本創作係有關於一種眼鏡框(二十八)具新潮優雅視感新設計，尤其是指一種組裝鏡片後，可供使用者佩帶於眼部外，以防止太陽光線照射眼睛及防風遮雨保護眼睛，或防止異物入侵眼部保護眼睛，亦或做為特殊造型設計之功效的眼鏡框外觀造型創作者。

請參閱附圖所示，本創作眼鏡框(二十八)其主要係設有兩主鏡框，如立體圖及前視圖所示，兩主鏡框周緣及鼻樑架前側樞設有一副框架，副框架具有橫框座及互呈對稱狀之側框座，橫框座兩側末端處係對位設於主鏡框中間，且兩側框座末端係對位於鼻樑架上方約三分之一處；如副框架掀起90度的使用狀態之右側視圖所示，該副框架可相對主鏡框樞轉掀起約90度位置；如局部放大圖(A)所示，兩側鏡腳相對鏡框之末端處形成有一>型凹面飾紋；如局部放大圖(B)所示，兩側鏡腳中段處分別形成有S弧形曲線；本創作眼鏡框(二十八)之兩主鏡框及兩副框架分別可供二片式鏡片作前後安裝，如此，整體之造型美觀新穎，別具流線感，當能符合設計專利之申請要件，爰依法提出專利申請。
