【物品用途】;本創作係有關一種咖啡壺之新設計，其乃係造型新穎美觀而可供盛飲之壺具。;【設計說明】;敬請參閱所附圖式，本創作主要具概呈圓柱形之咖啡壺身；其中，壺身之上緣具一開口之壺喙、一側具一以螺鎖之圓弧形壺把，壺把一端於壺喙下方連接一環繞壺身、且具複數圓點裝飾之上壺圈，壺把另一端則連接於一上半部為圓柱形容置壺身、下半部則以外擴斜弧形成之圓形壺座；咖啡壺蓋上具一倒圓錐座及向上延伸一支柱及其頂端之圓球形提把。本創作整體觀之，壺把與壺身結合之獨特造型及壺座提把之突出，極具視覺效果之美感，堪稱一兼具實用性及造型美之設計佳作，由於未曾見有類同創作公開在先，爰依法提出設計專利之申請。
