1220884 玖、發明說明: (一) 發明所屬之技術領域 本發明係關於一種附有裁斷記錄紙一部分之切割器的列 表機,詳言之,係關於一種具有用以收容切斷後之切屑的 收納部之列表機。 (二) 先前技術 習知之感熱式彩色列表機,係藉感熱頭(th e r m a 1 h e a d )對 彩色感熱記錄紙作加熱,依三原色之順序,,記錄全彩色之 影像。感熱式彩色列表機中,感熱記錄紙係在搬送滾子上 ,以鉗夾之狀態作往復運動。因感熱頭係配置在搬送滾子 附近之位置處,故在搬送滾子與感熱頭兩者間之距離的某 些部分,乃無法對影像作記錄。又,感熱頭在與壓板滾子 之間,係把彩色感熱記錄紙鉗夾住,則拉出彩色感熱記錄 紙之感熱頭部分,係對壓板滾子加熱,該壓板滾子常因受 熱變形,減短使用壽命。此外,彩色感熱紙之端部殘留有 空白部分,其內側,則記錄有影像。基於以上之緣由,遂 行彩色列印之彩色感熱紙上,循沿搬送之方向,於影像記 錄區域的前後端及兩側端,乃形成爲空白。 近來,希望未有該留白之使用者迭有增加,故,乃有附 有切割器之列表機見諸提供,其係具有前後端留白切割器 與兩側端留白切割器,用以切除影像記錄區域之全周空白 者(專利文獻1)。此種附有切割器之列表機,係在切割器之 下方,設以用於收納切斷後切屑之容器。依此,可防止切 割器內切屑之散亂。容器係以可裝卸自如之方式設置,切 5 1220884 屑積存至一程度時,可將容器自列表機本體取出於外,而 倒掉內部切屑。 又,使用捲筒式記錄紙,在以帶狀引出之記錄紙上記錄 影像,此種列表機亦爲已知(專利文獻2)。此種專利文獻2 所載之列表機,亦係在記錄影像後,設以可作片狀切離之 切割器。此種樣式之切割器係作片狀之切離切斷,於上次 遂行片狀切離切斷之記錄紙前端,及本次所記錄畫像記錄 區域前端,將兩個前端間之前端空白加以裁斷,故仍然需 要容器。 專利文獻1 :特開2 0 (Π - 6 3 1 6 6號公報 專利文獻2 :特開2 0 0 0 - 3 3 5 0 2 9號公報 (三)發明內容 發明擬解決之課題 但是,前述之附切割器的列表機,因須——取出容器以 確認其中是否爲裝滿,在作業上實甚爲麻煩。又,倘疏忽 了該項確認作業,一旦容器內裝滿了切屑,切屑即溢出而 散落在列表機內,因而妨礙了切割機之切斷動作及列表機 之記錄紙搬送動作。又,雖可在容器或列表機之內部,設 以滿量檢知之感知器,但此將提高成本。 本發明即是考量上述之缺點作改進,其目的係提供一種 附切割器之列表機’可簡便的確認容器內是否爲裝滿者。 爲了解決課題之裝置 爲了達成上述目的,依本發明之附切割器列表機,係把 容器設成在外部即可簡便的取出,並設有連動裝置,在作 6 1220884 記錄紙或裝塡用以收納記錄紙之盒匣時,其係與打開裝塡 蓋之開啓動作相連動,將該容器移動,使收納部之一部分 露出在外部之位置。 作爲容器之取出方法中,具有照原樣取出容器之型式, 及把設在列表機外部之取出蓋打開再把容器取出之型式。 以前者之型式而言,容器之外面之一部分,恰係構成該列 表機之外蓋者。此狀況中,設於容器之被繫合部,及設於 裝塡蓋與裝塡蓋之開啓相連動、可繫合於被繫合部、將容 器移動等之繫合部,兩者係構成爲連動裝置。而設有取出 蓋者,倘把被繋合部設在取出蓋上爲最佳。又,如把連動 於取出蓋動作之容器,得往取出之方向作移動的構成,當 更方便。 如以上所述,依本發明之附切割器列表機,在裝塡記錄 紙或裝塡收納記錄紙盒匣時,連動裝置因係和裝塡蓋之開 啓動作相連動,可令容器移動,使收納部之一部分露出在 機器之外部。故在更換記錄之時期,即可由目視確認收納 部內所積存之切屑容量狀況,如是,即可對上述有礙列表 機動作之弊病防患於未然。 (四)實施方式 如第1圖所示,附有切割器之列表機1 0,在前面設有槽 孔11、操作部12、及裝塡蓋13等。又,在裝塡蓋13之鄰 近,設有在容器1 4上之握持部1 5。握持部1 5於係取出時 作爲手握提把者。磁性記錄媒體可自槽孔1 1插入。操作部 12,可由印製按鈕及可選擇是否留白之選擇按鈕等構成。 7 1220884 列表機1 ο,係用以讀出寫入在磁性記錄媒體上之影像資料 ’所讀出之影像資料,係以記錄裝置記錄在記錄紙上,並 將已記錄影像之記錄紙,以片狀之形態,自側面所設之排 出口 1 6排出。 如第2圖所示,列表機之內部,配設有裝塡室1 7、印製 部1 8、及收納部1 9等。裝塡室1 7內係供裝塡給紙盒匣2 0 。紙盒匣2 0內’係把記錄紙作成捲繞之捲筒狀作收納,又 ’其並內藏有送出機構。送出機構係利用由列表機1 〇之內 部所傳達之驅動,把記錄紙轉動,而把記錄紙之前端循沿 印製部1 8之搬送方向予以送出。 印製部1 8內藏有搬送裝置、感熱頭、切割器等構件。搬 送裝置’係循沿自給紙匣20送出記錄紙之搬送方向作搬送 。感熱頭係用以記錄記錄紙之影像記錄區域中的影像。切 割器係用以將影像記錄後之記錄紙的前後端留白予以切斷 。切斷後之記錄紙,係再藉搬送裝置朝搬送方向搬送,最 後由排出口 1 6排出。收納部1 9係配置在切割器之下方, 用以收納落下之切屑或空白屑等。在該收納部1 9之前面設 有握持部1 5,握持部1 5之前面,係構成爲列表機1 〇外蓋 之一部分。 如第3圖所示,裝塡蓋1 3係藉絞鏈22裝設在列表機1 0 之前面,絞鏈22係以平行於印製部1 8之搬送方向的一軸 作爲其中心,可支持該裝塡蓋1 3在打開與關閉位置之間自 由的開閉。裝塡蓋1 3處於打開之位置時,係呈露出列表機 1 〇內部之裝塡室1 7,據此,可將給紙匣20以對搬送方向 8 1220884 成直角之方向予以取出之。又,容器1 4設有可和列表機 1 0內部所設之軌道2 3相接合之軌道容受部2 4。軌道2 3係 沿著對搬送方向成直角之方向設置,用以將容器1 4由令收 納部1 9已在列表機1 〇之內部成收納之位置,至令該收納 部1 9 一部分已呈露出於外部之位置,兩位置之間作導引移 動。依此,容器1 4乃可依取出該給紙匣2 0之相同方向予 以取出之。 如第4圖所示,在裝塡蓋13 —體設有朝向容器丨4突出 之繋合板25。在容器14則一體連設有朝向裝塡蓋13突出 之被繫合板2 6。被繫合板2 6之後面,在容器1 4位於收納 _ 在位置時,係和繫合板25之前面接觸。繫合板25,在裝 ' 塡蓋1 3由閉合位置向打開位置作開啓時,其係按壓被繫合 板2 6,令容器1 4得往取出方向移動。 茲以使用例如彩色感熱紙之感熱型彩色列表機作爲列表 機之代表性實施例說明之。彩色感熱記錄紙,係在一透明 或白色之支持體上,順次積層以氰(cyan)感熱發色層、苯 胺紅(magenta)感熱發色層、黃色(yellow)感熱發色層及透 明保護層等之構造。彩色感熱列表機1 〇在實行印製操作時 · ,係利用列表機內部所設之饋送馬達,使設在給紙匣2 0內 部之給紙滾子轉動,則捲筒形之記錄紙即轉動,將其前端 送至與給紙匣2 〇所設送出口相通之印製部1 8。 已送出至印製部1 8之記錄紙’係藉搬送裝置送到感熱頭 。之後,藉搬送裝置將彩色感熱記錄紙在搬送方向與反方 向上作往復之搬送,在此種朝搬送方向之搬送中,以該感 9 1220884 熱頭乃可順次的形成黃色、苯胺紅、氰之畫像。又,在分 別印製黃色畫像與苯胺紅畫像後’藉光定著器遂行光定著 處理,用以分解未發色成分。又’在記錄紙之往復搬送期 間,給紙匣2 0所設之給紙滚子亦作正反之轉動。 記錄終了後,將記錄紙朝向切割器搬送。搬送裝置在影 像記錄區域之前端剛好落在切割器之切斷位置時即停止。 因之,在搬送停止後’切割器即動作’把前端空白切落。 之後,藉搬送裝置,把記錄紙搬送使影像記錄區域之後端 正好位在切割器之切斷位置爲止’之後,切割器即動作。 依此,乃可把成帶狀之記錄紙’以記錄有影像之部分成1 張之片狀切離,切離後之片狀,藉搬送裝置由排出口 1 6排 出於列表機1 〇之外部。以切割器作切落時所生之切屑或前 端留白部分,係落下於收納部1 9內。 如作連續印製時,可將前端返回至感熱頭之後,與前述 同樣地,在記錄紙上記錄次一個畫像。又,在印製作業終 了時’藉搬送裝置’把帶狀記錄紙之前端拉回給紙匣2 0之 內部,並把給紙匣2 0之送出口遮蔽,如此,即可實現彩色 感熱記錄紙之防溼。 捲筒形之記錄紙殘存量變少時,可藉由一感知器之檢知 ’使列表機1 0之外部指示燈點亮,以作爲告知,俾更新記 錄紙捲。打開裝塡蓋丨3,即可更換捲筒形記錄紙。依此之 裝塡蓋1 3,如第5圖所示,係以絞鏈2 2爲中心作轉動,
