It has not been seen in publications or used publicly before the application, and meets the requirements of a design patent. ;From the front end to the bottom of the semi-woven hammer body lid of this article, a longitudinal stripe pattern formed by a plurality of grooves is applied. ;The part indicated by the solid line is the part for which a design patent is claimed as a partial design. The A-A line cross-section diagram and the B-B line cross-section diagram are included to specify the part for which a design patent is claimed as a partial design. The portion indicated by the dotted line is the portion for which the design patent is not claimed. The rear view is omitted because the presentation is symmetrical with the front view.

本創作之包裝用容器如附圖所示，其整體外形設計新穎美觀，為根據使用機能所作之最佳與最合理之設計，於申請前未見於刊物亦未公開使用，符合設計專利要件。The packaging container of this creation is shown in the attached figure. Its overall appearance design is novel and beautiful. It is the best and most reasonable design based on its functional use. It has not been seen in publications or publicly used before the application, and meets the requirements of a design patent.

自本物品之大致半紡錘體蓋子之前端至下部為止，施加有藉由多數條溝槽所形成的縱條紋狀模樣。A longitudinal stripe pattern formed by a plurality of grooves is applied from the front end to the lower part of the substantially semi-woven hammer cover of the article.
