本設計之安全帽飾殼之前側具有左、右各一罩體，該左、右罩體之後側相互連結，使飾殼外觀呈現一類似U型罩體，該U型罩體之後側設計成一鷹隼之抽象造型，本設計之特點為：1.該鷹隼之面向是朝安全帽後方呈現；2.該鷹隼之勾喙呈現出宛如一鷹隼張口怒吼的威猛狀；3.該鷹喙之後方，也就是兩鷹眼之間設計凸起，讓人感覺鷹隼皺起眉頭般怒目而視；由整體外觀觀之，本設計之用於安全帽之飾殼完全擺脫既有產品的傳統造型設計，極具前衛之未來感，使整體外觀具特異之視覺效果與創作性，爰依法提出設計專利申請。 The front side of the helmet shell of this design has a left and right cover body, and the rear sides of the left and right cover bodies are connected to each other, so that the shell looks like a U-shaped cover body.
