 5 is formed at the front end of the ½ ring portion 4 in the lower row, and the structure is a structure in which the protrusion 5 is pressed into the hole 6 and the upper and lower 1/2 ring portions 3 and 4 are fitted. When binding loose-leaf paper to the hole holder 1, if the 1/2 ring 3 on one side row or the 1/2 ring 4 on the other side pass through the paper hole, close 1/2 of the second row by hand The ring portions 3 and 4 are formed by fitting the protrusions 5 of the 1/2 ring portion 3 and the holes 6 of the 1/2 ring portion 4 to form the ring portion, and the binding of the loose-leaf paper is completed. In the past, the work of binding documents by the hole clip was performed manually. However, the work of passing a large number of 1/2 rings through the paper holes and closing the two rows of 1/2 rings by hand was expensive. It takes time, especially when binding most documents. Here, an object of the present invention is to provide a binding device capable of efficiently processing a binding operation based on a resin hole clip without manual work 6 312 / Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92-07 / 92110126 1233398. In addition, in order to construct a device for mounting the bonding device, it is necessary to have a holding mechanism that grasps the back bone portion of the hole clamp so that the hole clamp faces the back of the loose-leaf paper, and closes the ½ ring portion of the hole clamp and makes it Fitting mechanism, etc. However, since the back bone part of the conventional hole clip is formed as a two-part hinge and is opened and closed at the same time as the 1/2 ring part, it is necessary to keep the fitting mechanism when closing the 1/2 ring part. It is difficult for the mechanism to grasp the back bone part, and there is a growing concern that the hole clip may fall out of the holding mechanism. Therefore, it is considered that the conventional hole clip cannot be used for a binding device. An object of the present invention is to provide a hole clamp that can be used in a binding device. In addition, the aforementioned conventional hole clamp has a shape in which the ring portion is divided into two. When a plurality of hole clamps are overlapped, the difference between the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the 1/2 ring portions 3 and 4 is shown in FIG. 2 1 (b ) As shown in the figure, there is a gap between the hole clamps, so the hole clamps become uneven during use, which not only causes inconvenience in handling, but also causes the volume to expand in the case of external packaging. A) Also, in the case of mechanizing the bonding process It is inevitable that a large number of hole clamps are installed in the combination processing machine. In the conventional hole clamps, a large storage space was required, and thus it became an obstacle to miniaturization of the machine. Here, the object of the present invention is to provide a hole clamp which can save space and has good usability. In addition, the aforementioned conventional hole clamp is formed by a protrusion protruding from the front end of the one-half ring portion on one side in the circumferential direction and a hole formed on the front end of the other one-half ring portion to form a one-half ring portion. Fitting mechanism. Therefore, in order to inject the forming hole clamp, in order to form a protrusion with a shape that expands at the front end and a hole with a shape that expands inside that are symmetrical to the protrusion, a mold release mechanism such as rotary demolding must be used. increase. Furthermore, if 7 312 / Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92-07 / 92110126 1233398 is made thinner in the radial direction of the ring portion, the number of sheets that can be bound can be increased, but the protrusions and holes are designed to fit The corresponding size is required for the strength. Because the front end of the ring part must protrude and be larger than the diameter of the hole, it is difficult to make the ring part thinner. Here, the object of the present invention is not only to reduce the manufacturing cost of the hole clamp, but also to further narrow the ring portion. [Summary of the Invention] The present invention was made in order to achieve the above object, and provides a binding device for binding loose-leaf paper using a hole clamp in which split ring portions are arranged in parallel on both sides of a back bone portion, and includes a paper table; Hold the two ends of the back bone part of the hole clamp, and transfer the hole clamp from the hole clamp supply position, so that the hole clamp surface faces the back of the loose-leaf paper on the paper table; the lifting stopper is located by the hole clamp holding portion. Figures 1 (a) to 1 (d) show a hole clamp 11 made of resin. The element symbol 12 is a thin plate-shaped back bone portion. The upper and lower edge portions 11 312 / Specification of the Invention (Supplement) / 92-07 / 92110126 1233398 A plurality of 1/2 ring portions 1 3 and 14 are arranged, and the back bone portion 12 and the "1/2 ring portion 13 and 14 are connected by a thin-walled hinge portion The difference from the conventional hole clamp is that the back bone portion 12 is not a chain. This is because when the back bone portion itself is an open and closed hinge structure when manual operation is not used but through mechanical action, To grasp and hold the back bone part until now, there is a fitting mechanism that is trapped in the front end of the 1 1/2 ring part 13 above and the 1 1/2 ring part below. Fig. 2 (a) and Fig. 2 (b) show the shape of three 120-degree 1/3 ring portions 22 and 23 which are made of resin and divide the ring into three, and the middle 1/3 ring portion 23 Figure 3 (b) shows the hole clip 31 of the other embodiment. It is a 3,3 linking the ring 180 degree ring section 32 and the 180 degree ring section up and down. 4 shape, and the middle 180 degree ring 32 is integrated with the backsale. As shown in Figures 1 (a) to 3 (b), the hole clips 11, 21, and 3 make the dorsal bone part protrude to the outside of the ring part on the left and right ends, and can be held by holding the ends of 1, 2, 5, and 3 5 Hole clip. Fig. 10 to Fig. 13 (b) show another embodiment of the hole clip 11. The length of the back bone portion 1 1 2 of the setting paper is a resin injection molded product at a certain interval, as shown in Figs. 11 (a), (b), and 13 ( a). The ring part is divided into three parts: the central part of the back bone part, the third part of the ring part 1 and the third part of the ring part 114, 115 above and below the central part of the third part; , 115 to a structure in which the front ends of each other are embedded. 312 / Invention Manual (Supplement V92-07 / 92110126 Two lower body moldings. Divided into two hinge mounting hole clips for reasons of difficulty in mounting. 1 4 front end hole clips 21, 24 connected • Fig. 3 (a) is divided into three 90-degree ring sections and bulging sections 3 and 5; 1 is formed to hold the dorsal bone section 1, as shown in (b) of the matching arranging ring section, 3, and connected by folding As shown in Figs. 11 (a) and (b) and Figs. 13 (a) and (b), the ring 12 1233398 has a curvature equal to that of the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the central 1/3 ring portion 113, and is in an initial state. The three 1/3 ring sections 1 1 3, 1 1 4 and 1 1 5 are formed at a substantially straight line at both ends, so as shown in FIG. 14, when a plurality of hole clips 1 1 1 are overlapped, the center of the front and back The 1/3 ring 1 1 3 is in contact with the surface without gaps. The upper and lower 1/3 ring 1 1 4 and 1 1 5 are thinner than the center 1/3 ring 113, so it is hardly even for the entire hole clamp. A gap is generated, and there is an effect that it does not take up space during packaging and when it is mounted on a bonding processor, etc. In addition, in the case of forming a bonding processor that performs continuous bonding processing, it is necessary to have a plurality of holes. The mechanism conveys forwards in sequence, but the above-mentioned hole clamp 1 1 1 has no gap because the center 1/3 ring 1 1 3 of the front and back are closely contacted. Therefore, there is no transmission caused by the compression load of the transmission mechanism that causes the hole clamp to bend. Due to obstacles, it is possible to cope with the mechanization of the combined processing. Moreover, it is not necessary to make the curvature of the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the central 1/3 ring portion 113 equal, even if the front and rear hole clamps 1 1 1 are not in contact with each other. For example, as shown in FIG. 15 (a) and FIG. 15 (b), the hole clip 131 (other embodiments), the back bone portion 132 and the central 1/3 ring portion 133 above and below the three points contact the front and rear holes The clip 131 can also obtain substantially the same effect as the above example. As shown in Figs. 13 (a) and 13 (b), grooves 1 1 6 in the circumferential direction are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the three 1/3 ring portions. A hook portion 1 1 7 is provided at the front end of the upper 1/3 loop portion 1 1 4, and a buckle portion 1 1 7 of the fitting hook portion 1 1 7 is formed at the front end of the lower 1/3 loop portion 1 1 5. FIG. 1 6 (a) to Figure 16 (c) shows the detailed structure of the front end of the upper 1/3 ring portion 1 1 4 and the front end portion of the outer peripheral surface is formed into a stepped shape. (Supplement) / 92-07 / 92110126 1233398 Welding structure, the wedge-shaped flat-shaped hook 117 formed on the stepped portion 1 1 9 that descends by one step protrudes forward. Figures 17 (a) to 17 (c) show The detailed structure of the front end of the lower 1/3 ring portion 1 1 5 corresponds to the mutual-embedded joint structure of the upper 1/3 ring portion 1 1 4. The front end portion of the inner peripheral surface is cut to form a step portion 1 2 0. A wedge-shaped buckle portion 1 1 8 corresponding to the hook portion 1 1 7 is formed on the outer peripheral side, in order to elastically deform the buckle portion 1 1 8 and receive the hook when the hook portion 1 1 7 is inserted into the inner bottom surface 1 2 1 of the buckle portion 1 1 8. Part 1 1 7 and a circumferential slit 1 22 is formed. 18 (a) and 18 (b) show a state where the hook portion 117 of the upper 1/3 loop portion 114 and the buckle portion 1 1 8 of the lower 1/3 loop portion 1 1 5 are fitted to form a loop. The hook portion 1 1 7 is fitted with the buckle portion 1 1 8, and the upper 1/3 loop portion 1 1 4 and the lower 1/3 loop portion 1 1 5 are not shifted in the circumferential direction and left and right. In addition, the upper portion The interlocking joint structure of the 1/3 ring portion 1 1 4 and the front end portion of the lower 1/3 ring portion 1 1 5 is fixed to each other without shifting in the radial direction. In short, since the hook portion 1 1 7 is placed on the inner bottom surface 1 2 8 of the buckle portion 1 1 8 of the lower 1/3 loop portion 1 1 5, a facing loop is applied to the upper 1/3 loop portion 1 1 4 In the case of externally applied pressure in the center direction and in the case of externally applied pressure in the direction of the outer side of the ring on the lower 1/3 ring portion 1 1 5, the upper 1/3 ring portion 1 1 4 and the lower 1/3 ring portion 1 1 5 No offset occurs. In addition, since the step portion 1 20 of the lower 1/3 ring portion 1 1 5 is placed on the step portion 119 of the upper 1/3 ring portion 114, the upper 1/3 ring portion 1 1 4 is applied toward the outside of the ring In the case of applied pressure in the direction, and in the case where an applied pressure is applied toward the center of the ring on the lower 1/3 ring portion 1 1 5, the upper 1/3 ring portion 1 1 4 and the lower 1/3 ring portion 1 1 5 does not produce an offset. When the hole clip 1 1 1 is removed from the document, the upper side 1/3 ring portion 1 1 4 and the lower side 1/3 ring portion 1 1 5 and the buckle portion 1 1 8 14 can be pulled in the circumferential direction by hand. 312 / Invention Manual (Supplement) / 92-07 / 92110126 1233398 Open the left and right to release the fitting of the buckle 1 1 8 and the hook 1 1 7. Of course, the removed hole clip 1 1 1 can be reused. As shown in Figs. 1 1 (a) to 1 3 (b), pins 1 2 4 protruding toward the center of the ring are formed at regular intervals on the inner surface side of the back bone portion 1 12 (in this embodiment, 5 pins) ), Grooves 1 2 5 and 1 2 6 mating with the pins 1 24 are formed on the back side of the back bone portion 1 1 2. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 14, when the plurality of hole clamps 1 1 1 are overlapped, the pins 124 are fitted into the grooves 125 and 126 of the hole clamp 111 in the front row to connect the plurality of hole clamps 111 because the plurality of hole clamps 111 do not It can be uneven, so it is easy to work when the package is unpacked and when the decoration is combined. 19 (a) to 19 (c) show the detailed structures of the grooves 125 and 126. FIG. 19 (a) shows the central groove 125 of FIG. 10, and FIG. 19 (b) shows the grooves 126 at four locations from the left and right sides of the center. . The grooves 125 and 126 are left and right long shapes. When the two ends of the plurality of hole clamps 1 1 1 are overlapped, the pins 1 24 of the rear hole clamps 1 1 1 and the left ends of the grooves 125 and 126 of the front hole clamps 111. face. The left ends of the grooves 125 and 126 are pin hole portions 125a and 1 2 6a which are the same width or slightly narrower as the diameter of the pin 124. The width of the pin hole portions other than 1 2 5 a and 1 2 6 a becomes larger than the pin 1 2 The diameter of 4 should be wide. If the ends of the plurality of hole clamps 1 1 1 are concentrated and pressed from front to back, the pin 1 2 4 will be fitted into the left pin hole 1 2 5 and 1 2 6 of the pin hole 1 2 5 a, 1 2 6 a and the front and rear hole clamps 1 1 1 are combined. In addition, if the front of the two hole clips 1 1 1 that are mating with each other slides toward the left side in FIG. 10, the grooves 1 2 5 and 1 2 6 move to the left with respect to the pin 124, and the grooves 125 and 126 The pin hole portions 1 2 5 a, 1 2 6 a and the pins 1 2 4 are released from the fitting, so that the hole clips 1 1 1 can be separated. During the mechanization of the bonding process, it is considered that the bonding processor needs a hole clamp transfer mechanism and a hole clamp separation mechanism. However, when the above-mentioned hole clamp is used, 15 3 Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92-〇7 / 921101 % 1233398 As long as a mechanism for pressing the foremost hole clamps in a lateral direction is provided, the foremost hole clamps can be separated from a group of connected hole clamps, and the hole clamp separation mechanism can be simply constructed. The pin hole portion 126a of the groove 126 shown in FIG. 19 (b) and the wide width groove portion 12 6b on the right side are each a straight groove, but the pin hole portion 1 2 5 a of the central groove 125 shown in FIG. 19 (a) and the width of the right side are The width of the connecting portion of the web groove portion 1 2 5 b is narrow, and the locking function of the pin 124 is held in the pin hole portion 125 a so that the plurality of hole clips 1 1 1 connected to each other do not slide due to vibration or the like. In addition, the grooves 126 other than the central groove 125 may be provided with a locking shape as shown in FIG. 19 (a). However, as in this example, as long as the grooves 126 other than the central groove 125 are formed into a shape that can easily slide the pin 124, Then, it is possible to easily separate the hole clamp 111 ° without applying external force to glide. In addition, the groove 127 shown in FIG. 19 (C) is a modified example of the groove 126 shown in FIG. 19 (b), and the pin hole portion 127a is set to a horizontal direction. The long parallel straight groove has a horizontally long pin hole 127a having a shape connected to the wide groove portion 127 on the right side. By setting the pin hole portion 127a to be horizontally long in this way, even if there is a slight gap deviation between the pin 124 and the groove 127, the central pin 1 2 4 is fitted into the pin hole portion 125a of the central groove 1 2 5 At this time, other pins 124 can still be fitted into the pin hole portions 1 2 7 a surely. Therefore, the fear of poor fitting due to the relative position deviation caused by the forming tolerance can be eliminated. A binding device using the above-mentioned hole clip will be described. 4 and 5 show the binding device 51, and the component symbol 52 is a paper table. At the rear of the paper table 5 2 (the right side in FIG. 4), there is a joint portion 5 3 that moves forward to close the resin hole clamp, and a stopper 5 4 of paper and positioning clips is arranged above the joint portion 5 3. , 16 312 / Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92-07 / 92110126 1233398 On the left and right sides of the paper table 5 2 are arranged the clip holders 5 5 on the outline of the stopper 5 4. A plurality of grooves 56 are formed in a comb-tooth shape at the rear edge portion of the paper table 52 at a certain interval, and the interval between the grooves 56 is consistent with the interval of punching of the loose-leaf paper. The stopper portion 5 4 is provided with an angle bar-shaped stopper pin 5 9 at a predetermined interval in front of the plate 5 8 which is lifted and lowered by the rack and pinion mechanism 5 7. The stopper pin 5 9 hangs downward from the plate 5 8. When the stopper portion 54 is lowered, the lower end of the stopper pin 5 9 is further below the paper table 52. When the stopper portion 54 is raised, the stopper pin 59 retracts from the paper Above the stage 5 2. The hole clamp holding portion 55 is stopped by a belt 62 that is straddling the two upper and lower pulleys 60 and 61, and the left and right upper pulleys 60 are connected by a synchronous shaft 63. The lower pulley 61 is driven by a motor (not shown) to The left and right hole clamp holding portions 5 5 are raised and lowered. The hole clamp holding portions 55 are connected to each of the facing surfaces by opening and closing clamping portions 64. The clamping portion 64 is opened and closed by a driving mechanism such as a solenoid to hold both ends of the back bone portion of the hole clamp. The joint portion 5 3 is composed of a pair of plates 65 arranged horizontally and vertically parallel to each other. As shown in FIG. 5, the inside facing surface of the front end portion of the plate 65 becomes an inclined surface to form a V-shaped opening. The joint portion 53 is connected to the crank plate 67 via a ring 66, and moves back and forth with the crank plate 67 which is rotationally driven by a motor (not shown). In addition, in the front of the plates 65 constituting the next pair above the joint portion 53, a longitudinal groove 6 8 corresponding to the stop pin 5 9 of the stop portion 54 is formed, and the joint portion 53 is not interfered by the stop pin 59. It can be advanced toward the paper table 52. Next, the operation of the binding device 51 will be described. When the power is turned on, the left and right 17 312 / Invention Manual (Supplement) / 92-07 / 92110126 1233398 The hole clamp holder 5 5 is lowered to the hole clamp feeder (not shown) below the paper table 5 2 and the clamp is opened. The portion 64 puts both ends of the back bone portion of the hole clamp between the clamping portions 64, and closes the clamping portion 64 to hold the hole clamp, and then rises, as shown in FIG. 6 to FIG. 8, the hole clamp 11 and the rear edge of the paper table 52 face each other. to. At the same time, the stopper portion 54 is lowered, and the stopper pin 59 is inserted into the groove 56 of the paper table 52, and is in a standby state waiting for the paper installation. In the standby state, the bundle of loose-leaf paper P is loaded on the paper table 52, and the back of the loose-leaf paper P is brought into contact with the front of the stopper pin 59 to perform positioning. When the start button (not shown) is pressed, the coupling portion 53 moves forward. Press the hole clamp 11 from the back to the front. 'At this time, the back bone portion 12 of the hole clip 1 abuts on the stopper pin 59. Therefore, the back bone portion 12 is not pushed forward, and the upper and lower 1/2 ring portions 1 3, 1 4 contact the inclined surface of the v-shaped cross-section opening of the joint portion 5 3 and rotate in the blocking direction. As shown in FIG. 9, the upper and lower 1/2 ring portions 13 and 14 are fitted in the holes of the loose-leaf paper P. When the coupling is completed, the coupling portion 5 3 is retracted, and the stopper portion 5 4 is raised so that the stopper pin 5 9 is retracted from the front of the back bone portion 丨 2 of the hole clamp 1 1, and the combined loose leaf can be taken out from the paper table 5 2. In the state of the paper p, the hole clamp holding portion 55 is lowered to the hole clamp feeder (not shown), and grasps the next hole clamp 11 to return to the standby state, thereby completing one cycle of operation. Furthermore, instead of the above-mentioned form of performing a single-cycle operation by manually operating the start switch, a paper detection sensor is installed on the paper table, and the paper is automatically activated by mounting the paper on the paper table to perform a one-cycle operation. Make up. In addition, it may be a configuration in which a paper feeding mechanism is provided to automatically perform a series of actions from the introduction of the paper to the paper table, the combination, and the discharge of the paper, or it may be equipped with 18 312 / Invention Specification (Supplement) / 92-07 / 92110126 1233398 It is a structure that performs a process of copying, punching, and binding in a multi-function machine that combines a copier and perforated paper punching. The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and various changes can be made within the technical scope of the present invention, and the present invention naturally relates to such changes. This application is based on a Japanese patent application filed on April 30, 2002 (Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-129236) and a Japanese patent application filed on February 6, 2003 (Japanese Patent Application No. 2003 _ 02 93 02) In this case, the content is taken as a reference. (Industrial availability) According to the above description, according to the binding device of the present invention, the hole clip can be installed on loose-leaf paper without manual work. Therefore, the binding processing of documents can be performed quickly. Effect. In addition, the hole clamp of the present invention is different from the conventional hole clamp because the back bone part itself is not an open-close structure. Therefore, in the binding device for holding and closing the hole clamp, the hole clamp can be surely held, and the practical combination with the processing system can be realized. Into. In addition, according to the present invention, since a plurality of hole clips are overlapped without a gap, it is possible to improve the convenience of handling and the decoration of the machine, and at the same time, it is possible to improve the space efficiency when the packing box and the machine are stored in the machine. In addition, since the back bone portions of the overlapped hole clips are in contact, even if a load is applied to the back bone portion by the bonding mechanism's transport mechanism, the hole clips do not cause large bending, and thus can be used for the mechanization of the bonding process. In addition, since a fitting mechanism according to a pin, a groove, or the like is provided in the hole clamp, the overlapped hole clamps are not separated, which improves the convenience of handling and the installation of machinery. In addition, by overlapping the hole clips with each other to solve the problem 19 312 / Invention Manual (Supplement) / 92-07 / 92110126 1233398 In addition to the fitting structure, when the bonding process is mechanized, it can be composed of a simple mechanism In combination with the separation mechanism, simplification of the structure can be contributed. In addition, the hole clamp of the present invention uses a combined structure of a mutual-embedded joint structure and a dowel joint structure according to the hook portion and the buckle portion as the front end coupling mechanism of the split ring portion, so it can be formed by a linear sliding mold, and more The conventional hole clamp can greatly reduce the forming cost. In addition, the conventional hole clamp which forms the ring portion coupling mechanism by the front-end expansion pin and the corresponding hole can narrow the ring portion, thereby increasing the number of bound pages of paper. In addition, since a hook portion is provided on the front side of the stepped portion of one of the divided ring portions, a buckle portion is formed on the back side of the stepped portion of the other divided ring portion, which can eliminate the engagement of the divided ring portion due to external force in the radial direction. Yu. In addition, since the above-mentioned buckle portion is formed with a groove, even if the buckle portion and the hook portion are repeatedly attached and detached, the fitting strength will not decrease, and the hole clip can be used repeatedly.
