1222942 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於支持電纜線、軟管或是管等的可彎曲長零 件用的支持構造的改良。 【先前技術】 例如,在日本特開平1 1 -7 9026號公報所揭示之機車的電 纜線固定構造中,形成將電纜線固定配件裝設於框架部 上’並由該電纜線固定配件支持著電配線及撓性電線等的 電纜線的構成。 【發明內容】 (發明所欲解決之問題) 上述習知之電纜線固定配件,係爲安裝於框架構件的緣 部者’而對於緣部以外的平面部分的安裝有困難,而且, 其不僅增加了零件數,還需要有安裝電纜線固定配件用的 作業,因此,相應造成組裝作業工時的增加。另一方面, 也有將保持電纜線類的夾具插入支持體的平坦面予以安 裝’而由該夾具支持著電纜線類的類似構造者,即使使用 如此的夾具,仍舊無法避免零件數的增加及組裝作業工時 的增加。 擎本體的局部的圍板,根據如上述的構成,以利用可彎曲 長零件覆蓋透孔的方式防止冷卻風從圍板洩漏,可穩定維 持強制空冷式引擎的冷卻性能,同時可於圍板支持著可彎 曲長零件,而且,可防止冷卻風從透孔洩漏,因此,以不 致噴射灰塵於圍板的外表面側的方式即可防止外觀性的下 降。 【實施方式】 以下,參照所附圖式所示本發明之一實施例,說明本發 明之實施形態。 8 0a的後端呈大致水平向著後方延伸、同時以後端部 開口相互面對的方式在水平面內彎曲的上部框架部2 9b、 3 Ob而成。 上述頭管26上支持著可操縱方向的跨於前輪WF上的前 叉3 1,前叉3 1的上端連結著方向操縱把手3 2。 在車體框架25的兩後架管29、30的前部,介由連桿機 構33支持著可上下搖動的動力單元P的前部,配置於該 動力單元P的後部右側的後輪WR係軸支於動力單元P的 後部。 圖3〜圖6中,動力單元P係由配置於後輪WR的前方 的強制空冷式單氣筒的4行程的引擎E、及設於該引擎E 及上述後輪WR間的無段變速機Μ所構成。 引擎Ε之引擎本體34係爲具備曲柄箱35、結合於曲柄 箱3 5的汽缸塊3 6、在曲柄箱3 5的相反側與汽缸塊3 6結 合的汽缸頭3 7及在汽缸塊3 6的相反側與汽缸頭3 7結合的 頭蓋3 8,且配置於車體框架2 5的兩後架管2 9、3 0間者, 汽缸頭37係配置於兩後架管29、30前部的斜升框架部 2 9 a、3 0 a的下部間。 汽缸塊3 6係爲以沿著設於汽缸塊3 6的汽缸腔3 9的軸 線、亦即汽缸軸線C沿著機車的前後方向成略微前上傾而 成爲大致水平的方式所配置者,在汽缸頭3 7及可滑動自如 地嵌合於上述汽缸腔39的活塞40之間形成燃燒室41。此 外,活塞40係介由連桿42及曲柄銷43,連結於具有與後 輪WR的旋轉軸線平行的旋轉軸線的曲柄軸44。 10 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107258 1222942 曲柄軸4 4係由含有上述汽缸軸線c、同時與該曲柄軸 4 4的軸線垂直的平面所結合的一對箱體部3 5 a、3 5 b所構 成的曲柄箱3 5支持爲可旋轉自如,曲柄軸44係於一端的 箱構件3 5 a及曲柄軸4 4之間介裝著第1滾珠軸承4 5,及 在另一端的箱構件3 5 b及曲柄軸4 4之間介裝著第2滾珠軸 承4 6 〇 在汽缸頭3 7的上部側面設有可連通上述燃燒室4 1的吸 氣口 4 7,在汽缸頭3 7的下部側面設有可連通上述燃燒室 4 1的排氣口 4 8。分別用以開閉吸氣口 4 7及排氣口 4 8的吸 氣閥4 9及排氣閥5 0,係以在與曲柄軸4 4的旋轉軸線垂直 的平面的投影圖上排列爲略V字狀的方式配設於汽缸頭 3 7上,在關閉吸氣口 47及排氣口 48的方向分別受到加勢 能。此外,面向著燃燒室4 1的火星塞5 1係安裝於汽缸頭 3 7上的左右至少一端側,在本實施例中係以向著機車的行 進方向前方的狀態安裝在右側的側面。 在汽缸頭3 7及頭蓋3 8之間,收容著開閉驅動上述吸氣 閥49及排氣閥50的動閥機構52,該動閥機構52包括: 具有與曲柄軸44的軸線平行的軸線且可旋轉自如地被支 持於汽缸頭3 7、同時具有吸氣用及排氣用凸輪5 4、5 3的 凸輪軸5 5 ;具有與凸輪軸5 5平行的軸線,且被支持於汽 缸頭3 7的吸氣側及排氣側的搖軸5 6 ' 5 7 ;以隨動於上述 吸氣用凸輪54而驅動吸氣閥49的方式可搖動自如地支持 於吸氣側搖軸5 6的吸氣側搖臂5 8 ;及以隨動於上述排氣 用凸輪5 3而開閉驅動排氣閥5 0的方式可搖動自如地支持 11 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107258 1222942 於排氣側搖軸5 7的排氣側搖臂5 9。 於凸輪軸55的一端部固定著被動鏈輪60。另一方面, 在曲柄軸44上較第2滾珠軸承46的外端側,在對應於上 述被動鏈輪6 0的位置固定著驅動鏈輪6 1,驅動及被動鏈 輪6 1、60上卷掛著無端的凸輪鏈條62,凸輪鏈條62係被 收納爲可沿著通過汽缸塊3 6、汽缸頭3 7及頭蓋3 8而形成 的收納室6 3內行走。藉由如此的驅動鏈輪6 1、被動鏈輪 6〇及凸輪鏈條62,以曲柄軸44的旋轉數的一半旋轉數旋 轉驅動著凸輪軸5 5。 在較第1滾珠軸承45的外端側,曲柄軸44上固定著驅 動齒輪64,以從形成於曲柄箱3 5內的下部的潤滑油儲積 部65介由潤滑油過濾器79吸起潤滑油的方式安裝於曲柄 箱3 5的油泵6 6,係藉由上述驅動齒輪6 4所驅動。 從該油泵6 6吐出的潤滑油的一部分係用於潤滑動閥機 構52者,在曲柄箱35、汽缸塊36、汽缸頭37及頭蓋38 設有將來自油泵66的潤滑油導向動閥機構52用的潤滑油 供給路67。而且,在汽缸頭37,且在較排氣口 48更接近 於吸氣口 47的位置配置著潤滑油供給路67,本實施例中, 在與曲柄軸44的軸線垂直的平面的投影圖上,在與吸氣口 47交叉的位置配置著潤滑油供給路67。 一倂參照圖7及圖8,上述潤滑油供給路6 7的下游端 部,係由以將來自汽缸頭3 7側的潤滑油供給一端的方式設 於頭蓋3 8的與汽缸頭3 7的結合面的流通溝6 8,及連通該 流通溝6 8的另一端且設於頭蓋3 8的側壁的有底流通孔6 9 12 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107258 1222942 所構成,連通流通孔6 9的內端部的噴出孔7 Ο,係以向著 動閥機構52噴出潤滑油的方式設於頭蓋3 8的側壁內面。 此外’在頭蓋3 8設有連通上述流通溝6 8的一端的有底 檢測孔7 1,同時,在對應於該檢測孔7 i的位置一體突設 著從頭蓋3 8的外面向著外側突出的安裝轂7 2,該安裝轂 72上以使檢測元件部73a突入上述檢測孔71的方式安裝 著溫度檢測器73。也就是說,溫度檢測器73係以使檢測 元件部73a面向著潤滑油供給路67的方式安裝於引擎本體 3 4的頭蓋3 8上。 注意圖3,在較上述驅動齒輪64的外端側,配設著具備 固定於曲柄箱35上的定子74、以圍繞著該定子74的方式 固定於曲柄軸44上的外部轉子75的發電機76,在較該發 電機76的外端,曲柄軸44上固定著風扇77。該風扇77 係由一體設於由多個例如藉4個螺栓7 8、7 8…固緊於發電 機76的外部轉子75的基部77a的外周部的多個葉片77b、 7 7b…所構成者。 作爲功能零件之引擎本體3 4中至少汽缸塊3 6及汽缸頭 3 7、本實施例中曲柄箱3 5的局部、汽缸塊3 6、汽缸頭3 7 係由圍板82所覆蓋,將引擎本體34及圍板82間形成的流 通路8 1,流通從風扇7 7吐出的強制空冷用的空氣。而且’ 在汽缸塊36及汽缸頭37的外面,爲了可進行藉由流過上 述流通路81的冷卻空氣的有效冷卻’分別突設著多個冷卻 鰭片 3 6 a···、3 7 a···。 上述圍板82係由以協動且覆蓋汽缸塊36及汽缸頭37 13 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107258 1222942 的方式相互結合的上下一對的上部及下部罩體構件8 3、8 4 及覆蓋曲柄箱3 5的局部且結合於上述兩罩體構件8 3、8 4 的風扇罩8 5所構成,上述上部罩體構件8 3、下部罩體構 件84及風扇罩85,係分別由合成樹脂所形成。 上部罩體構件8 3上突設著從與下部罩體構件8 4的接合 面8 6突出於下部罩體構件8 4側的多個繫合爪8 7…,在下 部罩體構件84設有彈性繫合著上述各繋合爪87…的繫止 部8 8…。此外,在上部及下部罩體構件8 3、8 4分別一體 設置著由接合面86相互頂接的多個被固緊部89···、90···, 相互頂接的被固緊部89···、90…係由螺絲構件91…相互固 緊。 如此,對於繫合爪87…的繋止部88…的彈性繫合,及 藉由被固緊部8 9…、9 0…的螺絲構件9 1…的固緊,上部及 下部罩體構件83、84相互結合,於是,頭蓋38從上部及 下部罩體構件8 3、8 4向著前方側突出。 風扇罩8 5係以覆蓋曲柄箱3 5的局部的箱構件3 5 a及風 扇7 7的方式固緊於箱構件3 5 a上者,且藉由多個螺絲零件 92…固緊於上述上部及下部罩體構件83、84。 該風扇罩8 5上,以對應於風扇77的外側的方式設置形 成向著上述風扇7 7側而從外部吸引空氣用的吸引口 9 3的 著對準曲柄軸44的相位用的例如爲三角形狀的定時標誌 9 6。該定時標誌9 6係爲如對準點火用的時間用者,利用將 風扇77固定於曲柄軸44用的多個、例如爲4個螺栓78… 中的一個,定位於上述散熱窗9 5中對應於定時標誌9 6的 連結部9 5 e,即可容易進行點火用的時間的相位配合。 又,上述定時標誌96不僅用於點火用之時間對準,而 且還可用於TDC及BDC的時間對準,此外,動閥機構52 在構成爲可改變吸氣閥49及排氣閥50的至少一方的作動 特性的情況,也可用於其作動特性改變的時間對準。 一倂參照圖9及圖1 0,在汽缸頭3 7的上部側面設有使 吸氣口 47開口的平坦的安裝面97,該安裝面97上介裝著 絕緣體99而固緊著輸入管98的下端。 輸入管98的下端一體設有凸緣部98a,具有連通吸氣口 47的吸氣孔100的絕緣體99及上述安裝面97,係形成爲 具有對應於上述凸緣部9 8 a的形狀。 在絕緣體99的兩面安裝著呈無接縫狀包圍上述吸氣孔 100的墊圈101、102,其中,在絕緣體99及安裝面97間 安裝著一邊的墊圈101,而在絕緣體99及上述凸緣部98a 間安裝著墊圈102。而且,絕緣體99的厚度T係設定爲較 安裝面97及圍板82之上部罩體構件83間的間隔S大。 在吸氣口 4 7的兩側,其安裝面9 7上設置著有底的螺絲 孔1 0 3、1 0 3,插穿於凸緣部9 8 a及絕緣體9 9的螺栓1 〇 4、 104被繫合於上述各螺絲孔103、103,藉由拴緊螺栓1〇4、 15 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107258 1222942 104即可介由絕緣體99將輸入管98固緊於安裝面97。 但是,在覆蓋汽缸頭3 7的圍板8 2中,上部罩體構件8 3 上設有嵌合、定位上述絕緣體99用的開口部105。該開口 部1 〇5如圖1 〇所示係形成爲較絕緣體99大,在該開口部 1 〇 5的局部側面及絕緣體9 9的局部側面間,形成將流通經 過流通路8 1而來的冷卻用空氣排出至外部用的排風口 1 0 6 〇 上述輸入管9 8的上游端係介由連接軟管1 〇 7而連接配 置於較該輸入管9 8後側的氣化器1 〇 8的下游端,氣化器 1 〇 8的上游端係介由連接管1 〇 9而連接配置於後輪WR的 左側面的空氣濾淨器1 1 0。 · 圖11中,氣化器108上附設有基於上述溫度檢測器73 的檢測値而被通電控制的機車起動器1 1 1,該機車起動器 111係以迂迴具備氣化器108的節流閥(未圖示)的方式,且 開閉設於氣化器1 0 8的氣化器本體1 1 2的起動用混合氣通 路1 1 3的中間處的方式安裝於氣化器本體1 1 2上。 在上述起動用混合氣通路113,以介設於較機車起動器 1 1 1更上游側的部分的方式,在氣化器本體1 1 2上固定著 放氣管114,在氣化器本體112的下部固定著上部由該放 氣管1 1 4的下部突入的燃料噴嘴1 1 5。此外,在氣化器本 體1 1 2的下部固定著儲積燃料用的燃料箱1 1 6,上述燃料 噴嘴1 1 5的下部係突入燃料箱1 1 6內的燃料中。 機車起動器111具有可進退自如地插入較放氣管114的 下游側且設於起動用混合氣通路1 1 3的通路中段部的噴嘴 16 312/發明說明書(補件)/92-06/92107258 1222942 1 1 7的針閥1 1 8,針閥1 1 8之在噴嘴1 1 7內的位置係藉由機 車起動器1 1 1的通電控制所決定,藉以決定流通經過起動 用混合氣通路1 1 3的起動用混合氣的量。 在構成圍板82之局部的上部及下部罩體構件83、84的 接合面86間形成嵌合孔120。而且,連接火星塞51之栓 塞帽1 2 1在嵌合孔1 20的周圍具有頂接上部及下部罩體構 件8 3、8 4的外面的鳄部1 2 1 a且嵌合於上述嵌合孔1 0 1。 此外,上述上部及下部罩體構件8 3、8 4中,上部罩體 構件83上一體設置著從上面覆蓋嵌入嵌合孔12〇的栓塞帽 1 2 1的嵌合部的庇護部1 22,在該庇護部1 22的前端部,如 圖1 2所示,形成頂接且繋合栓塞帽1 2 1以便阻止該栓塞帽 1 2 1繞火星塞5 1之軸線周圍旋轉的止旋定位部1 2 2 a。 上述庇護部1 22係爲以從上面覆蓋著形成爲從栓塞帽 1 2 1向著前方將連接於栓塞帽1 2 1的高壓電纜線1 2 3的一 部分延伸的姿勢的栓塞帽1 2 1的嵌入嵌合孔1 20的嵌合部 的方式而形成者,止旋定位部122a係使利用來自高壓電纜 線1 2 3作用的彈性力而對於火星塞5 1的軸線周圍一端增勢 的栓塞帽1 2
