1227177 六、申請專利範圍 1. 一種靠模成形銑刀,包含: - 一夾持部,係用以夾持用;及 一刀刃部,概呈一角柱體,係前述之夾持部之延續,其 上設有逃屑槽,且逃屑槽無螺旋角,在前述角柱體之角邊 和逃屑槽之間設有一個前導面,而前導面具有一前導角, 使其可用加工的方式製作出非圓形而截面和靠模板之輪廓 相似之孔。 2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之靠模成形銑刀,其中在前述之 角邊未設置前導面的一方設置離隙面,離隙面可方便前述 之角邊接觸靠模板的尖角。 3. 如申請專利範圍第2項之靠模成形銑刀,其中之離隙面 由第一離隙面及第二離隙面組合而成。 4. 如申請專利範圍第2項之靠模成形銑刀,其中之離隙面 為一近似平面的圓孤面。 5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之靠模成形銑刀,其中之角邊形 成一倒圓角。1227177 VI.
