Description

第1 (a) 圖爲上面圖,第i(b)圖爲第1(a)圖的A-A’剖面圖。 -- (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁)1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the Invention (1) [Technical Field] (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) The present invention relates to absorbent articles used to abut the female labia. [Background Art] In the past, physiological sanitary napkins for females have generally been used. However, the cotton body is used in conjunction with clothing, and due to the lack of close contact with the vaginal opening, the gap between the body and the body is prone to leakage of menstrual blood (lateral leakage), and there is a problem of soiling the clothing. Physiological products that effectively prevent lateral leakage, such as the proposed sanitary napkin 24 as shown in Figure 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 3-4 3 8 3 3) ° Printed by the Consumers ’Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs A sanitary napkin 24 is provided with annular protrusions 24a on the body-side surface of the cotton body. The holes 24b formed by the annular protrusions 24a are used to reliably collect menstrual blood and prevent lateral leakage of menstrual blood. According to this sanitary napkin 24, when the user does not perform exercises such as exercise and walking, lateral leakage is less likely to occur, and menstrual blood is guided to the hole portion 2 4b inside the annular protruding portion 24a, thereby reducing lateral leakage. Danger. However, when the above-mentioned physiological sanitary napkin 24 is used for exercise or walking, the physiological sanitary napkin 24 moves with the underwear which is attached, and the positions of the genitals and the holes 24b can easily shift. Therefore, it is impossible to completely prevent lateral leakage when the user moves, and there is a problem of soiling clothes. In addition, it is effective to prevent lateral leakage of physiological products. For example, a sanitary napkin 24 as shown in Fig. 3 (Japanese Patent Shikaihei 7-This paper size is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm)- 5- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (2) 1 3 3 1 9). (Please read the precautions on the back before filling in this page) This sanitary napkin 24 is provided with a stretchable, water-impermeable barrier edge 36 on the body side of the body of the cotton body, and an adhesive is formed on the body side surface of the barrier edge 36着 部 3 7. This adhesive portion 37 is applied to the body side to form a three-dimensional watertight wall between the body and the cotton body, which effectively prevents lateral leakage. Therefore, there is an advantage that the clothing is not stained even when the user performs movement, walking, or the like. However, the above-mentioned physiological sanitary napkin 34 has a structure in which the cotton body touches a wide range from the front to the buttocks. Therefore, menstrual blood adheres to this wide range, which may cause rough skin. In addition, the sanitary napkin 34 has a relatively high bulkiness in order to prevent the appearance from collapsing, so that there is still a problem in that it has to feel the feeling of use in a wide range including the body. In particular, when performing exercises such as exercise and walking, the sanitary napkin 34 that is subjected to the action stress and the blocking edge 36 attached to the body are deformed. Therefore, the blocking edge 36 is fixed by the adhesive portion 37 and the body (skin) is simultaneously Pulling tightly to reduce the feeling of use is also one of the problems. The present invention is printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. In view of the above-mentioned problems, the purpose of the present invention is to prevent the lateral leakage of body fluids such as menstrual blood, so as not to stain clothes, and to prevent the discharged body fluids from coming into contact with the skin. Absorbent article with comfortable usability. [Summary of the Invention] In order to solve the above problems, the absorbent article of the present invention is characterized by providing a body fluid inflow hole. In this way, menstrual blood such as bodily fluids excreted from the vaginal opening will not be spread on the surface of the absorbent article through the installation of a bodily fluid inflow point. The paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -6- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (3) The body fluid inflow point is absorbed inside the menstrual blood point. Therefore, the body fluid is prevented from leaking laterally without soiling the clothes, and the contact of the excreted body fluid with the skin is extremely prevented, thereby achieving a comfortable use feeling. More specifically, the present invention provides the following absorbent articles. (1) The integrated absorbent sheet is used to form the absorbent body that contains the water-permeable sheet facing the body side and the water-permeable or water-impermeable sheet facing the clothes side, which absorbs body fluids. The absorbent article for after use is characterized in that it is provided with a bottomed cylindrical shape having a garment side as a bottom, and an opening having a size that surrounds from the outside and fits a pair of large labia major body fluid inflow holes. The above-mentioned absorbent article is fitted with a pair of large labia majora fitted to an opening of a body fluid inflow hole. This is applied to the body fluid (menstrual blood) excreted from the vaginal opening, spreads the surface of the absorbent article, and directly and quickly introduces the body fluid into the acupuncture point. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the menstrual blood from spreading the surface of the absorbent article to leak laterally, and to prevent it from staining clothes. Since the excreted menstrual blood flows into the body fluid inflow point without being in contact with the user's skin, it prevents the excreted menstrual blood from contacting the user's skin, and can prevent the adhesion of menstrual blood on the front side to the buttocks and cause skin Rough cause matters. Furthermore, the absorbent article is provided with a body fluid flowing into the cavity bulge portion, thereby reducing the bulkiness of the absorbent article in contact with the user's skin, which can increase the bulkiness and surface area of the absorbent body of the entire absorbent article. . Therefore, the absorptive capacity of the absorbent article is not reduced, and a comfortable use feeling can be achieved. This paper size applies to China National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X29 * 7mm) I ,:-(Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page), ^ 1 i *. Consumption by employees of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs Printed by the cooperative -7-1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (4) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) The above absorbent article has a bottomed body fluid that is formed on the bottom of its clothing side Into the hole. For example, the absorbent article 44 shown in Fig. 4 is formed in a substantially flat area 44a, and the body side of the absorbent article has a bottom and an oval-shaped cylindrical body fluid inflow hole 44b. Herein, the "tubular shape" in the present specification refers to the shape having the entire hollow interior space, and is not limited to the shape of the bottom surface and the shape of the opening portion. For example, the shape of the bottom surface gradually increases and the shape of the cone or bottom surface gradually decreases to a bowl shape. The shape of the opening of the body fluid inflow point is to ensure that it can accommodate the labia, and it is ideal to have a substantially vertical shape, and it is more desirable to have a long oval shape to make it similar to the shape of the labia. The size of the opening portion is configured such that one pair of large labia can be fitted to the opening portion and an absorbent article is used, and the size of one pair of large labia can be fitted by being surrounded from the outside. Specifically, a range of 60 to 180 mm is desirable, a range of 80 to 150 mm is more desirable, and a range of 90 to 130 mm is particularly desirable. As for the width, a range of 20 to 60 mm is preferable, and a range of 30 to 50 m is more preferable. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, but with absorbent articles having such a body fluid inflow hole, for example, as shown in FIG. The absorbing sheet 46 can be formed relatively easily by using a method of sandwiching the absorbing sheet 46 with the concave mold 48 and then pressing. (2) The absorbent article according to item 1, wherein an adhesive portion is formed on the surface of the body side of the absorbent article so as to surround the periphery of the opening portion of the body fluid inflow hole. This paper size applies to Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -8- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of invention (5) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) For example, as shown in Figure 6 By forming the adhesive portion 50 on the body-side surface of the absorbent article 44 (more specifically, the substantially flat area 44a), the absorbent article can be more firmly adhered to the vagina. This configuration can prevent a gap between the absorbent article 44 and the body or a positional shift of the absorbent article due to the user's drastic change of posture. Therefore, the body fluid (menstrual blood) can be more surely guided to the body fluid inflow hole 44b, and the user can move freely and without any restrictions on movement. Usually, the adhesive portion 50 is formed along the outer edge of the opening of the body fluid inflow hole 4 (3) The absorbent article as described in the item (2) above, wherein the adhesive portion is roughly in the direction of the long side of the absorbent article. The centerline is divided into left and right as a reference. Printed by the Consumers' Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs The above-mentioned adhesive portion may be formed around the opening of the body fluid inflow hole, but it may be formed around a part of the body fluid inflow hole opening. For example, the absorbent article 44 shown in Fig. 6 has a shape in which the adhesive portion 50 is divided into left and right with reference to the approximate center line 49 in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 44. In this form, since the absorbent article 44 that receives the user's action stress is limited by the user's skin, it is difficult to deform freely, so it is possible to prevent the user's skin from being lowered by the adhesive that forms the adhesive portion 50, thereby reducing the feeling of use. . More specifically, it is preferable that the end points 50a and 50b of the adhesive portion be divided into left and right sides with an interval of 1 to 10 mm with the approximate center line 49 as the boundary. (4) The absorbent article as described in item (2) or (3), wherein an elastic sheet made of an elastic recovery material is interposed between the surface of the body side of the absorbent article and the adhesive portion. When the adhesive part is formed on the surface of the body side of the absorbent article, the size of the paper is not applied. The Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210X297 mm) is applicable. -9- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (6) (Please Read the precautions on the back before filling in this page.) If you add any treatment, pressure deformation or distortion during use of the absorbent article will reduce the similarity of the shape, which will cause the adhesive part to wrinkle, and the adhesive forming the adhesive part will mutually Adhesive fixed situation. This state of affairs causes a disadvantage in that the use feeling of the absorbent article is hindered. The absorbent article is formed, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, between the body-side surface of the absorbent article 44 (more specifically, the substantially flat area 44 a) and the adhesive portion 50 by an elastic recovery material. Flexible sheet body 52. The elastic sheet 52 provides flexibility to improve the shape similarity of the adhesive portion 50, and prevents the adhesive portion 50 from deforming and maintains the deformed state, so that it quickly returns to the original shape. Therefore, wrinkling of the adhesive portion 50 can be avoided, and the state in which the adhesives forming the adhesive portion 50 are adhered and fixed to each other can achieve a comfortable use feeling. However, in this specification, "elastic recovery material" refers to a material that has both flexibility and shape recovery that can quickly return to its original shape even when deformed by stress. (5) An absorbent article printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs as in item (2) or (3), wherein the surface of the body side of the aforementioned absorbent article is given at least at the part where the adhesive part is formed Wrinkling processing 54 is also possible. Since the wrinkle process 54 is applied, repeated rugged wrinkles are formed in the short side direction of the absorbent article, so the shape similarity of pressure deformation or distortion during use of the absorbent article is improved, and the absorbent article can be divided into left and right phases. Deformation. Then, the adhesive portion 50 will not be tightly pulled by the skin, and stays in the original position. Therefore, as in the case where the elastic sheet is sandwiched, it is possible to avoid the above situation and form a comfortable feeling of use. The wrinkle processing is preferably performed in a range of about 1 to about 1 in width from the opening of the body fluid into the hole by mechanical processing. This paper size applies Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -10- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (7) (6) Same as (2), (3), (4) or (5) Item absorbency (please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) The article has a strip-shaped mounting extension tab extending from the side edge of the aforementioned adhesive part. If an adhesive portion is formed on the surface of the absorbent article on the body side, a finger may stick to the adhesive portion when the absorbent article is mounted. In this case, the absorbent article may be stuck in a state where the opening of the body fluid inflow point is deformed or in a state where the opening of the body fluid inflow point is deviated. In order to avoid this, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, it is preferable to include a band-shaped attaching and extending flap 56 extending from the side edge side of the adhesive portion 50 of the absorbent article 44. The fingers 56 are attached to the absorbent article 44 attached to the protruding tabs 56 from both sides, so that the fingers cannot easily touch the adhesive portion 50. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the body fluid from flowing into the hole 44b from deforming or shifting its opening. The attaching and extending wings 56 are formed in a band shape that can be easily grasped with a finger, and the dimension in the long side direction is set within a range of 10 to 30 mm, and the dimension in the short side direction is preferably set within a range of 10 to 25 mm. (7) The absorbent article as described in (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) or (6), wherein the side wall portion of the body fluid inflow hole is made of elastic recovery material. The above-mentioned absorbent article is printed by the employee cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the side wall portion of the body fluid inflow hole 44b is an absorbent sheet 44b (water-permeable sheet 4lb, absorbent sheet) The body 43b and the water-impermeable sheet 42b) are formed, so even if the body fluid inflow hole 44b is deformed due to pressure deformation or distortion during use of the absorbent article, it will not remain in a deformed state and will quickly return to the original shape. Therefore, the opening of the body fluid inflow hole 44b can be kept open at any time, and menstrual blood can be received at any time. This paper size applies to Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -11-1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of invention (8) (8) Same as (1), (2), (3), (4) (5), (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) The absorbent article of (6), or (7), where the absorbent body is enclosed in the water-permeable sheet, and the body fluid flows into the bottom of the hole The garment-side surface is covered with the aforementioned water-impermeable sheet. For example, as shown in FIG. 11, the absorbent article of the present invention includes a water-permeable sheet 41 on the body side of the absorbent article, and a water-impermeable sheet on the clothes side, and is sandwiched between the two sheets. The absorbent sheet 46 including the absorbent body 43 is formed, but as shown in FIG. 12, the absorbent sheet 43 is wrapped in the water-permeable sheet 41, and the body side surface of the clothes flowing into the bottom of the hole 44b is covered with the water-impermeable sheet 42. The absorbent sheet 46 may be formed. Most of the menstrual blood flowing into the body fluid inflow hole 44b is absorbed in the bottom of the body fluid inflow hole 44b. Therefore, it is sufficient to cover the body fluid with the water-impermeable sheet 42 so that body fluid such as menstrual blood does not leak out of the bottom. (9) An absorbent article as described in (1), (2), (3), (4) (5), (6), (7) or (8), wherein the entire absorbent sheet is constituted as Bottom tube. The present invention is printed by an employee consumer cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs as shown in FIG. 4. Generally, the absorbent article 44 forms a body fluid inflow hole 44 b in a part of a substantially flat area 44 a, but for example, as shown in FIG. 13, The entire absorbent sheet constituting the absorbent article 44 is configured in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the hollow portion may be formed as a body fluid inflow hole 44b. This form has a large body fluid opening opening 44b. Therefore, for example, for menstrual disorders, the outflow of menstrual blood is higher than that of the general person. It is ideal for users who have a fast flow rate to fully cope with it. . The detailed structure example of the absorbent article in item (9) above. For example, if the paper size is in accordance with the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210x297 mm) -12- 1228984 A7 B7 5. Description of the invention (9) (please first (Please read the notes on the back and fill in this page again.) As shown in Figure 14, the structure with the absorbent body 43 enclosed between the water-permeable sheet 41 and the water-impermeable sheet 42 and the side wall and bottom of the body fluid flow hole 44b are listed. The garment-side surface is constituted by an absorbent sheet body 46 having a structure wrapped with a water-impermeable sheet 42. (10) An absorbent article as described in (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8) or (9), wherein the aforementioned absorbent article The article is an absorbent article for urinary incontinence. The absorbent article can be used as a countermeasure against urinary incontinence. Even if the vaginal opening that discharges menstrual blood and the urethral opening that discharges urine are located between the labia, a pair of large labia majora is fitted into the opening of the acupoint of the body fluid included in the absorbent article of the present invention. The water-based fluid guides the body fluid into the acupoint and prevents the excreted urine from contacting the user's skin. In this way, according to the present invention, since urine water can be introduced into the body fluid inflow point, the cotton pad can be effectively absorbed for urine water, especially for mild urinary incontinence. (1 1) An absorbent article as described in (1), (2), (3), (4) (5), (6), (7), (8) or (9), wherein the aforementioned absorbent The article is an absorbent article for secretion absorption. Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs The above absorbent articles can be used for secretion absorption. That is, the absorbent article of the present invention is used after a pair of large labia chimera body fluid is poured into the acupoint, so if it is excreted from the vaginal opening, it can also absorb secretions (secretion) other than menstrual blood, so it can also For other purposes (for secretion absorption) This paper size is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -13- 1228984 A7 B7 V. A,剖面圖。 Fig. 1 (b) is a cross-sectional view of A-A of the absorbent article 14 in Fig. 1 (a). [(A) Basic absorbent article structure] The basic absorbent article 14 of the present invention, for example, as shown in Figure 1 (a) and this paper size, applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X297 mm) ) -15- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (12) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page) 1 (b) As shown in the figure, part of the roughly flat area 14a is provided for retaining body fluids (menstrual blood) Body fluid flows into the hole 14b. The body fluid inflow hole 14b is a bottom hole with the clothes side as the bottom, and the size of the large opening portion is configured to be surrounded from the outside to fit into a pair of labia minora. The overall shape of the absorbent article 14 is preferably a substantially vertical shape considering that the menstrual blood discharged from the vaginal opening flows along the labia. Specifically, the shape is elliptical, oval, or gourd-shaped. shape. It is also possible to form a side wing extending from the side edge of the absorbent article (adhered to underwear for fixing the absorbent article). The absorbent article 14 must have a length of at least 150 mm (the dimension in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article), but it is preferably a length that does not interfere with the movement of the user's thighs or buttocks and does not cause menstrual leakage. Specifically, a range of 200 to 400 mm is preferable, and a range of 210 to 300 mm is more preferable. In addition, a width (size of the short-side direction of the absorbent article) that can form a body fluid inflow hole without reducing the feeling of use is desirable. Specifically, a range of 50 to 120 mm is more desirable, and a range of 60 to 100 mm is more desirable. The absorbent article printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs is shown in Figure 1 (b), which is a water-permeable sheet 1 that allows menstrual blood to pass through, and a water-impermeable sheet 12 that prevents menstrual blood from leaking out. The menstrual blood absorber 13 is a single or multiple absorber sheet 16 formed between the water-permeable sheet 11 and the water-impermeable sheet 12 2. The water-impermeable sheet 12 which is usually disposed facing the clothes side is coated with an adhesive for fixing the absorbent article 14 to underwear. The water-permeable sheet U and the water-impermeable sheet 12 are heated through the peripheral part 15 and the size of the paper is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm). -16-1228984 A7 B7_ V. Description of the invention (13) The bonding is performed by press working and / or a hot-melt adhesive, and the bonding is performed so that the absorbent body 1 3 is enclosed. (Please read the precautions on the back before filling in this page.) When joining the peripheral edges of the water-permeable sheet 1 1 and the water-impermeable sheet 1 2, it is preferable that the absorbent body 1 3 does not get caught in the joint. When the absorbent body 13 is sandwiched in the joint portion, the peripheral edge portion 15 of the absorbent article 14 becomes hard, and there is a possibility that a foreign body sensation or discomfort may be felt during the installation. Since the absorbent body 13 is not sandwiched between the aforementioned joints, for example, the water-permeable sheet 11 and the water-impermeable sheet 12 are joined to form a bag shape with a part of the opening left in advance. Body 1 3 is sufficient. However, the size of the absorbent body 13 may be the same as that of the absorbent article 14. However, since the absorbent body 13 is not sandwiched between the aforementioned joints, it is configured to be slightly smaller than the absorbent article 14 to ensure the isolation and absorbency. The outer contour of the article 1 4 may be spaced by 2 to 10 mm. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs The absorbent body 13 is formed to be bonded to the two sheets in order to prevent separation from the water-permeable sheet and the water-impermeable sheet 12. When the absorbent article 14 is used (wetting with menstrual blood), the above-mentioned components are easily separated. In order to prevent this problem, it is more preferable to bond the above-mentioned components by hot pressing. Hot pressing can be bonded into a dot or screen shape, and the area ratio of the crimping part is set to the range of 3 to 20% of the entire area. Therefore, the strength can be improved when the water permeability is not reduced and when it is wet. The shape of the opening of the body fluid inflow hole 14b may be one of elliptical, rectangular, and gourd-shaped. However, considering the similar shape of the labia, it may be a long oval or as shown in Fig. 1 (a). The shape shown is ideal. However, it is desirable to form holes in the water-permeable sheet 11 in order to facilitate absorption of menstrual blood into the absorbent body 13 inside the body fluid inflow point 14b. In this way, the paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -17-1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (彳 4) Menstrual blood is directly absorbed through the hole (not through the water-permeable sheet Π) Absorbing body 13. (Please read the precautions on the back before filling in this page) [Water-permeable sheet] Select the soft, less irritating sensitive labia from the liquid-permeable sheet such as woven, non-woven or perforated plastic sheet. It can be a soft and bulky material. For example, fibrous sheets formed from non-woven fabrics such as spunbond, meltblown, hot air, point sticking, airflow, etc., or perforated plastic sheets or foamed sheets with catheters, can be used alone or in combination. An example of a material that describes the ideal water-permeable sheet is printed by the Bureau's Consumer Cooperative. For example, a fibrous web (this is the first layer) of a hydrophobic fiber (either a single fiber or a composite fiber with a core structure) composed of 1.1 to 3.3 dtex in a range of 10 to 25 g / m2 per unit area, and unit area per unit area A weight range of 15 to 35 g / m2 constitutes a fibrous web (this is the second layer) of a hydrophobic fiber (either a single fiber or a composite fiber with a core structure) that has been subjected to a hydrophilization treatment of 1.1 to 2.2 dte X. ), It is ideal to use hot air method to make it thin. More specifically, a fiber web composed of 2.2 dtex PE (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene) is formed in a range of 15 g / m2, and a range of 25 g / m2 is formed. A fiber web of a composite fiber that has been hydrophilized with 1.6 dtex of the aforementioned composite fiber, and a sheet having a bulkiness of 2.6 mm, which is thinned by a hot air method, is more suitable. In addition, a foam material is also a suitable material. . The paper size of this material applies to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm)-"-18- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (15) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) A weight ratio of 80 to 20 is obtained by mixing a resin mixed with PE and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) to foam 15 times, and then cross-linking them by electron irradiation to form a sheet. Then, the sheet was cut in half in the thickness direction to a thickness of 1.5 mm. The surface side was arranged on the body side of the absorbent article, and the inside side was arranged on the absorbent body side (the center side of the absorbent article) and then used. It is desirable to apply a surfactant to the inner surface. Furthermore, the body side of the absorbent article is a meltblown nonwoven fabric, and the center side of the absorbent article is a hydrophilic fiber. A composite material composed of a fiber sheet obtained by mixing the two may also be used. This material is prepared by blending a composite fiber made of 1.5 dt ex hydrophilized PE and PP and a regenerated cellulose fiber of 1.5 detx at a mass ratio of 70: 3 0, and then using water flow interweaving method to prepare Non-woven sheet with a basis weight of 20 ~ 40g / m2. Then, this non-woven sheet and a melt-blown non-woven fabric formed of PP having a basis weight of 15 to 30 g / m2 were joined at a joining area ratio of 13% to form a composite material. However, the basis weight of the aforementioned nonwoven sheet is 25 g / m2, and the basis weight of the aforementioned meltblown nonwoven fabric is more preferably 25 g / m2. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The body side of the absorbent article is a three-dimensional foamed film, and the center side of the absorbent article is a composite material made of melt-blown nonwoven fabric that has been treated with hydrophilic treatment. The three-dimensional foamed film mainly comprises an LDPE resin having a density of 0.915 g / cm3, and the resin contains 5% by weight of urethane oxide, and the basis weight is adjusted to 20 g / m2. Then, the shape of the cross section of the catheter that constitutes the opening is tapered, the surface opening rate is 5 5%, and the size of the opening is 0.2 8 mm2. Set the meltblown fiber with PP as the main component in a molten state. The paper size is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210X297 mm) -19- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (16) (Please read the back Note: Please fill in this page again.) Blow to the side of this three-dimensional foamed film and adjust it to a unit weight of 25 g / m2 or set the meltblown fiber with PP as the main component to 25g / m2 per unit area. The sheet-like shape is bonded by thermocompression bonding to form the composite material. It is preferable to apply a hydrophilizing treatment to the melt-blown fiber portion by spraying or applying a surfactant. However, as for the inside of the body fluid flowing into the acupoint, the water-permeable sheet can be appropriately used as described above. However, it is preferable to use the following materials when no stretchability is applied to the side wall portion as described above. For example, synthetic rubber-based resins (such as styrene, ethylene, butadiene, and styrene block copolymers (SEBS), styrene, isoprene, and styrene block copolymers (SIS), and styrene and butadiene A hydrophobic meltblown non-woven fabric formed of a diene · styrene block copolymer (SBS), styrene · ethylene · propylene · styrene copolymer (SEPS), isourethane, etc. is arranged on the body side of an absorbent article, A composite meltblown nonwoven fabric or the like in which the same synthetic rubber-based resin is disposed on the center side of the absorbent article. The specific structure of the composite melt-blown nonwoven printed by the employee's consumer cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs is to adjust the unit area weight of the hydrophobic melt-blown nonwoven to 10 to 20 g / m2, and adjust the unit weight of the above-mentioned hydrophilic melt-blown nonwoven. After it is 10 to 30 g / m2, the two are bonded in a range of a bonding area ratio of 80 to 20%. This material is a material that adjusts the contractile force at a magnification of 1.2 to 20 在 in the range of 600 to 1,500 mN so that the body fluid flows into the cavity and stands on the side wall. When the side wall portion is not provided with elasticity, a band-shaped body or a linear body containing the above-mentioned synthetic rubber-based resin or natural rubber as a main component may be bonded to the whole or a part of the side wall portion. This material has a magnification of 1.2 to 2.0 times. The shrinkage force is adjusted within the range of 600 to 1,500 mN to allow body fluids to flow into the parts of the side walls of the cavity. The paper size is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X 297 mm) -20-1228984. A7 B7 5. Description of the invention (17) After the standing position, attach it. (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page.) However, it is also possible to individually attach the elastically stretchable material to the side wall of the menstrual blood flow hole and the generally flat area of the absorbent article. The magnification of the elastically stretchable material attached to the side wall portion of the menstrual blood flow hole is (a) ((a) is selected from a range of 1.2 to 2.0 times), and the magnification of the elastically stretchable material attached to a substantially flat area is set to In the case of (b), a good opening can be formed by adjusting b / a in the range of 0.8 to 0.9. [Absorber] The absorber may be a material capable of absorbing and retaining body fluids by hydrophilic absorption. The absorbent body is bulky and does not easily collapse, and is preferably a material with less chemical irritation. In addition, it is more desirable to consider a soft material having the absorbent article engaged with the labia. Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the fiber materials constituting the absorbent body selected from the above viewpoints include materials for hydrophilizing wood pulp, natural cellulose fibers, regenerated cellulose fibers, and hydrophobic synthetic fibers. These materials can be used individually or in combination. In addition, acrylic materials, graft polymers of acrylic acid and starch, starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, and foamed superabsorbent polymers (foamed SAP (Saper Alsorbent Polymer), etc.) are mixed in these materials. Particulate, fibrous, or synthetic fibers (including single fibers and composite fibers with a core structure) are also acceptable. Tissue paper, foamed sheet treated with hydrophilization, meltblown nonwoven fabric treated with hydrophilization, Non-standard paper sizes such as spun needle nonwoven fabrics and heat-bonded nonwoven fabrics formed by thinning the fiber web with hydrophilic fibers as the main body are applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 (210X 297 mm) _ *- --21-1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (彳 8) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling out this page} Weaving materials, chemical fiber bundles, and foaming based on synthetic rubber treated with hydrophilic treatment Sheets or pulverized materials such as wood, cellulose sponge mainly composed of cellulose can be used as absorbers. In addition, considering the similarity with the labia during use, it can also be used for example. A laminated sheet of a perforated plastic sheet and a needle-punched non-woven fabric formed with a catheter, or a pulverized product of the laminated sheet. A more specific configuration of the absorbent body includes a fiber density of 2.2 dteX & regenerated cellulose fiber 60 A fiber web mixed with a ratio of ~ 90% by mass and 10 ~ 40% by mass of natural cellulose fibers to form a needle-punched non-woven fabric in the form of a sheet using a water-weaving method. This non-woven fabric is adjusted to a single unit weight of 50 ~ 50 ~ A sheet in the range of 500 g / cm2 (preferably 150 to 400 g / cm2). However, as shown in Fig. 1 (b), the absorbent body may be integrated to form the absorbent body 1 3, but as shown in Fig. 1 5 As shown in the figure, it may be formed by moderately dividing into a plurality of absorbers 13a, 13b. [Water-impermeable sheet] The material used for the impermeable sheet printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs must be capable of preventing absorption in the absorbent sheet. Material leaking from the body ’s menstrual blood to other than absorbent articles. Impervious materials are ideal for having high flexibility in addition to impermeability. Specific examples include polyolefin resins (such as low-density polymer). (LDPE), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), etc. as the raw material film or synthetic rubber (such as SEBS, SIS, SBS, polyurethane, etc.) as the raw material film Paper size applies to Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -22- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of invention (19) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Water-impermeable material has moisture permeability It is ideal. It can reduce the deviation during installation and reduce the uncomfortable feeling during installation. For example, a so-called moisture-permeable film formed by mixing an inorganic filler and applying a stretching treatment to form a fine structure, Non-porous moisture-permeable films made of polyester / polyester block copolymer resins, and porous moisture-permeable films that have a porous structure and have air holes that do not easily leak liquid are suitable. [Adhesive part] The adhesive part is usually arranged near the peripheral edge of the peripheral mouth portion of the body fluid inflow hole, in particular, an elastic sheet is sandwiched, or it is arranged so as not to disengage the part when applying wrinkle processing. The arrangement of the adhesive portion includes a surface shape, a dot shape, a mesh shape, and a line shape. The position of the adhesive part is not particularly limited as long as it can be fixed to the body, but in consideration of the presence of pubic hair near the labia, especially in front of the labia, it is arranged in a line with a width of about 1 to 5 mm. The near sides of the absorbent article are ideal. The "adhesive part" printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs can be formed by applying an adhesive to a water-permeable sheet. Alternatively, the tape-shaped adhesive may be cut into a desired shape and then bonded. Examples of the adhesive that can be used in the present invention include a gel adhesive made of a water-soluble polymer, a crosslinking agent, a plasticizer, and water. More specifically, examples of the water-soluble polymer include gelatin, sodium polyacrylate, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose, and the like; examples of the crosslinking agent include water-soluble metal salts of calcium chloride and magnesium sulfate; and plasticizers Examples include glycerin, wax, paraffin, etc. The paper size is applicable to Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210X297 mm) -23- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (20) (Please read the notes on the back before filling (This page) In addition, pressure-sensitive hot-melt adhesives can also be used as adhesives for forming adhesive parts. Pressure-sensitive hot-melt adhesives are mainly composed of synthetic rubber resins such as SIS, SBS, SEBS, and SEPS. They are formed by melting and mixing adhesion promoters such as terpene resins and rosin resins with plasticizers such as wax. 〇In addition, the pressure-sensitive hot-melt adhesive is a kind of effective adhesive with rich elasticity. Foaming and melting use air or nitrogen to expand to form a fine number of air bubbles inside. It can be applied in a foamed state with a foaming ratio of 3 to 20 times. Furthermore, a silicone resin-based adhesive can also be used. Examples of the silicone resin adhesive include silicone resin and fluororesin, which are formed by mixing plastics such as platinum, molybdenum, antimony, and other metal salts, ester waxes, glycerin, and engine oil. mixture. Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs There are many kinds of adhesives used to form the adhesive part. However, considering the stability of application, it is ideal to use pressure-sensitive hot-melt adhesives. Pressure-sensitive hot-melt adhesives with high application stability include 15 to 25% by mass of SEBS, 15 to 35% by mass of plasticizers, and 40 to 70% by mass of adhesion promoters. Adhesive. About this pressure-sensitive hot-melt adhesive, it is also possible to add an oxidation preventive agent and a fluorescent preventive agent in the range of 0.1 to 1.0% by mass. In addition, a composite adhesive layer formed by stacking two or more adhesive agents is also used can. For example, there may be mentioned a composite adhesive layer formed by spraying other adhesives on the upper side of the foamed and melted coating layer in a spiral manner. More specific explanation is that when the SEBS is 25 ~ 50% by weight and the plasticizer is 25 ~, the paper size is applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -24-1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (21) ( Please read the precautions on the back of the page before filling in this page) 40% by mass, 10-50% by mass of the adhesion promoter, nitrogen is mixed in the low-adhesion type adhesive after melt mixing, and the ratio is 5 to 1.5 times. The foaming and melting coating layer coated with a foaming ratio of 20 to 100 g / m2 is coated with other adhesives to form a composite adhesive layer and the like. This composite adhesive layer is ideal for the point of an adhesive having a good rubber elasticity. An example of the adhesion evaluation method will be described. This evaluation method is to measure the peeling strength of the adhesive (Fig. 16) and the shear strength of the adhesive (Fig. 17), using a constant speed tensile tester and a stainless steel plate 71 with a length of 80 mm and a width of 5 Omm. In the comparison test, an adhesive 73 with a width of 25 mm and a length of 50 mm was applied to a stainless steel plate 71 and a polyethylene film 72 of approximately the same size in advance, and left to stand at room temperature (20 ° C) for 30 minutes. Next, the stainless steel plate 71 was brought into contact with an adhesive 73 in the form of an overlapped polyethylene film 72 and then placed, and rolled at a pressure of 30 g / m2 once (unidirectional). Then, it was left at room temperature (20 ° C) for 30 minutes to prepare a test piece. The Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs printed 72 parts of the polyethylene film of the test piece produced above, and the peel strength test was pulled in the direction of arrow A shown in FIG. 16 to peel (180 ° peel), and the segment was cut. For the strength test, pull in the direction of arrow B shown in Figure 17. However, under the test conditions, the tensile strength was set to 100 m m / m i η. When measured by the above method, the measurement of the peeling strength is preferably 100 to 2000 mN / 25mm, and the measurement of the shear strength is preferably 3000 to 1 5000 mN / 25mm. However, the adhesive portion is generally preferably covered by a sheet formed by applying a silicone resin to a thin paper used as a release paper or a sheet formed by applying a silicone resin to a plastic film. In this way, it is possible to prevent the paper size from applying the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297 mm) -25- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (22) The adhesive part is damaged or peeled during storage. [Elastic sheet] As the elastic sheet, an opening that is arranged so as not to block the body fluid inflow hole or a sheet that is formed in advance with an opening equal to or larger than the body fluid inflow hole. The elastic sheet is necessary to prevent the situation where the adhesive constituting the adhesive portion is bonded to each other when the opening of the body fluid inflow hole is attached to the labia, and the area where the adhesive portion is formed is the minimum necessary. Considering the user's comfort, the size of the body fluid inflow opening (length 60 to 180 mm, width 20 to 60 mm) is preferably 10 to 200 mm in length and 10 to 20 mm in width. It is necessary that the elastic sheet does not reduce the adhesive force of the adhesive portion when the absorbent article is used. Therefore, the elastic sheet is preferably water-repellent. In addition, the elastic sheet must also have a hardness that does not reduce the feeling of use for the user. Therefore, the feel of the elastic sheet is preferably measured in the range of 10 to 70 mm, and more preferably in the range of 15 to 40 mm. In consideration of the above conditions, the material of the elastic sheet may be a fiber sheet, a film sheet, a foamed sheet alone, or a laminate in which these sheet-like materials are integrated through lamination. Examples of the fiber sheet include a sheet made of a core structure made of PE and PP, PE, and PET, and the fiber in the range of 1 to 3.3 dtex by a pattern method. The sheet is a fiber web. Non-woven sheets made by thinning or water-weaving. The surface of the nonwoven fabric sheet is preferably water-repellently treated with a silicone resin or a fluororesin. In addition, in order to reduce the swelter caused by the elastic sheet, the paper size applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X29 * 7mm) 0-f Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Order f Ministry of Economy Wisdom Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Property Bureau -26- 1228984 A7 B7 5. Description of the invention (23) It is ideal to use a non-woven sheet mixed with 5-30% by mass of regenerated cellulose fiber as an elastic sheet. (Please read the precautions on the back before filling in this page) Examples of other fiber sheets include spunbond nonwoven fabric (S) I made of PP, PE, or composite fibers made of any of PP and PE copolymer resins. Meltblown Non-woven fabric (M), or a composite non-woven sheet made of S and M like SMS and SSMMSS. Among the above-mentioned fiber sheets, the SMS composite non-woven sheet, especially S: M: S is a ratio of 40: 20: 40, and the unit weight is formed by bonding the three in a range of 8 to 15% of the crimp area ratio. 20 ~ 35g / m2 SMS composite non-woven sheet is ideal. This sheet has the advantage that it is not easy to penetrate the adhesive for a good time. Examples of printed film sheets and foamed sheets produced by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs include three-dimensional foamed films, synthetic rubber-based films and non-woven laminates, and PE or synthetic rubber-based compounds. Foamed sheet and so on. The foamed sheet has a closed-cell structure and a continuous-cell structure. However, it is ideal for those having a closed-cell structure to have higher flexibility. Foaming PE alone or a mixture of PE and EVA, and cross-linking it by electron beam irradiation, and forming a foamed sheet having a thickness of 0.5 to 2.0 mm and a foaming ratio of 5 to 20 times are also ideal materials. One. The elastic sheet is bonded to a substantially flat area of the absorbent article by a bonding method such as a pressure-sensitive hot-melt adhesive, ultrasonic adhesion, and pressure-sensitive adhesion. [(B) Composition of natural absorbent, water-dispersible, and water-soluble absorbent articles] This paper size applies Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210X297 mm) -27- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention ( 24) (Please read the notes on the back before filling in this page) The absorbent article of the present invention is preferably composed of naturally degradable materials and / or water-dispersible materials and / or water-soluble materials. Since this absorbent article can be dropped off from the toilet after use, the absorbent article can be simply and cleanly discarded, and the amount of dirt in the toilet can be reduced. In this specification, "naturally decomposable" refers to the presence of bacteria and other microorganisms, including radioactive bacteria, and decomposes substances into carbon dioxide or methane gas, water, and Biochemical substances, the material's natural decomposition ability (natural decomposition rate, spontaneous combustion decomposition degree, etc.), naturally occurring materials such as fallen leaves, or natural degradability in the same environment are comparable to generally recognized synthetic polymers. "Water-dispersibility" means the same meaning as water-decomposability. The amount of water (menstrual blood) that is limited during use is not affected. A large amount of water or water will not easily break down into small pieces that do not block the general toilet plumbing. The nature. "Water-soluble" refers to the property that a limited amount of water (menstrual blood) is not affected during use and will dissolve in a large amount of water or water flow. [Water-permeable sheet] Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs The material of the water-permeable sheet in the water-permeable sheet can use either natural fibers or chemical fibers. Examples of natural fibers include cellulose pulp such as pulverized pulp and cotton yarn, and air-flow pulp formed by chemically combining these with a water-soluble resin. Examples of chemical fibers include materials that are hydrophilized to chemical fibers such as rayon, fibril rayon, and regenerated cellulose; PE, PP, PET, and EVA; and others include polylactic acid, a so-called naturally degradable fiber, Polybutene succinate and the like. In addition, use water-soluble carboxymethyl cellulose. The paper size is in accordance with Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 (210X297 mm). '~ &Quot; -28-1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of the invention (25) Vitamins, polyethylene Alcohol and the like are also acceptable. Among the aforementioned materials, so-called naturally degradable fibers such as cellulose such as pulp or cotton yarn, regenerated cellulose such as rayon, and polylactic acid are preferred. However, the aforementioned materials can be used alone or after being mixed into a cotton web or a non-woven fabric. Polylactic acid or polybutene succinate such as so-called naturally decomposable fibers, one of the dry method and the wet method formed by the pattern method, spunbond method, melt-blowing method, or air-flow method, or It is also possible to combine these methods. Examples of the bonding method include thermal bonding, needle punching, and chemical bonding, but these methods are not limited. It is also possible to use a spinning needle formed into a sheet shape by a water-weaving method. Examples of the molding method that imparts water-splitting performance include a method of forming fibers into sheets with hydrogen bonds between the fibers to form a water-decomposable paper, bonding water-soluble adhesive fibers to each other, and forming the sheet into a sheet. A method of hydrolyzing paper or a method of cross-linking fibers into a sheet shape to form a water-decomposable paper. However, in order to maintain good water dispersion performance, it is desirable to set the fiber length in the range of 2 to 5 1 mm, and it is more desirable to set the fiber length in the range of 2 to 10 mm. Furthermore, in order to keep the water dispersibility at the same time as the strength that does not break, the fineness (thickness) is preferably selected from the range of 1.1 to 4.4 dtex. Especially when using rayon, it is desirable to set the fineness to a range of 1.1 to 3.3 dtex. When less than this range, the water dispersibility is good, but it is easy to fluff and depilate when it is dry. In addition, when it exceeds this range, the water dispersibility is significantly reduced. The weight per unit area of the water-permeable sheet is preferably set in a range of 20 to 60 g / m2. In addition, the breaking strength of the water-permeable sheet (100mm gripping interval, the paper size of the stretched paper applies the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210X297mm)) I ^-(Please read the precautions on the back before filling in this Page) Order · Printed by the Consumer Cooperatives of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs -29- 1228984 A7 B7 V. Description of Invention (26) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Pull speed at 100mm / min Tensile strength at break) is required to be at least 800mN / 25mm in both the vertical and horizontal directions. Considering the flexibility during installation, it is ideal to set the range to 1000 ~ 7000mN / 25mm. A more specific structure of the water-permeable sheet is, for example, a rayon having a length of 1.1 to 4.4 dtex and a length of 5 to 10 mm and a wood pulp are mixed at a mass ratio of 90: 10 to 70: 30, and the weight per unit area is adjusted to 25 to 40 g / m2, wet spun needle nonwoven fabric, etc. with thickness adjusted to 0.2 ~ 0.5 mm. However, in order to substantially improve the permeability (permeability) of menstrual blood or to facilitate the passage of menstrual blood, a plurality of holes may be provided therethrough. In this case, the hole diameter may be formed in a range of 0.1 to 1.5 mm, and the hole area ratio (opening ratio for the entire area) may be formed in a range of 3 to 20%. [Absorber] The same material as the water-permeable sheet can be used as the material of the absorber. Furthermore, it is also possible to use an absorbent material such as alginic acid soda, starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, or the like, or a granular or fibrous material of a superabsorbent polymer, or to mix the foregoing material with the aforementioned material to form the sheet. Printed by the Consumer Cooperative of the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs The specific structure of the absorber includes stacking wood pulp into a unit weight of 150 to 500 g / m2 and sealing it in thin paper, and then adjusting the material to a thickness of 2 to 10 mm through a punching device. An absorbent such as starch is mixed with the absorbent at a ratio of 5 to 30 g / m2, which can increase the absorption or retention capacity of menstrual blood. [Impermeable sheet] The material of impermeable sheet, including methyl cellulose or hydroxyethyl fiber.
