本設計之設計要點，其在於一種立牌設計，本設計之立牌設計包含一個薄型本體以及本體表面之腳型圖案，主要之技術特徵在於，本體呈曲線外型，且腳型圖案突出於本體表面。The key point of this design is a stand design. 本設計透過曲線本體以及腳型圖案等元素裝飾，使本設計之形成一種非常特別的視覺印象，使本設計之立牌設計具有新穎獨特，線條簡潔有力之特點，實為不可多得之設計，誠符合專利法上有關設計專利之規定，爰依法提出申請。This design uses curved body and foot-shaped pattern to create a very special visual impression, making the signboard design novel and unique, with simple and powerful lines.
