Abstract

The present invention relates to a home automation system for multiple dwelling house and center server used thereof. The center server is arranged in an interconnect network. The center server has control functions of sending data of control request for controlling housing apparatuses such as lighting device, electrical lock and air conditioner in the regulated householder of multiple dwelling house via the interconnect network and LAN in the multiple dwelling house to an inter-network connector, and converting the same into control signals by performing protocol conversion in the inter-network connector for being provided to a transmission unit. Therefore, it is able to immediately receive service without downloading service application programs.
