【物品用途】;本設計係為一種聚寶盆，尤指一種做為裝飾並可容放物品的盆體。;【設計說明】;請參閱所有附圖，本設計之聚寶盆，其盆體的上半部較下半部略寬，且盆口略為收束(如立體圖、俯視圖所示)，令本設計整體外觀略呈蘋果形狀(如前、後視圖及左、右側視圖所示)，且該盆體最寬處的外周表面，係環繞排列有多個銅錢組合造型(如立體圖、前、後視圖及左、右側視圖所示)，具有聚財納福以及年年富貴等涵義。;本設計聚寶盆之盆底具有蓮花造型(如仰視圖所示)，且該蓮花之單一蓮葉外觀更係由八卦之震卦圖樣所演化，除了鎮邪、鎮財，更象徵有春雷到來，生命復始的意義。;整體觀之，本設計之聚寶盆簡潔大方，展現出中華文化之美，帶給人獨特新穎的視覺美感，在在符合設計專利要件，爰依法提出專利申請，並祈 貴審查委員明察，早日賜予專利，實感德便。

本設計係為一種聚寶盆，尤指一種做為裝飾並可容放物品的盆體。
