【物品用途】;本件設計之物品是塗抹器，具備彩妝打扮等用途，屬於化妝品的領域。塗抹器區分三個部分：頭部、桿身與蓋子。其中，桿身一端連到蓋子的深處，二者屬於各圖的虛線輪廓。各圖的實線形狀視為頭部，其連到桿身的另一端。頭部依人體工學設計成微彎的拇指造型，並在拇指腹部隆起長橢圓形的突出部。使用時，握住蓋子，將頭部對準瓶口，供桿身進入瓶內。桿身抽出瓶外，將頭部沾染唇膏、口紅等化妝品，塗抹在嘴唇、腮部或臉上，完成單次打底的彩妝步驟。;【設計說明】;立體圖呈現頭部的具體造型。前、後、右側、俯瞰與仰視等五面視圖，顯示頭部多樣變化的平面輪廓。左側視圖的頭部全貌被蓋子遮蔽，而且桿身連到頭部的根處，非塗抹器的挑選視角，故省略之。其次，各圖式的虛線部分，為本案不主張設計之部分。;本件設計的塗抹器，不僅擁有新穎的輪廓，而且獨特的造型，賦予塗抹器亮眼的造型，顯示出先前創作所無的視覺效果。【Purpose of the Item】: This item is an applicator, used for makeup and other cosmetic purposes, belonging to the cosmetics category.
