The multiple thin rectangular icons arranged on the left side of the GUI display the layout of the heating light source. 【Design Description】; The dotted lines shown in the diagram represent parts not emphasized in this design. ; This design is novel and unique, achieving visual effects unprecedented in previous technologies through a uniquely designed GUI for a computer program product.

本案設計係用以顯示及設定晶圓處理裝置之加熱光源之佈局或點亮輸出等之資訊之電腦程式產品之圖形化使用者介面。配置於圖形化使用者介面之左側之複數個細長長方形圖形係顯示加熱光源之佈局者。 This design is a graphical user interface (GUI) for a computer program product used to display and configure information such as the layout and illumination output of the heating light source of a wafer processing device. The multiple thin rectangular icons positioned on the left side of the GUI display the layout of the heating light source.
