1231194 A7 r__ _B7__ 五、發明說明（/ ) 【發明之詳細說明】 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明有關一種可在例如嬰兒車、腳踏車之把手或支 架、陽台之扶手、柵欄、晾物竿等，吊掛各種物品上所用 之吊掛支持具。 【習知技術】 爲吊掛皮包或衣類、其他物品，以往都會利用釘子或 木螺絲等把例如呈鉤狀之吊掛構件安裝在牆壁或柱子上， 在該吊掛構件吊掛各種物品。 這種吊掛構件因被牢固地安裝在牆壁或柱子等上，而 難以移動到希望的位置重新安裝使用。 又，例如在晾洗好的衣服時，爲在陽台扶手或晾衣竿 上吊掛洗好的衣服或衣架等而安裝卡止件，或者是在收納 各種物品時，在衣櫥之衣架橫桿上吊掛衣類等而安裝卡止 件，還有，當旅行或外出時，若能在設於乘用車內之把手 、購物車及嬰兒車及腳踏車等之把手或支架上，安裝可吊 掛購物袋等之卡止件等的話就方便。 又，與前述情形相反，在例如室內吊掛晾物竿或裝飾 品等時，若能在室內安裝鉤子等卡止件的話，便能容易地 把晾物竿或裝飾品等吊掛在上框或窗簾橫桿等上。 然而，這種習知吊掛構件不僅難以安裝在前述場所， 即使安裝好了’拆卸也不容易，一旦安裝完成後，難以容 易地移動吊掛構件之安裝位置並重新裝在所希望的位置上 3 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS)A4規格（210 X 297公釐) '一 ____rllr_____#.! (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂： 線· 1231194 a7 ___ _ B7 __ —_ 五、發明說明（上） 又，在安裝這種吊掛支持具的情形’要對牆壁或柱子 進行開孔等破壞才得以安裝，故拆卸下吊掛支持具後有不 美觀的缺點。 因此，本發明之目的係提供一種解決上述習知技術之 缺點的吊掛支持具，使得不須破壞柱子或牆壁等即可容易 地進行拆裝，而且拆卸下來之後容易變小而方便攜帶。 【發明之揭示】 爲達成上述目的，本發明之吊掛支持具的特徵在於·· 把具有公面扣及母面扣12(12a、12b)之帶子10固定於安裝 環20，並在該安裝環20之中隔板23安裝例如鉤狀或其他 形狀之卡止件30。 前述卡止件30係以可旋轉的方式安裝於前述中隔板 23，也能以可拆裝的方式安裝。 又，也可把前述中隔板23與前述卡止件30透過接頭 80予以連結，並藉由該接頭80來使卡止件30可擺動，尤 其最好是把該接頭80做成一種可讓中隔板23與卡止件30 所成的夾角自由改變之萬向接頭。 前述接頭80也可由關節球80及球座82所構成，前 者係與前述卡止件30之一端形成爲一體，而後者係抱持前 述關節球81，並與前述中隔板23形成爲一體。 前述卡止件30之材質，係可使用彈性係數小且具有一 定的承載荷重及耐衝擊性之樹脂材料，例如聚碳酸酯 (polycarbonate)或 ABS 樹脂。 4 ----------------- (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂· •線 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準（CNS)A4規格（210 X 297公釐） A7 1231194 _____B7 ___ 五、發明說明（5 ) 又，也可在前述帶子10中被安裝部5之接觸面上以既 定間隔貼著由有高摩擦係數之材質製成之止滑件I4’例如 橡膠等。 在卡止件30爲可旋轉自如及/或可拆裝自如之情形’ 在前述中隔板23設置供前述卡止件30 —端插入之開孔25 、25 ;在插入該開孔25 ' 25之前述卡止件30的一端，形 成有比前述開孔25、25爲大之直徑的凸緣部32，並且設 有從該凸緣部32到前述卡止件30—端之開口槽34。 又，也可在前述中隔板23設置複數個前述卡止件30 〇 又，本發明之吊掛支持具1，係前述卡止件30透過在 公構件41與母構件42間可分離之連結構件40而安裝於前 述安裝環20 ;把前述連結構件40之公構件41及母構件42 兩者之一(公構件41)安裝於前述安裝環20，並且把另一構 件(母構件42)安裝於前述卡止件30。 又，有關卡止件30爲可拆裝之前述吊掛支持具1，前 述卡止件也可從預先準備好的複數種類當中選擇出來。 則述卡止件3 0也可爲環狀，並最好把複數個環狀構件 (圖中有兩個環狀構件30a、30b)以可互相擺動的方式予以 軸支著，而可擺動成前述複數個環狀構件30a、30b重合之 收納狀態，以及各環狀構件偏離原位之展開狀態。 又，前述卡止件30係由C字形之卡止件本體301，以 及供連結、開放前述卡止件本體301開口端間之開閉機構 302所構成。 5 紙張尺度適用中關家標準（CNS)A4規格（210 X 297公爱) " - I _ I ----，——t------#·! 第1圖中，1是本發明之吊掛支持具，該吊掛支持具i ，係具備帶子10、及在該帶子10 —端l〇a所安裝之安裝 環20、及在該安裝環20所設之卡止件30。 前述安裝環20，係就第1圖所示之實施例而言，在近 似矩形狀之矩形板之相對兩邊20a、20b，以當中有一既定 間隔之方式形成2個細長狀之開口 22a、22b，在該開口 22a、22b之間，形成一把該開口 22a、22b分開之中隔板 23 〇 又，也可如第3圖(A)、第3圖(B)及第3圖（C)所示設置接 頭36，並對該部分做成可彎曲或可擺動者，又，也可以是 如第4圖所示具備3個或3個以上的鉤子者，又，也可形 成爲把這些構造加以組合而成者。 該卡止件，係爲了可避免在高荷重作用下變形破損， 材質上可使用彈性係數小且具有一定的承受荷重及耐衝擊 性之樹脂材料，例如聚碳酸酯或ABS樹脂。 又，也可在該安裝環20中被安裝部5之接觸側之表面 上形成滾紋(knurl)24(參照第5圖），其長邊方向和開口 22a 、22b之長邊方向相同，當安裝在腳踏車或嬰兒車之把手 、陽台等之扶手、0M物竿、其他各種被安裝部5時，該滾 紋24之形成部分會接觸被安裝部5，而防止本發明吊掛支 持具1偏離原位置，如在被安裝部5上旋轉等，又，也可 在安裝環20中被安裝部5之接觸部分貼著像彈性體 (elastomer)或橡膠片87等之止滑件，防止當安裝於被安裝 部後之旋轉或偏離原位(參照第7圖）。 又，該安裝環20，係也可由有可撓性之構件來形成， 以便當安裝於被安裝部5之後，可隨著被安裝部5 ^外形 而改變形狀’例如由厚度較薄的金屬片或樹脂材料等來形 成’當把本發明之吊掛支持具1安裝於被安裝部5之後， 會按照被安裝部5之表面形狀而變形，可安裝並更密合於 (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) · •線 7 A7 1231194 B7 ---- 五、發明說明（6 ) 被安裝部5，又，當製造一種吊掛支持具1，並把裝有該吊 掛支持具1之被安裝部5限疋於圓筒狀或圓柱狀者，例如 晾物竿，或腳踏車、嬰兒車之把手等時，也可配合被安裝 部5之外形來形成安裝環20 ’例如對安裝環2〇進行彎曲 成型。 又，就本實施例而言，是利用樹脂材料把卡止件30與 安裝環20成型爲一體，但也可把該卡止件30與安裝環20 以後述的方式個別形成後才予以組合使用，只要是能維持 卡止件30與安裝環20相連結狀知之形成方法者均可使用 ，在此並未限定之。在有上述構成之安裝環20上，連結著 安裝有面扣12(12a、12b)之帶子10的一端l〇a(參照第丨圖 )。就本實施例而言，該帶子10 —端10a與安裝環20之連 結，係把帶子10 —端l〇a插入形成於安裝環20之一開口 22a內，朝帶子10另一端10b把該帶子10 —端10a折回 來，並且利用熱封(heat seal)法、縫著、其他方法來固定成 圈狀。 該帶子10係如第1圖所示，其一平面上形成有既知的 面扣12(12a、12b)所構成者，就本實施例而言，在其長邊 方向大約一半的部分設有形成有許多圈圏的母面扣12a， 而在另一半的部分則設有，尖端例如爲鉤狀且卡止於母面 扣12a而整面黏住之公面扣12b。 該面扣12(12a、12b)，係就本實施例而言，設於帶子 部(以下稱爲連結端）l〇a側約一半做成母面扣12a，而在未 連結於安裝環20之端部(以下稱爲自由端）10b側約一半處 形成公面扣12b。 該帶子10，係也可把例如形成有公面扣12b之帶子與 形成有母面扣12a之帶子，利用例如熱封法或縫著等方法 來連結而形成，又，也可在皮革或布製之帶子之一平面上 ，利用貼著、縫著或其他方法來安裝公及母面扣12b、12a 而形成。 -線· 較佳者，係在該帶子10之被安裝部5接觸面上，安裝 由例如橡膠等構成之摩擦係數高的止滑件14。該止滑件， 係就本實施例而言，如第7圖所示，在帶子10之與被安裝 部5接觸之一面上以既定圖案貼著圓形橡膠片，當把帶子 5繞在被安裝部5來安裝好吊掛支持具1之後，藉此可防 止吊掛支持具1之位置偏離；止滑件之構成，係不限於圖 上的例子，也可把例如橡膠薄板(sheet)等貼著於帶子10之 整個被安裝部5接觸面上而構成。 接著說明上述所形成之本發明吊掛支持具1之使用方 法，首先，該吊掛支持具1，係在帶子10自由端l〇b從安 裝環20開口 22a抽出後之第1圖所示狀態下，把安裝環 20上形成有滾紋24之一面，抵接於嬰兒車之把手等被安 裝部5，把帶子10繞在被安裝部5上，把其自由端l〇b插 入安裝環20之另一開口 22b內。 然後，用力拉該帶子10之自由端10b，把帶子10壓 扣12b’並且在固定端10a側長邊方向之約一半形成有母 面扣12a，故插入安裝環2〇開口 22b內並折回之帶子自由 端l〇b側上所形成之公面扣12b，會接觸並附著於在固定 端10a側所形成之母面扣i2a，如此使得本發明之吊掛支 持具被安裝在被安裝部5。 當吊掛支持具1完成安裝於被安裝部5時，即可在設 於該吊掛支持具1之鉤子等卡止件30上，吊掛例如皮包或 購物袋等。 就本發明之吊掛支持具1而言，只要是具可纏繞的外 周尺寸之被安裝部5，均可利用設於吊掛支持具1之帶子 10來把供吊掛手提行李等之吊掛支持具1容易地安裝於任 何的位置，故藉安裝吊掛支持具1，即可容易地把手提行 李等吊掛於所希望的位置上。 以上述方式所安裝之吊掛支持具1，係把設於帶子10 自由端10b之公面扣12b，從附著有該公面扣12b之母面 扣12a上予以剝下來，並且把插入安裝環20開口 22b內之 端來抱持被安裝部5而安裝成；還有，如第6(C)圖所示者 ，也可把一端安裝有折回環50之帶子10，插入安裝環20 之開口 22a、22b兩者上而構成。 丨線 又，以上述方式所形成之吊掛支持具1，係不僅供在 卡止件30吊掛各種物品，而且也可使用於上下顛倒的狀態 ，例如第8圖所示，把吊掛支持具1安裝於簾子60之上端 ，並把卡止件30卡止於例如窗簾軌道70或上框等的話， 即可使用於把遮陽的東西安裝於房間等作業，又，把帶子 10繞在晾物竿或各種桿子(pole)上等來安裝吊掛支持具1， 並把作爲卡止件30之鉤子卡止於例如上框等的話，即可在 室內懸掛晾物竿或桿子而可在室內吊掛桿子，以供雨天時 晾乾洗好的衣服，或者是作爲安裝室內裝飾品等之基台。 又，在大型公寓或二層樓公寓之陽台等上所用之晾物 竿上，安裝該吊掛支持具1，並安裝於供把卡止件30懸掛 其次，參閱第9圖來說明本發明之吊掛支持具1之另 一實施例。 本實施例之吊掛支持具1之卡止件30，係可旋轉自如 地安裝於安裝環20之中隔板23，把卡止件30安裝成可旋 轉自如的例子則如第9圖所示者。 第9圖中，在安裝環20之中隔板23形成有供安裝卡 止件30之開口 25、25，在該開口 25、25內以可旋轉自如 的方式插入有卡止件30之一端。 在該開口 25內所插入之卡止件30的一端，係形成有 向該端部外周突出之凸緣32,開口 25內所插入之卡止件 30被該凸緣32所卡止而不會脫落而構成。 較佳者，係在該卡止件30之端部，從凸緣32 —直到 卡止件30之一端，均設有讓卡止件30在圚周方向分開之 開口槽34，例如捏住卡止件30之端部，使該開口槽34之 寬度變小，並把卡止件30之凸緣32的部分插入設於中隔 板25之開口 25內，然後把捏住卡止件30端部之手指放開 中輕鬆地抽出卡止件30，除如第9圖所示之鉤狀卡止件30 、30以外，藉把它更換爲另一形狀之卡止件，即使使用於 不同的用途上也可容易地加以對應。又，要分解吊掛支持 具1時，因體積不大而便於攜帶。 就備有2個鉤狀卡止件30、30之本實施例吊掛支持 具1而言，例如第圖所示，把作爲卡止件30之鉤子都 朝向外側，便於例如晾乾洗好的鞋子。 又，本實施例之吊掛支持具1，係和前述實施例1之 情形相同，可使用於各種物品之吊掛、支撐，又，卡止件 30之形狀並不限定於如第9圖及第10圖所示之鉤狀的東 西，又和前述實施例1之情形相同，可進行各種變形，也 可把有和如第2圖、第3圖(A)〜第3圖（C)、及第4圖所 示卡止件30相同構成之卡止件，利用和本實施例同樣的方 法來以可旋轉自如的方式安裝於安裝環20上。 〔實施例3〕 就如第11圖所示之實施例而言，相對於安裝環20中 隔板23形成爲一體之球座82來抱持關節球81之球關節接 頭，藉把前述關節球81和鉤狀卡止件30之一端形成爲一 體，使得鉤子可旋轉自如。 在該球關節接頭之球座82，平行於安裝環20上所形 成之開口 22a、22b的長邊方向上設有引導槽83，被該引 導槽83所引導且作爲卡止件30之鉤子的軸端部，能以關 節球81爲中心擺動。 又，使作爲卡止件30之鉤子可旋轉且可擺動之接頭 80的構成並未限定於第11圖〜第13圖所示構造之球關節 接頭，例如也可以是一種萬向接頭，它可自由地改變中隔 板與鉤子端部所夾的角度，這種卡止件30能使鉤子在所有 的方向上擺動；也可做成其他既知的各種接頭。 就以這種方式所構成之本實施例吊掛支持具1而言， 當它安裝於呈水平方向之被安裝部5，例如嬰兒車之把手 部分等時，可如第12圖所示以卡止件30之軸端部和中隔 板23成直角的狀態下來使用，而當它安裝於呈垂直方向之 被安裝部5，例如支架時，可如第13圖所示以卡止具30 之軸端部被放倒在抵接於中隔板23之方向的狀態下來使用 ，無論哪一種安裝方向均可使用。 尤其是當吊掛支持具1是在安裝環20之接觸被安裝部 5的部分上貼著橡膠片87等止滑件而構成時，即使是如第 13圖所示把它安裝於呈垂直方向之被安裝部5，安裝環20 還有，就第11圖〜第13圖所示之實施例而言，也可 至少把卡止件30軸端部之一部分做成截面四方形，較佳者 是截面正方形，並且當把該卡止件30放倒在抵接於中隔板 23之方向上時，在安裝環20中有軸端部存在的部分上， 突設2個有和該截面形狀一邊大致相同寬度之夾持片84、 84，在該等夾持片84、84間，夾持卡止件30之軸端部來 固定。在此情形，放倒在靠近中隔板23之方向之卡止件 30，係其軸端部被夾持片84、84所夾持而固定，在如第 13圖所示之使用狀態下也可穩定地固定卡止件30的位置 ，並且攜帶時，例如讓第13圖之卡止件在水平方向旋轉 90。之後，再讓卡止件30之軸端部被夾持於該等夾持片 84、84間’使吊掛支持具1的體積不大而便於攜帶。 〔實施例〕 參照第14圖〜第18圖來說明本發明另一種吊掛支持 具1之實施例。 就本實施例之吊掛支持具1而言，卡止件30係透過可 之接頭80來安裝，構成上並不限於第14圖所示者。又， 就連結構件40而言，可分離爲公構件41與母構件42，而 且只要是可承受吊掛各種物品時的負荷者，均可使用各種 既知的來當作連結構件40,並不限於第14圖所示實施例 者。 以上述方式構成之吊掛支持具1，係按照用途可更換 不同種類、不同形狀的卡止件30。 在該更換用之卡止件30安裝著可連結於連結構件40 公構件41(安裝於安裝環20)之母構件42，本實施例中，預 先準備各種卡止件，藉從中選擇符合用途之卡止件來安裝 ，不須拆下帶子10即可容易地得到符合目的、用途之吊掛 支持具1 ;上述各種卡止件例如有類似第14圖所示攀岩鋼 環之卡止件30,還有由一種供卡止罐或寶特瓶等各種飮料 容器之飮料架所構成之卡止件30(參照第15圖）、由吊鉤構 成之卡止件30(參照第16圖）、供收納各種物品之網狀袋或
