1233350 (1) 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明,係關於在胯下部裝著生理用衛生棉之生理褲 ’特別是有關確實保持夜用之厚型生理用衛生棉,可防止 移位,而且對身體之合貼性優異,同時不易產生緊束之不 適感之生理褲。 【先前技術】 生理褲,須要求其爲可確實將裝著於胯下部之生理用 衛生棉不會移動地保持於身體之股胯部,可防止於股胯部 之生理用衛生棉之移位,而且減輕對股胯部之咬入,穿著 感良好者。 作爲該種之生理褲,於日本專利文獻1揭示有在前身 片及後身片之中央領域設置有拉伸荷重較大之部位,並具 備有位於前身片與後身片之間,將前身片與後身片接合之 股胯領域以及一對彈性腿圍開口之內褲,於其股胯領域具 備有長邊方向之拉伸操控構件,於前身片及後身片具備有 從該長邊方向之拉伸操控構件延伸於腰圍帶之拉伸操控構 件者。又,本發明者群,提供一種揭示於日本專利文獻2 之生理褲。該生理褲,以提供一種易於使生理用衛生棉合 貼於股胯部,減輕對股胯部之咬入,穿著感良好之生理褲 爲目的者,於腰部設置有腰圍帶而於腿根圍設置有腿圍帶 ,於其胯下部被作爲生理用衛生棉之裝著部之生理褲’使 生理褲形成立體狀時之從胯下部至腰部之臀長,與從腿根 -5- (2) 1233350 至腰部之最短部之身長之尺寸比例,爲相對於臀長之100 ,上述身長爲80〜200,於後身片從胯下部到腰部設置有 上提彈性構件。 〔曰本專利文獻1〕 特表200 1 -52295 8號公報 〔曰本專利文獻2〕 特開2002-660號公報 【發明內容】 〔發明所欲解決之技術問題〕 但是,於日本專利文獻1,雖可藉由拉伸操控構件使 置於股胯領域之生理用衛生棉密接於身體,不過由於該拉 伸操控構件,其寬幅如公報之圖般是以細線之方式存在, 故力量集中於線狀之1點,於穿著時會發生朝向身體之咬 入,或將生理用衛生棉在中央部折彎形成山型,該折彎頂 點有給予身體不適感之虞。 又,因是將前身片及後身片縫合形成2個彈性腿圍開 口,故縫合部會變成存在於朝向在臀下中央部分之一對腿 圍開口間之寬幅方向。因此,將生理用衛生棉裝著於生理 褲之時,要將生理用衛生棉安定保持之基座變得不存在, 因生理用衛生棉扭轉變窄,或生理用衛生棉之黏著部從生 理褲本體剝離之故,有所謂產生漏出之可能性很高之不便 〇 又,於日本專利文獻2,設置於後身片之上提彈性構 -6- (3) 1233350 件會發揮延伸於縱向方向之彈性收縮力,不過該彈性收縮 力於後身片之中心部幾乎沿著脊髓作用,大致直線沿著於 屁股中央之凹陷處以及股胯部作用。因此,上提彈性構件 於後縫合部,在將臀下布之尺寸分爲一半之中央線部分, 作用有對臀下布之前後方向之較大之拉伸力,而將胯下部 之生理用衛生棉壓貼於膣口。 然而,該生理褲,爲其設置於後身片之彈性構件發揮 延伸於縱向方向之彈性收縮力,使生理用衛生棉合貼於身 體之構造,但由於在後身片設置有彈性構件,而前身片是 由具有充分伸縮性之織布所構成,故於裝著夜用之厚型生 理用衛生棉時,即使藉由後身片之彈性構件使生理用衛生 棉上提而合貼於身體,由於生理用衛生棉很厚且剛性很高 ,彈性構件過分拉伸,故也無法作爲壓貼生理用衛生棉之 作用力,變得不能充分合貼於屁股或股胯部。 因此,於生理用衛生棉與身體之間產生縫隙,會有經 血沿著屁股從生理用衛生棉漏出之情形。又,由於透過該 縫隙產生之經血擴散,使接觸於肌膚之經血增加,對肌膚 產生較大之負擔而有發疹之可能性。 又,由於在睡眠中身體會無意識地移動,若爲了防止 生理用衛生棉之移位或褶縐而用緊束力強之束腹等壓貼緊 束,則會有因緊束引起腫脹或妨礙血液流通之虞,對身體 產生很大之壓力。 因此,不是將全身緊束,而是將生理用衛生棉僅在必 須部分壓貼而合貼於身體之構造之生理褲是眾望所歸。 1233350 (4) 本發明,爲鑑於上述般之課題者,其目的’係在於提 供一種使夜用之厚型生理用衛生棉易於合貼股胯部或臀溝 ,同時可防止移位,而且減輕對股胯部之咬入’整體沒有 緊束感之穿著感良好之生理褲。 〔解決問題之技術手段〕 本發明,爲著眼於如此之以往之問題點而作成者’是 由用伸縮性良好之構件所構成之優良伸縮部,以及用伸縮 性較小之構件所構成之微伸縮部而構成之生理褲,其胯下 部是以跨架於前身片及後身片之形態而設置,並將上述微 伸縮部分配於從胯下部之後端部到後身片之腰圍保持部之 中央領域,且將其縱向方向之拉伸係數作得比覆蓋其周邊 之屁股或腹部等之腰圍之優良伸縮部之縱向方向之拉伸係 數還大。又於胯下部之中央領域設置有與後身片之微伸縮 部連接之衛生棉上提部,藉由將其縱向方向之拉伸係數作 得比構成覆蓋其周邊之股胯部之胯下部之臀下布材之縱向 方向之拉伸係數還大之構成,來解決上述課題,而臻至完 成本發明。 更具體地,本發明,提供如下述般者。 (1 )由用伸縮性良好之構件而構成之優良伸縮部, 以及用伸縮性較小之構件而構成之微伸縮部所構成,並具 備有前身片、及後身片、及以跨架於上述前身片與上述後 身片間之形態而設置之胯下部、及由上述前身片之上緣部 與上述後身片之上緣部所形成之腰圍部,以及形成於上述 -8- 1233350 (5) 前身片之兩側緣與後身片之兩側緣下側之一對腿圍開口部 ;於上述後身片之大致中央領域,上述微伸縮部被分配於 從上述胯下部朝向上述腰圍部設置之帶狀領域之生理褲。 根據本發明,在欲穿著生理褲而朝上拉時,被分配於 從胯下部朝向腰圍部設置之一定領域上之微伸縮部,不會 伸縮,而發揮上提與其連接之胯下部之作用。藉此,裝著 於胯下部之生理用衛生棉被上提,變得合貼於身體側之股 胯部或臀溝,而不易產生生理用衛生棉與身體間之縫隙, 可防止經血等之漏出。又,因生理褲是由伸縮性良好之優 良伸縮部所構成,故不會有如束腹般整體緊束之感覺,穿 著感良好。又,因胯下部是以跨架於前身片與後身片間之 形態而設置,故於穿著時會變成存在於恥骨附近及比肛門 更後面之附近,於該胯下部裝著生理用衛生棉,將並生理 褲穿上時,由於可將生理用衛生棉安定地裝著於胯下部, 故不會產生褶縐,無經血漏出之虞慮。 在此,所謂前身片是指生理褲之大身片中之前面部分 ,是覆蓋腹部之部分,所謂後身片是指生理褲之大身片中 之背面部分,是覆蓋腰圍背側之部分。又,所謂大身片是 指覆蓋身體腰圍部分之部分。又,所謂將胯下部以跨架於 前身片及後身片之形態設置,不是前身片及後身片被直接 連結而形成胯下部之意,而是指藉由將臀下布材縫合於前 身片及後身片等而連結形成胯下部之意。 (2 )上述微伸縮部,爲其縱向方向之拉伸係數,比 上述優良伸縮部之縱向方向之拉伸係數還大者。 -9 - (6) 1233350 根據本發明,將夜用之生理用衛生棉裝著於衛生棉裝 著部並於穿著時欲將生理褲朝上拉時,微伸縮部是以與胯 下部縫合之點作爲基點而被上提。而,將該微伸縮部往上 拉之力量,是被作爲將胯下部往上拉之力量而發揮作用, 作爲把被裝著於衛生棉裝著部之夜用生理用衛生棉上提之 動力。此時,微伸縮部之縱向方向之拉伸係數因比微伸縮 部附近之優良伸縮部還大,故有效地發揮其作爲把與微伸 縮部連接之胯下部,再加上裝著於胯下部之生理用衛生棉 往上拉之力量之作用。因此,不會有如以往之後身片中心 部具備有拉伸性之生理褲般,即使抓住腰圍部往上拉亦僅 是所謂後身片之中心部伸長,而不易發揮作爲將生理用衛 生棉往上拉之力量之作用之情形,故夜用之厚型生理用衛 生棉會變得易於合貼於股胯部或臀溝。 該微伸縮部之拉伸性,其縱向方向之拉伸係數(拉伸 荷重除以拉伸率而得之者)爲10N〜6 0N左右,更較佳爲 2 ON〜5 ON左右。若拉伸係數小於10N則作爲上提生理用 衛生棉之力量不足夠,在將生理褲往上提拉時,會拉伸太 大不能有效作爲上提生理用衛生棉之力量以發揮作用。若 大於6 ON時,易於產生超過使生理用衛生棉合貼以上之 上提力,因生理用衛生棉會以比超過需求以上之力朝向身 體咬入,產生不適感或疼痛故不佳。又,例如像乙烯塑帶 或繩索等般即使拉伸,材料本身也不會伸長之場合,因將 生理褲往上提拉之力量會直接作爲上提生理用衛生棉之力 而產生作用,故會使生理用衛生棉過於咬入身體之縫隙, -10- 1233350 (7) 亦不理想。 在此’所謂微伸縮部之縱向方向以及優良伸縮部之縱 向方向,是指將生理褲裝著上時之上下方向(第1圖及第 2圖之Y方向),是從股胯部以及腿圍開口部朝向腰圍部 方向之意。又,所謂股胯部是指身體之臀下之間之意,包 含膣口、會陰部、肛門等之部位。又,所謂拉伸係數,是 指把用後述之方法拉伸生理褲之各部位(微伸縮部、優良 伸縮部、衛生棉上提部、固定部)使其拉伸時之拉伸荷重 ’除以此時之拉伸率得到之値之意,拉伸係數越大越不易 拉伸。 (3 )針對於具備有前身片、及後身片、及以跨架於 上述前身片與上述後身片間之形態而設置之胯下部、及由 上述前身片之上緣部與上述後身片之上緣部所形成之腰圍 部,以及形成於上述前身片之兩側緣與上述後身片之兩側 緣下側之一對腿圍開口部,其上述胯下部被作爲生理用衛 生棉之裝著部之生理褲,其特徵爲:於上述胯下部之大致 中央領域具備有從上述前身片跨越到上述後身片設置之衛 生棉上提部,該衛生棉上提部之縱向方向之拉伸係數,比 構成上述胯下部之臀下布材之縱向方向之拉伸係數還大之 生理褲。 根據本發明,衛生棉上提部,由於其縱向方向之拉伸 係數比周邊之臀下布材還大,故衛生棉上提部以比其周邊 之織布更強之力量往上拉,而發揮其將裝著於胯下部之生 理用衛生棉之中央部朝上側(身體之股胯部側)拉提之作 -11 - (8) 1233350 用。又,該衛生棉上提部之伸長性,爲其拉伸係數在5N 〜3 0N左右,更佳爲10N〜2 5N左右。若拉伸係數小於5N 則對於來自微伸縮部之上提力,不能有效發揮作爲將生理 用衛生棉之中央部上提之力之作用。又,如(1 )所述, 因胯下部是以跨架於前身片與後身片間之形態而設置,故 於穿著時會變成存在於恥骨附近及比肛門更後面之附近, 於該胯下部裝著生理用衛生棉,並穿上生理褲之時,由於 可使生理用衛生棉安定地裝著於胯下部,故不會產生褶縐 ,無經血漏出之虞慮。又,藉由在構成胯下部之臀下布材 之內側,將附有防水機能之防水布,僅於其前端部與後端 部使其與本體縫合’以防止漏出,且於設置有可收納衛生 棉側翼之衛生棉裝著布之場合,由於可使其對其臀下布材 及前身片、後身片之縫合部再縫合,故可減少縫合處,穿 著時沒有不安定感、不會損害外觀。在此,所謂衛生棉上 提部之縱向方向,是指朝向前身片與後身片間之方向之意 〇 (4 )針對於具備有前身片、及後身片、及以跨架於 上述前身片與上述後身片間之形態而設置之胯下部、及由 上述前身片之上緣部與上述後身片之上緣部所形成之腰圍 部’以及形成於上述前身片之兩側緣與上述後身片之兩側 緣下側之一對腿圍開口部,其上述胯下部被作爲生理用衛 生棉之裝著部’並在由伸縮性良好之構件所構成之優良伸 縮部之中’設置有由具些微伸縮性之構件所構成之微伸縮 部之生理褲,其特徵爲:上述微伸縮部,於上述後身片之 1233350 (9) 大致中央領域,以從上述胯下部朝向上述腰圍部之方式被 設置’於上述胯下部之大致中央領域設置有從上述前身片 跨越至上述後身片之衛生棉上提部,上述微伸縮部與上述 衛生棉上提部’於上述胯下部之上述後身片側之端部處被 縫合一起,上述微伸縮部之縱向方向之拉伸係數,比上述 優良伸縮部之縱向方向之拉伸係數還大,上述衛生棉上提 部之縱向方向之拉伸係數,比構成上述胯下部之上述臀下 布材之縱向方向之拉伸係數還大之生理褲。 根據本發明’如上述(2)及(3)所述,在穿著生理 褲時之將微伸縮部往上拉之力,會變成提拉衛生棉上提部 之力而產生作用。又,衛生棉上提部被比其周邊之臀下布 材更強之力往上拉,作爲把裝著於胯下部之生理用衛生棉 之中央部被朝上側(身體之股胯部側)提拉之力而產生作 用。因此’可使生理用衛生棉於股胯部更合貼地固定。又 ,如(1 )所述,因胯下部是以跨架於前身片與後身片間 之形態而設置,故會變成在穿著時存在於恥骨附近及比肛 門更後面之附近,於該胯下部裝著生理用衛生棉,並穿上 生理褲之時,由於可使生理用衛生棉安定地裝著於胯下部 ,故不會產生褶縐,無經血漏出之虞慮。 (5)上述胯下部’爲由被縫合於上述前身片及上述 後身片之上述臀下布材所構成者。 根據本發明,於臀下中間部不存在朝寬幅方向(朝向 一對腿圍開口部間之方向)之縫合部,而分別於前身片與 臀下布材前端部,以及後身片與臀下布材後端部之處存在 -13- 1233350 (10) 有縫合部。而,各別之縫合部,於穿著時存在於恥骨附近 及比肛門更後面之附近。因此,於裝著生理用衛生棉之時 ,由於可在該臀下布材安定地穿著之,故不會褶縐,無經 血漏出之虞。 (6) 上述生理褲,在上述腰圍部附近更具備有跨越 上述後身片及上述前身片而設置之腰圍保持部。 根據本發明,因腰圍保持部會使微伸縮部之往上提拉 之力或固定部之固定力分散於生理褲之橫向方向(寬幅方 向),並藉腰圍保持部保持之,故可使生理褲以較寬之面 積合貼於腰圍。 (7) 上述生理褲,於上述前身片之大致中央領域具 備有在上述優良伸縮部之外側被縫合於上述胯下部及上述 腰圍保持部以及該優良伸縮部之固定部。 根據本發明,於穿著生理褲時受到微伸縮部之往上提 拉之力,而衛生棉上提部被朝後身片側拉伸時,固定部可 抑制前身片之優良伸縮部欲伸縮之情形。藉此,可消除衛 生棉上提部之前身片側受到微伸縮部及衛生棉上提部之影 響而被拉伸之情形因而被固定,故微伸縮部之往上拉之力 會直接成爲提拉衛生棉上提部之力,將生理用衛生棉朝身 體側上提,會變得更合貼於股胯部或臀溝。 (8 )上述微伸縮部,於縱向方向爲由非伸縮性之材 料所構成者。 根據本發明,因微伸縮部幾乎不具縱向方向之伸縮性 ’故將夜用之生理用衛生棉裝著於衛生棉裝著布,並將生 -14- (11) 1233350 理褲朝上拉欲穿上時,往上拉之力會成爲將生理用衛生棉 上提之力而有效產生作用。又,作爲微伸縮部者,可舉尼 龍纖維或聚酯纖維等之編織布,於其縱向方向不是以聚氨 基甲酸乙酯纖維等之具伸縮性之構件來構成,雖藉由編織 構造之變化而多少具備有伸縮性,不過不具備所謂構件所 產生之伸縮性之織布者。 (9 )上述衛生棉上提部,於縱向方向爲由非伸縮性 之材料所構成者。 根據本發明,因衛生棉上提部是與微伸縮部同爲幾乎 不具縱向方向之伸縮性,故欲穿上生理褲而朝上拉時,藉 由來自微伸縮部之往上拉之力,衛生棉上提部被比其周邊 之織布更強之力拉伸,而發揮作爲將生理用衛生棉之中央 部往上提拉之力之作用。又,作爲衛生棉上提部者,可舉 與微伸縮部同爲尼龍纖維或聚酯纖維等之編織布,於其縱 向方向不是以聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維等之具伸縮性之構件來 構成,雖藉由編織構造之變化而多少具備有伸縮性,不過 不具備所謂構件所產生之伸縮性之織布者。 (1 〇 )上述衛生棉上提部,其縱向方向之拉伸係數比 上述微伸縮部之縱向方向之拉伸係數還小。 於穿著生理褲時’後身片之微伸縮部會發揮其一面拉 伸胯下部之衛生棉上提部,一面使生理用衛生棉合貼於身 體之作用。如果’衛生棉上提部具備有比微伸縮部更大之 縱向方向之拉伸係數時,在將生理褲往上提拉時,由於衛 生棉上提部不會伸縮,而後身片之微伸縮部會伸縮,故會 -15- (12) 1233350 變得不易發揮其作爲將生理用衛生棉朝向身體上提之力之 作用。 (1 1 )上述衛生棉上提部,從上述前身片側到上述後 身片側,其寬幅越來越窄。 根據本發明,衛生棉上提部受到微伸縮部之上提力會 被朝向後身片側拉伸,以埋塡身體縫隙之方式發揮其作爲 將衛生棉朝上側(身體之股胯部側)上提之力之作用。此 時,衛生棉上提部之寬幅,把縫合於設置在前身片之固定 部之部位(擋接於恥骨附近之部位)當作成最大,則從膣 口到會陰部、肛門附近爲漸漸變窄,因此會變得在裝著於 胯下部之生理用衛生棉之中央線上,產生從該周邊朝向上 之力量。而,藉由把縫合於固定部之部位之寬幅作成與股 胯間寬幅大致相同之寬度,可使擋接於恥骨附近之生理褲 之部位安定,於膣口附近可保持平衡。又,固定部側之寬 幅爲與會陰部或肛門附近同樣窄時,於穿上後,生理用衛 生棉之中心會移位,有從膣口等之中心移位之可能性故不 理想。 又,該衛生棉上提部之寬幅,把縫合於設置在前身片 之固定部之部位(擋接於恥骨附近之部位)當作成最大, 則從膣口到會陰部、肛門附近爲漸漸變窄,此外,把縫合 於設置在前身片之固定部之部位(擋接於恥骨附近之部位 )當作成最大,則從膣口到會陰部附近漸漸變窄,再者從 該膣口到肛門附近亦可變寬(不過比與固定部縫合一起之 部位之寬幅窄)。 -16 - 1233350 (13) (12 )上述衛生棉上提部之寬幅,爲20 ηΊ nl〜60 ηΊ m 〇 因衛生棉上提部之寬幅不是以細線存在,故力量不會 集中於1點,故於穿著時不會朝向身體咬入,或將生理用 衛生棉裝著於衛生棉裝著布之時,不會有中央部折彎變成 山型’而該頂點給予身體不適感之虞慮。 (13)上述固定部之縱向方向之拉伸係數,爲比上述 優良伸縮部之縱向方向之拉伸係數還大。 根據本發明,前身片中央部之固定部,是發揮作爲使 恥骨附近所擋接之生理褲之部位固定之力之作用,不過固 定部之縱向方向之拉伸係數,因比優良伸縮部之縱向方向 之拉伸係數還大,故可抑制欲朝向前身片之縱向方向延伸 之力。由於可藉由該固定部抑制延伸,故前身片之中央領 域不會受到微伸縮部或衛生棉上提部之影響而被拉伸,恥 骨附近所擋接之生理褲之部位會被固定。又,該固定部之 縱向方向之拉伸係數爲10N〜3 0N左右,較佳爲15N〜 2 5N左右。此爲’前身片之腹部是會因身體之動作而較易 變形之部分’故若爲完全無伸縮之織布時,前身片上端之 腰圍部會下滑,而有損害合貼性之虞。又,該固定部爲由 尼龍纖維及聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維等構成之強力織網所構成 〇 在此,所謂固定部之縱向方向,是指在裝著生理褲時 穿上脫下之方向’爲從股胯部及腿圍開口部朝向腰圍部之 方向(第2圖所示之Y方向)之意。 -17- (14) 1233350 (1 4 )上述微伸縮部之腰圍部側之上端部,以與上述 腰圍保持部縫合成大致V字狀。 丰艮據本發明’從構成微伸縮部之織布材之腰圍保持部 至胯下部之長度,從與腰圍保持部縫合之V字狀之中央 部(V字之中央先端部)至胯下部之長度,比其左右端部 短。織布材較短者若與較長部分比較,因其拉伸時之拉伸 量較大’故當微伸縮部被朝向上側往上拉時,從V字狀 之中央部至胯下部之部位會被比其左右端部強之力往上拉 。因此’中央部不會鬆弛,會表現出上提生理用衛生棉之 力。 (1 5 )上述固定部之腰圍部側之上端部,爲與上述腰 圍保持部縫合成大致V字狀。 根據本發明,從構成固定部之織布材之腰圍保持部至 胯下部之長度,從與腰圍保持部縫合之V字狀之中央部 (V字之中央先端部)至胯下部之長度,比其左右端部短 。織布材較短者若與較長部分比較,因其拉伸時之拉伸量 較大,故如在上述之微伸縮部已說明般,當固定部被朝向 上側往上拉時,從V字狀之中央部至胯下部之部位會被 比其左右端部強之力往上拉。因此,中央部不會鬆弛,會 表現出上提生理用衛生棉之力。 (1 6 )於上述胯下部之內側,前後端部被縫合於該胯 下部,該中間部沒有被縫合。 根據本發明,因被縫合於胯下部之生理用衛生棉裝著 布沒有完全與胯下部形成一體,而是在胯下部之內側從胯 -18- 1233350 (15) 下部獨立開來,故衛生棉裝著布不會與胯下部一起朝向前 後方向(前身片側及後身片側之方向)被拉伸,或即使被 拉伸也僅些微,故可確實保持裝著生理用衛生棉。又,由 於前後端部被縫合於胯下部,可與構成胯下部之臀下布材 一同縫合故可減少縫合處,不會有穿著時之不安定感或不 會損害外觀。在此,所謂前後端部,是指衛生棉裝著布之 前身片側及後身片側之端部之意。 (17)上述衛生棉裝著布之長度,爲與構成上述胯下 部之上述臀下布材之長度同等或其以上。 根據本發明,在將生理褲往上拉穿著之時,由伸縮織 布材之臀下布材所構成之胯下部即使被拉伸,但因衛生棉 裝著布之長度較長故不會有延伸之情形,或即使被拉伸亦 僅些微,故可確實保持生理用衛生棉。又,胯下部被拉伸 時,衛生棉上提部被壓向股胯部側,生理用衛生棉會被壓 貼於股胯部。 (1 8 )於上述優良伸縮部及上述微伸縮部之交界,從 上述優良伸縮部到上述微伸縮部,其伸縮性漸減。 根據本發明,因伸縮性從優良伸縮部起漸漸減低,故 穿著生理褲往上拉時,微伸縮部之拉伸會漸漸減少,變得 合貼而不會有不適感。 (1 9 )於上述優良伸縮部及上述微伸縮部之交界,從 上述優良伸縮部到上述微伸縮部,其伸縮性爲不連續性地 變化者。 藉由微伸縮部之伸縮性作成從優良伸縮部到微伸縮部 -19- 1233350 (16) 爲不連續性變化者,可使優良伸縮部與微伸縮部之區畫分 明,其與沒有淸楚區畫(亦即,伸縮性爲連續性變化之時 )之情形作比較時,其合貼性降低,而生理用衛生棉之上 提效果良好。 (20 )使上述生理褲形成立體狀時之,從上述胯下部 至上述腰圍部之臀長,以及從上述腿圍開口部至上述腰圍 部之最短部之身長之尺寸比例,爲相對於上述臀長之100 ,上述身長爲80〜200。 根據本發明,由於身長較長,故設置於腿圍開口部之 腿圍帶不會緊束從腿部周圍至腰骨附近之部份,而是緊束 裝著者之大腿部。因此,腿圍帶引起之傾斜之上提力不 會作用於胯下部,故不會發生對股胯部之咬入。再者由於 在胯下部不會作用腿圍帶引起之較大之上提力,故,藉由 設置於後身片之微伸縮部,胯下部之生理用衛生棉可確實 被朝上側上提,會變得更合貼。 (2 1 )上述微伸縮部、及上述衛生棉上提部,以及上 述腰圍保持部,爲呈現與上述優良伸縮部不同之色調或光 澤者。 根據本發明,藉由微伸縮部、及衛生棉上提部,以及 腰圍保持部爲與優良伸縮部之顏色或質感不同,可一目了 然易於區別。如此藉由使腰圍保持部、微伸縮部,以及衛 生棉上提部一目了然,穿著者從此易於認出上提部,同時 易於充分感覺上提部之效果。又’設置於生理褲之大致中 央部之此等上提部,藉由在外觀與其他織布材之部分不同 •20- (17) 1233350 ’在將生理用衛生棉對位裝著於生理褲之時,生理用衛生 棉之中央部與生理褲之中央部易於對位,可使生理用衛生 棉之中央部準確合貼於身體之股胯部之中央部。藉此,可 提昇防止經血等液體漏出之塞縫效果。 (22)顯示穿著方法之標示設置於上述前身片或是上 述後身片。 . 根據本發明,穿著者,讀該標示可控制生理用衛生棉 之合貼性。亦即,將生理用衛生棉夾介黏著劑等裝著於生 理褲之衛生棉裝著布,並將該生理褲拉至身體之特定位置 穿著之時,要抓住生理褲之上脅部往上拉,不過用該穿著 方法’穿著生理褲時,具備有生理用衛生棉之某程度之密 接性。但是,由於密接度之喜好因人而異,欲使其更合貼 者’例如讀了所謂「藉由將後身片中央部之微伸縮部之延 長線上之部位往上拉,可得到更高之合貼性」之標示,可 得到自己喜好之密接性。如此,期望高密接性之人,於穿 著時可接受誘導而更易穿著。 (2 3 )上述標示,爲被設置於上述微伸縮部上側之上 述腰圍部之附近者。 根據本發明,藉由將所標示之部分往上拉可使生理用 衛生棉更合貼。亦即,藉由在抓住生理褲之上脅部裝著之 後,再將所標示之部分往上拉,微伸縮部會被上提。藉由 該微伸縮部被上提,如於先前所說明般,由於會成爲從身 體之股胯部側將生理用衛生棉強力往上壓,故可得到更高 之密接性。 -21 · (18) 1233350 【實施方式】 其次,參照圖面繼續說明本發明之生理褲之一實施形 態,不過本發明並非限定於此者。 說明關於本實施形態之生理褲之基本構成。第1圖是 顯示把沒有裝著於身體之本發明之生理褲之第1實施形態 ,以前身片與後身片相接之方式對折之狀態之正面圖,第 2圖是顯示對折狀態之背面圖,第3圖是從前身片側顯示 第1實施形態之裝著狀態之立體圖,第4圖從後身片側顯 示第1實施形態之裝著狀態之立體圖,第5圖是將第2圖 之實施形態之生理褲之微伸縮部放大之放大平面圖,第6 圖是從胯下部底面側觀察之部分平面圖,第7圖是顯示在 第6圖之衛生棉上提部之其他形態之部分平面圖,第8圖 是從胯下部內側顯示之部分立體圖,第9圖是胯下部之部 分側面圖,第1 〇圖是用以說明穿著本發明之生理褲時之 微拉伸部、衛生棉上提部以及固定部之舉動之說明圖,第 11圖是用以說明穿著本發明之生理褲時之膣口附近之生 理褲之舉動說明之圖,第1 2圖是顯示關於微伸縮部之拉 伸率與拉伸強度之關係圖。 如第1圖至第4圖所示,生理褲1〇,具備有前身片 1 1、及後身片1 2、及位於前身片1 1與後身片1 2間之胯 下部13、及由前身片n之上緣部與後身片12之上緣部 所形成之腰圍部1 4、及形成於前身片n與後身片1 2下 側之一對腿圍開口部1 5,以及於胯下部丨3之內側裝著生 -22- (19) 1233350 理用衛生棉之衛生棉裝著布I 6 (示於第8圖);於腰圍 部1 4附近設置有跨越前身片n與後身片1 2之腰圍保持 部1 7 ’於後身片1 2之中央領域設置有從胯下部1 3朝向 腰圍保持部1 7之微伸縮部1 8,從除了腰圍保持部1 7之 外之微伸縮部1 8跨越至前身片1 1全區域設置有優良伸縮 部1 9 ’並被縫合於前身片1 1之大致中心線上。又,於前 身片1 1之中央領域,在優良伸縮部1 9之外側,設置有被 縫合於胯下部1 3、腰圍保持部1 7,以及優良伸縮部1 9上 之固定部2 0,於胯下部1 3之中央領域設置有從微伸縮部 1 8朝向固定部2 0之衛生棉上提部2 1。又,於前身片1 1 與後身片12之上端部之腰圍部14設置有腰圍帶22,於 腿圍開口部1 5設置有腿圍帶23。而,使生理褲1 0形成 立體狀時之從胯下部13至腰圍部14之臀長La及從腿圍 開口部1 5至腰圍部1 4之最短部之身長Lb之尺寸比例, 爲相對於臀長La之100,身長Lb爲80〜200之關係。 優良伸縮部1 9,例如,可由尼龍纖維與聚氨基甲酸 乙酯纖維、聚酯纖維與聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維、尼龍纖維與 聚酯纖維與聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維等之編織布材而形成。又 ,即使不是上述之纖維之組合’只要能作成拉伸係數在 10N以下,他之纖維使,亦可採用其他編法。又,胯下部 13是由臀下布材24所構成’該臀下布材24爲與優良伸 縮部1 9及胯下部1 3之前身片Π側在後身片1 2側被縫合 。該臀下布材24與優良伸縮部19同樣爲藉由尼龍纖維與 聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維、聚酯纖維與聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維、 -23- 1233350 (20) 尼龍纖維與聚酯纖維與聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維等編織而成之 可自由彈性伸縮之織布所形成。又,設置於腰圍部1 4之 腰圍帶22及設置於腿圍開口部15之腿圍帶23,是由用 聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維所形成之伸縮性織布、合成橡膠薄片 、天然橡膠薄片等所形成。在此,所謂縱向方向,是指把 腰圍部1 4及胯下部1 3以及腿圍開口部1 5作爲上下之方 向(第1圖所示之Y方向),爲裝著生理褲10時穿上脫 下之方向之意’所謂橫向方向,是指與縱向方向垂直相交 之方向(第1圖所示之X方向),爲生理褲ίο之寬幅方 向之意。 腰圍保持部1 7,於生理褲1 〇之腰圍部1 4附近朝向 前身片11及後身片12之中央部被形成爲大致V字狀, 並被縫合於前身片11及後身片12之優良伸縮部19。該 腰匱I保持部1 7 ’爲其朝向縱向方向之拉伸係數比朝向橫 向方向之拉伸係數強之編織布,是由尼龍纖維與聚氨基甲 酸乙酯纖維、聚酯纖維與聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維、尼龍纖維 與聚_纖維與聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維等之編織布所形成。又 ,設置於腰圍部1 4上端部之腰圍帶22爲約1 0 m m左右 之聚氨基甲酸乙酯帶、天然橡膠帶、合成橡膠帶等,且於 拉伸狀態被縫合於腰圍保持部1 7。 該腰圍保持部1 7,爲把藉由微伸縮部1 8或固定部20 之上提衛生棉上提部2 1之力予以分散,在腰圍部達到保 持之角色功能者’以穿著時可卡在腰上而得到固定之於縱 向方向之延伸受到抑制者爲理想。又,橫向方向之拉伸係 -24 - 1233350 (21) 數,比優良伸縮部1 9之橫向方向之拉伸係數還大,會較 強力緊束於腰圍部’因可防止生理褲1 〇之下滑故較理想 〇 上述微伸縮部1 8,於後身片1 2之大致中央領域,其 上端部在腰圍保持部1 7之中央部分(夾著V字狀之中央 先端之附近部分)處與腰圍保持部1 7縫合一起,其下端 部爲與胯下部1 3之後身片1 2側之端部(胯下部1 3之後 端部)縫合一起,其中間部被縫合於優良伸縮部1 9而形 成,並從腰圍上端部附近之腰圍保持部1 7延伸至胯下部 1 3之後端部’隨著朝向胯下部i 3之後端部越接近變越細 。該較細部分之寬幅,在1 〇 m ηι〜3 0 m m左右,理想爲 20 m m左右。與腰圍保持部〗7縫合一起之部分之寬幅在 3 0 m m〜1 3 0 m m左右,理想爲6 0 m m左右。又,微伸 縮部1 8,亦可延伸至腰圍部1 4。 又’如上述般因微伸縮部1 8之上端部及腰圍保持部 1 7之縫合部大致呈v字狀,故從構成微伸縮部1 8之織布 之腰圍保持部1 7至胯下部1 3之長度,從被與腰圍保持部 17縫合一起之v字狀之中央部(v字之中央先端部)至 胯下部1 3之長度(相當於第1圖所示之Lc )比該左右端 部之長度(相當於第1圖所示之Ld )還短。因此,從V 字狀之中心部至胯下部〗3之織布材,其穿著時之拉伸率 會較大。亦即’穿著時之織布材之拉伸力會變得較大。該 微伸縮部1 8被朝向上側往上拉時,由於從v字狀之中央 部至膀下部1 3之長度較短,故會被比該左右端部較強之 -25- (22) 1233350 力往上拉,中央部不會鬆弛,可表現上提生理用衛生棉 25之力。又,關於此等長度之關係’將該生理補10穿在 假人身上測定穿著前及穿著後之長度與拉伸率並將結果顯 示於第1表。如第1表所示,V字狀之中央部之長度,於 穿著前較短,且於穿著時之伸縮率較大。 〔第1表〕 微伸縮部、固定部之織布材之長度及拉伸率 微伸縮部 固定部 V字狀之中央 左右端部 V字狀之中 左右端部 部(Lc) (Ld) 央部(Lc) (Ld) 穿著前之長度C m 13.0 14.5 7.5 12.0 穿著時之長度c m 16.0 17.0 10.4 15.0 拉伸率 % 23.1 17.2 38.7 25.0 1)V字狀之中央部(Lc):從V字之中央先端至胯 下部之長度 2)左右端部(Ld):夾著V字之中央先端從左右端 部之頂點部位至胯下部之長度 微伸縮部1 8,可由例如尼龍纖維及/或聚酯纖維、尼 龍纖維與聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維、聚酯纖維與聚氨基甲酸乙 酯纖維、尼龍纖維與聚酯纖維與聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維等之 編織布而構成。作爲構成微伸縮部1 8之織布材者,可舉 所謂於縱向方向不用聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維等之伸縮性構件 -26- (23) 1233350 來構成,用藉由編法構造之變化而多少具有伸縮性,但構 件本身不具伸縮性之織布材者,朝向織布材之縱向方向之 拉伸係數比朝向優良伸縮部1 9之縱向方向之拉伸係數還 大,亦即構成微伸縮部1 8之織布材爲比優良伸縮部1 9更 不易延伸者。藉此,由於覆蓋周邊之屁股或腹部之優良伸 縮部1 9是由可於縱向方向、橫向方向自由伸縮之織布所 構成,故會追隨配合因身體之動作引起之身體之變形,由 於設置於後身片1 2之大致中央領域之微伸縮部1 8,其縱 向方向之拉伸係數比優良伸縮部1 9之拉伸係數還大,故 不易受到優良伸縮部1 9之動作之影響。 又,微伸縮部18之拉伸性,其拉伸係數較佳爲10N 〜6 0N左右,更佳爲20N〜5 0N左右。若拉伸係數小於 1 ON則作爲上提生理用衛生棉25之力不夠,若大於60N 則生理用衛生棉2 5會變得過於咬入身體之縫隙。又,於 微伸縮部18完全不會伸縮之場合,上提生理褲10之力也 會直接發揮作爲上提生理用衛生棉25之力之作用,不過 易產生使生理用衛生棉25合貼之上提力以上之力,因生 理用衛生棉2 5太過於朝向身體咬入,會產生不適感或疼 痛故較不佳。另一方面,若延伸太大則在將生理褲1 〇上 提時,因延伸大而不能有效發揮作爲上提生理用衛生棉 2 5之力之作用。相對於此,優良伸縮部1 9之拉伸係數爲 1 ON以下,理想之拉伸係數,爲拉伸10〜30%時在2N〜 3N左右。具體上,於穿著時拉伸約20%時之拉伸荷重因 在0·4〜0.6N左右,故會以溫柔合貼之方式緊束於身體。 -27- 1233350 (24) 在此’所S胃於芽者狀態之拉伸係數,是指穿著在假設爲Μ 尺寸之假人身上時之拉伸係數之意。 又,微伸縮部18,可爲由拉伸率相同者構成者,亦 可如第5圖所示般爲拉伸率以從左右之兩端部漸次朝中央 部減少之方式改變者,或不連續性變化者。又,第5圖是 微伸縮部1 8之部分放大圖,爲以模式顯示微伸縮部]8之 拉伸率從左右之端部1 8 a到中央部1 8 b慢慢改變者。 又,關於本發明之生理褲10之微伸縮部18之拉伸率 及拉伸強度之關係,與以往之生理褲比對並示於第1 2圖 以供參考。 如第1 2圖所示,設置於以往之生理褲之後身片之大 致中央領域之彈性構件,於穿著時延伸3 0%,生理褲承受 所謂P 1之拉伸荷重時,於本發明之生理褲1 0之情形爲, 同樣延伸3 0 %,承受所謂P 2之拉伸荷重,本發明之生理 褲1 〇,比以往之生理褲之拉伸強度還大。亦即,具備有 P2>P1之特徵。於穿著本發明之生理褲1〇時即使僅延伸 1 0%,本發明之生理褲1 0亦承受比以往之生理褲之拉伸 強度P 1還強之拉伸強度P3。亦即,與以往之生理褲比較 ,即使拉伸率很小,拉伸強度也夠大,可有效發揮作爲拉 伸胯下部1 3之力之作用。因此,上提夜用生理用衛生棉 25之力會變大,會更合貼於身體之股胯部。 又,生理褲10之固定部20是由強力織網所構成,在 前身片1 1之大致中央領域,位於優良伸縮部1 9之外側, 其上端部在腰圍保持部17之中央部分(夾著V字狀之中 -28- (25) 1233350 央先端之附近部)之處’被與腰圍保持部17及優良伸縮 部1 9同時縫合,其下端部在胯下部丨3之前身片n側之 端部(胯下部1 3之前端部)之處,被與胯下部1 3之衛生 棉上提部2 1及衛生棉裝者布1 6以及優良伸縮部1 9同時 縫合,其中間部被縫合於優良伸縮部1 9。而,隨著從腰 圍保持部1 7側越靠近胯下部1 3側,寬幅變越窄,並被縫 合於形成於胯下部1 3之大致中央領域之衛生棉上提部2】 而連結一起。被連結於衛生棉上提部2 1之部分之寬幅, 是與衛生棉上提部2 1之前身片11側之前端部之寬幅大致 一致。又,與腰圍保持部1 7縫合一起而被連結之上端部 呈大致V字狀,其寬幅在60 mm〜150 mm左右,理想 爲80mm〜120mm左右。 如上述般藉由固定部2 0之上端側與腰圍保持部1 7被 縫合成大致V字狀,會與微伸縮部1 8之情形同樣,該固 定部2 0被朝向上側往上拉時,從V字狀之中央部(V字 之中央先端部)至胯下部1 3之長度(第1圖所示之Lc ) ,由於比左右端部之長度(第1圖所示之Ld)還短,故 會被比左右端部還強之力往上拉(參照第1表)。因此, 中央部不會鬆弛,可表現上提生理用衛生棉2 5之力。 構成該固定部20之強力織網,是尼龍纖維與lOOdtex 以上之聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維所構成之織布材,其縱向方向 之拉伸係數比優良伸縮部1 9之縱向方向之拉伸係數還大 ,亦即構成固定部20之強力織網之織布材,爲比優良伸 縮部19更不易延伸者。該固定部之縱向方向之拉伸強度 -29- 1233350 (26) ,其拉伸係數在10N〜30N左右,更佳爲15N〜30N左右 。又,構成固定部2 0之強力織網之纖維之種類或混合比 例等,並非限定於此者,只要能得到上述效果’適當選定 即可。 又,上述衛生棉上提部2 1,爲於與由優良伸縮部1 9 相同之材料之臀下布材2 4所構成之胯下部1 3之大致中央 領域,如第6圖所示,一方之端部被與設置於後身片12 之大致中央領域之微伸縮部1 8之股胯部側之端部縫合一 起,另一方之端部被與設置於前身片 Π之大致中央領域 之固定部2 0之股胯部側之端部縫合一起,該中間部被與 臀下布材24縫合一起而形成,於穿著時從擋接於恥骨之 部分附近延伸至肛門附近,隨著從前身片1 1側前端部越 接近後身片1 2側後端部其寬幅變越窄。衛生棉上提部2 1 之寬幅爲較寬之部分在5 0 m m〜8 0 m m左右,理想爲7 0 mm左右’寬幅較窄之部分在ίο mm〜3〇 mm左右,理 想爲2 0 m m左右。 該衛生棉上提部2 1 ’與微伸縮部1 8同爲使用尼龍纖 維及/或聚酯纖維、尼龍纖維與聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維、聚 酯纖維與聚氨基甲酸乙酯纖維、尼龍纖維與聚酯纖維與聚 氨基甲酸乙酯纖維等之編織布,爲由藉由編法構造之變化 而多少具有伸縮性,但構件本身不具伸縮性之織布材所構 成’縱向方向之拉伸係數爲比微伸縮部1 8之縱向方向之 拉伸係數還小’亦即構成衛生棉上提部2 1之織布材爲比 微伸縮部1 8更易延伸者。 •30- 1233350 (27) 該衛生棉上提部2 1之拉伸性,其拉伸係數在5N〜 30N左右爲理想,更佳爲在10N〜25N左右。若拉伸係數 小於5 N則會變得易於延伸,不足作爲上提生理用衛生棉 2 5之中央部之力。若大於3 0N則伸縮性會變得比微伸縮 部1 8還高,不易發揮用以使生理用衛生棉25中央部合貼 於身體縫隙之上提作用。 又,衛生棉上提部2 1之寬幅,如第7圖所示,把被 縫合於固定部2 0之部位之寬幅當作最大,亦可越接近中 間域慢慢變越細,再從中間域朝向被縫合於微伸縮部1 8 之部位慢慢變寬。此時,被縫合於微伸縮部1 8之部位之 衛生棉上提部2 1之寬幅,比被縫合於固定部2 0之部位之 寬幅還窄。 又,於胯下部13之內側,如第8圖所示,衛生棉裝 著布1 6是將其前身片1 1側前端部及後身片1 2側後端部 縫合於胯下部1 3而設置。衛生棉裝著布1 6是把在聚酯之 針織之圓形織法之苔紋織布材上層壓以聚氨基甲酸乙酯加 工而形成之防水布,與用以保護被層壓加工之薄膜面之聚 酯之針織之織布材之左右端部周邊予以縫合,使織布及薄 膜一體化者。又,衛生棉裝著布16之長度L2,如第9圖 所示,爲與胯下部13之長度L1相同或其以上。具體上, 胯下部13之長度L1在140 m m〜190 m m左右,理想爲 160mm左右。又,衛生棉裝著布16之長度L2在140m m〜220 m m左右,理想爲200 m m左右。 再者,生理褲10之優良伸縮部19是使用黑色之半無 -31 - (28) 1233350 光織布,腰圍保持部1 7、微伸縮部1 8、衛生棉上提部2 1 是使用茶色之有光織布。又,構成固定部20之強力織網 亦可用與優良伸縮部1 9之織布不同顏色構成。如此,優 良伸縮部1 9及腰圍保持部1 7、微伸縮部1 8、衛生棉上提 部2 1、固定部2 0爲不同顏色,或即使同色亦可由改變調 配氧化鈦量之纖維來構成,使光之反射不同,以此等上提 部之外觀顯眼爲理想。 其次,在穿著本發明之生理褲1 〇之時,關於設置於 生理褲10之微伸縮部1 8、衛生棉上提部21、固定部20 之舉動,基於第10圖及第11圖說明之。又,第10圖爲 用以說明穿著本發明之生理褲時之於身體之股胯部之微拉 伸部、衛生棉上提部以及固定部之舉動之說明圖,顯示身 體之股胯部之斷面。又,第11圖用以說明穿著生理褲時 之膣口附近之生理褲之舉動之說明圖,顯示膣口部分之橫 斷面。 穿著生理褲1 〇時,如第1 〇圖所示,會受到微伸縮部 1 8之往上拉之力T!,衛生棉上提部2 1以基點A (爲固定 部2 0及胯下部1 3之縫合部,於擋接於身體之恥骨之附近 )作爲基點,以埋塡身體縫隙之方式拉向後身片側之力 T3會發揮作用。而,提拉衛生棉上提部21之力T3,在生 理用衛生棉2 5之中央部會成爲朝上之力Τ4而發揮作用。 又,於基點Α側之衛生棉上提部21之寬幅約爲70 m m 左右,從膣口到會陰部、肛門附近(跨越到爲微伸縮部 1 8及胯下部1 3之縫合部之基點B)會漸漸變細,寬幅成 -32· (29) 1233350 爲約2 0 m m左右。藉此,基點a側之寬幅因較寬,故會 使基點A安定’可保持膣口附近之平衡。如果基點A側 之寬幅變窄成約20 mm左右時,於穿著之時,會有中心 移位之虞慮,由於有從膣口等之中心移位之可能性故不理 想。 又,如第1 1圖所示,於膣口附近,因衛生棉上提部 21之寬幅會變窄爲約20 mm左右,衛生棉上提部21之 拉伸係數比其周邊之織布材還高,故會發揮其作爲把被更 強之力拉伸之生理用衛生棉25之中央部朝上側上提之力 之上向力T4之作用。 又,如第1 〇圖所示,微伸縮部1 8藉由朝後身片之上 側往上拉之力Τ !,會發揮將衛生棉上提部21朝向後面方 向(後身片側)拉伸之作用。因此於基點A,雖會產生欲 朝向後面方向移位之力,不過基點A若朝向後方移位, 則藉由微伸縮部1 8及衛生棉上提部2 1之使生理用衛生棉 2 5合貼之力不易發揮作用。亦即,會變成整體朝向後方 移位,不會產生使生理用衛生棉2 5合貼身體側之力。爲 了不使如此之事發生,以儘可能將基點A固定爲理想, 不過相對於此,前身片1 1之固定部2 0會發揮作爲固定基 點A之力之作用。亦即,藉由使構成固定部20之強力織 網縫合於生理褲1 〇之優良伸縮部1 9之外側,可抑制前身 片11之欲朝向縱向方向延伸之力T2。如此,因藉由固定 部2 0可抑制前身片1 1之延伸,故基點Α不會有受到微 伸縮部1 8及衛生棉上提部2 1之影響而被拉伸之情形,因 -33- I233350 (30) 而得到固定。構成該固定部20之強力織網之織布材之縱 向方向之拉伸係數以在10N〜3 0N左右爲理想。此爲,因 前身片11所擋接之腹部爲會因身體之動作而產生較大變 形之部分,故若爲完全無伸縮之織布材時,前身片1 1之 上端之腰圍部會下滑,有損害合貼性之虞之故。 在此,所謂基點A,是固定部2 0及胯下部1 3之縫合 部,相當於擋接在身體之恥骨之附近之處,基點B是微伸 縮部1 8及胯下部1 3之縫合部,比肛門更靠近後身片! 2 側,相當於從恥骨朝向後方(後身片1 2側)1 5 0〜2 0 0 m ηι附近之處。 其次,說明關於生理褲之各部位(微伸縮部、衛生棉 上提部、固定部、優良伸縮部)之拉伸性之測定方法。 <微伸縮部之測定> 將生理褲1 〇之微伸縮部1 8之胯下部1 3之後身片j 2 側之端部(胯下部1 3之後端部)之縫合部,與從該縫合 部朝向腰圍部14方向,夾頭間隔爲〗00 m m之位置,用 夾頭(夾面之尺寸爲35 mmx25 mm之矩形狀)夾住, 幸昔由拉伸測試機以1 〇〇 m m /m in之拉伸速度將微伸縮部 】8拉伸至5 0 % ’並測定每拉伸1 〇 %之拉伸荷重。 、衝生棉上提 把生理褲10之衛生棉上提部21與前身片n之縫合 部’以及從該縫合部朝後身片12方向,夾頭間隔成= •34- 1233350 (31) 150 mm之位置用夾頭(夾面之尺寸爲35 mmx25 mm 之矩形狀)夾住,藉由拉伸測試機以1 0 0 m m /m丨n之拉 伸速度拉伸至5 0 %,並測定拉伸度每1 0 %之拉伸荷重。 <固定部之測定> 把生理褲1 〇之固定部2 0及胯下部1 3之前身片1 1側 之端部(胯下部1 3之前端部)以及前身片1 1之縫合部, 與從該縫合部朝腰部周圍部1 4方向,夾頭間隔成爲8 0 m m之位置(夾面之尺寸爲35 mm x25 mm之矩形狀)夾 住,藉由拉伸測試機以1〇〇 m m /m in之拉伸速度將固定 部2 0拉伸至50%,並測定拉伸度每10%之拉伸荷重。 <優良伸縮部之測定> 將生理褲10之優良伸縮部19剪成爲長度130 mmx 寬幅25 m m,將該裁片用夾頭間隔爲100 m m之夾頭( 夾面之尺寸爲35 mmx25 mm之矩形狀)夾住,藉由拉 伸測試機以1 〇 〇 m m / m i η之拉伸速度將優良伸縮部1 9 拉伸至50%,並測定拉伸度每1〇%之拉伸荷重。 又,拉伸係數,爲用上述之方法測定之拉伸荷重除以 當時之拉伸率之値。例如,於拉伸2 0 %而拉伸荷重爲1 0Ν 時之拉伸係數爲1〇Ν/0,2=50Ν。 其次’關於本發明之第2實施形態,參照第1 3圖、 第1 4圖說明之。第1 3圖爲顯示把有關第2實施形態之生 理補翻面’並以前身片與後身片接觸之方式對折之狀態之 -35· (32) 1233350 背面圖。第1 4圖是顯示第丨3圖所示之第2實施形態之其 他形態之背面圖。又,於以下實施形態,與第丨實施形態 相同之構成要素則賦以同〜符號,並省略該重複之說明。 第1 3圖所示之第2實施形態之生理褲丨〇 a,於第1 貫施形_之生理褲1 〇,爲在生理褲丨〇 a之內側部分,於 後身片1 2之大致中央領域設置有從胯下部1 3到腰圍保持 口 E 17之見幅爲〕0〜140 mm,較佳爲80 mm左右之防水 布2 6。而’該防水布2 6被縫合於胯下部1 3及腰圍保持 部17及微伸縮部18上,而與生理褲10A本體成爲一體 。又,爲了不妨礙生理褲1 〇 A本體之伸縮特性,從胯下 部1 3到腰圍保持部1 7之防水布2 6之左右端部,爲不與 生理褲1 0 A本體縫合一起地游離其上。 該防水布2 6爲與前述之衛生棉裝著布1 6同樣,是把 在聚酯之針織之圓形織法之苔紋織布材上層壓以聚氨基甲 酸乙酯加工而形成之防水布,與用以保護被層壓加工之薄 膜面之聚酯之針織之織布材之左右端部周邊予以縫合,使 織布及薄膜一體化者。又,爲於縱向方向及橫向方向具備 有不會妨礙生理褲1 0 A本體之伸縮特性之伸縮性者。 如此,於生理褲1 〇 A之內側部分,藉由在後身片12 之大致中央領域設置有防水布2 6,於排出超過生理用衛 生棉之吸收能力之經血量時,從生理用衛生棉溢出之經血 會被防水布2 6擋接,可防止漏出於生理褲1 0 A之外。 又,該防水布26如第1 4圖所示,其下端沒有延伸至 胯下部1 3,從腰圍保持部1 7至後身片! 2之大致中間部 •36· (33) 1233350 生 過 持 12 左 態 之 態 狀 同 爲 部 之 Lb 臀 身 片 後 之 圖 ,亦即,於生理褲1 〇B裝著生理用衛生棉之時,亦可使 理用衛生棉之先端部分載乘於防水布26上,設置於超 衛生棉之長度部分。而,該防水布2 6被縫合於腰圍保 部1 7與微伸縮部1 8,又,該下端緣被縫合於後身片 之優良伸縮部19,而與生理褲10B本體成爲一體。又 爲了不妨礙生理褲1 0B本體之伸縮特性,防水布26之 右端部爲不與生理褲10A本體縫合一起地游離其上。 其次,參照第15圖說明關於本發明之第3實施形 。第15圖爲顯示把沒有裝著於身體之本發明之生理褲 第3實施形態,以前身片與後身片接觸之方式對折之狀 圖,(a )爲顯示對折狀態之正面圖,(b )爲顯示對折 態之背面圖。又,於以下實施形態,與第1實施形態相 之構成要素則賦以同一符號,並省略該重複之說明。 第1 5圖所示之第3實施形態之生理褲1 〇C,並非 於第1實施形態之生理褲1 0,關於從胯下部1 3至腰圍 14之臀長La及從腿圍開口部15至腰圍部14之最短部 身長Lb之尺寸比例,爲相對於臀長La之1〇〇,身長 爲50〜80之拳擊手型之生理褲。該生理褲10C,因與 長比較’身長之尺寸較短故較小巧。亦即,生理裤]〇 c 具備有前身片11、及後身片12、及位於前身片11與後 片1 2間之胯下部1 3、及由前身片1 1之上緣部與後身 1 2之上緣部所形成之腰圍部1 4、及形成於前身片n與 身片1 2下側之一對腿圍開口部1 5,以及於胯下部1 3 內側裝著生理用衛生棉之衛生棉裝著布1 6 (示於第8 -
