【物品用途】;本創作係一種杯子(1)新設計，其乃係具造型新穎美觀而可供盛飲之容器。;【設計說明】;敬請參閱所附圖式，本創作杯子(1)主要係呈現有一寬口透明雙層杯之設計，其中，外層杯體略呈上窄、及向下延伸弧擴呈現下方為較寬弧之外層杯體；內層杯體則由杯子上緣以垂直向下延伸至圓形底緣，並與外層杯體形成一定之間距(請參閱參考圖所示)；外層杯體環設有複數直式線條紋路。整體觀之，本創作以杯子內、外杯體設為不同弧度相互對比之圓潤造型設計，且外層杯壁特設線型紋路與杯子擴弧杯體相輝印，特具美感，堪稱一兼具實用及造型美之設計，由於未曾見有類同創作公開在先，爰依法提出設計專利之申請。[Use of the object]; This creation is a new design of a cup (1), which is a container with a novel and beautiful shape that can be used to hold drinks. ;[Design Description];Please refer to the attached drawing.
