【物品用途】;本設計係關於一種香片之部分，尤指一種用於焚燒祈福與供奉用之香片。;【設計說明】;本設計一種香片之部分，請參閱各圖所示，從立體圖觀之，整體線條宛如兩條纏繞共生的枝條，彼此盤踞卻又向相反方向延伸，如同藤蔓生長時的姿態，呈現柔韌與向上的生命力，使本設計帶有特殊的立體感；而從俯視圖觀之，曲線交錯排列，彷彿新生枝枒由中心向四周擴展，呈現緩緩攀升的姿態；線條走向流暢而富層次，如同木之生長般，使本設計看起來具有生命力。因此，藉香片之部分的特殊造型與設計，以展現本案之創意，誠已備具設計專利之申請要項，乃依法提起設計專利申請，謹請鈞局予以專利，至感德便。;圖式所揭露之粉紅色區塊，為本案不主張設計之部分。【Purpose of the Item】; This design pertains to a type of incense stick, specifically an incense stick used for burning for blessings and offerings. 【Design Description】; This design pertains to a type of incense stick. Please refer to the various figures. From a three-dimensional perspective, the overall lines resemble two intertwined branches, intertwined yet extending in opposite directions, like the growth of vines, presenting a supple and upward vitality, giving the design a unique three-dimensional feel. From a top-down view, the interlacing curves resemble new branches expanding outwards from the center, presenting a slowly ascending posture; the lines flow smoothly and are richly layered, like the growth of wood, making the design appear vibrant. Therefore, by utilizing the unique shape and design of the incense stick to showcase the creativity of this project, it has fulfilled the requirements for a design patent application. Thus, this design patent application is filed in accordance with the law, and we respectfully request that the Bureau grant the patent. The pink area shown in the drawings represents the part of the design not claimed in this project.
